This is a blend made SPECIFICALLY to replicate the Ishgardian tea recipe in the FFXIV cookbook. I've made it a lot of ways and this is the closest I've gotten. Best results will be to cook this stovetop with some sort of milk and sweetener, with the tea either measured into a filter that's put in the pot or strained out at the end of brewing.
It will take longer to make that way than what Adagio recommends, I suggest doing it until the milk has a beige tint to it.
