Rooibis Turtle Pecan tea is amazing! Picture a cozy English library with a crackling fire and a big old stuffed leather chair with a comfy blanket and the faint whiff of pipe tobacco. I swear that is the image that popped into my head when I took my first sip. I am hooked!
I recently tried both Rooibos Pecan Turtle and Honeybush Banana Nut. At the suggested amount to steep, the nut taste of both seemed too strong for me. However, when I added in an equal amount of a Rooibos Caramel/Honeybush Chocolate mix, the taste was way more to my liking and quite delicious, especially warm with a bit of vanilla soymilk added. So, by itself, this tea wasn't to my liking, but in combo with other teas, I give its additional flavor a high mark.
This tea has a wonderful scent and light sweetness. It does taste nutty and chocolaty, very like a pecan caramel turtle.

When i sniffed this from the bag I could really smell the apple. I was a bit skeptical. Once brewed the apple mellows a bit. Straight sip I wasn t impressed, but after adding some cream and honey it turned out ok.
This is very good! Love it hot. Just note that it is super fine, so make sure your diffuser has small holes or it'll come out. Oops. Lesson learned!

Normally I steep rooibos teas for a very long time but this one is perfect at 5 minutes. The nuttiness from the rooibos and the pecan flavor work well together to compliment the creamy caramel and chocolate flavors. I love the subtle natural sweetness this tea has it definitely feels like a dessert in a cup!

I tried this tea in store and instantly purchased a bag. It is pecan, it is caramel, it is lightly spicy? and drinkable. Desert in a cup with only the tiniest sweetner added.
This tea is definitely a keeper! This wasn't too rich, but very tasty. It mixes well with almond, chestnut, vanilla, and creme!
If you like nutty flavored hot drinks as much as I do, you won't be disappointed with this one. My only regret is not buying this earlier in the fall season. I wish I could give it six stars.

This was decadent. It has a sweet aftertaste. You can taste the Rooibos at first then you get the delicious pecan turtle flavor. I highly recommend. I tried this plain and also tried this with some almond milk and a touch of honey. Delicious either way!!!

This is relaxation in a cup. Wonderful smell and taste. Wonderful hot and cold, and just makes me melt. If you aren't a huge chocolate fan the chocolate is a hint with caramel and nutty creaminess.
