Rooibos Pecan Turtle Tea is like dessert in a cup. Unlike other brand teas with similar flavors, it has no artificial taste. It’s such a treat to drink.
when I smelled this tea initially I thought it was going to be terrible. but after I brewed it the scent changed and I had a nice cup of tea.
Lovely flavor with just the right amount of spice. One could definitely brew longer for a bolder sip. Yummy with or without cream!

This is my favorite tea right now. It has such a great flavor.
I don't get a lot of flavor from this one and definitely not much sweetness. I add the same amount of honey I add to almost every single cup of tea I drink and find that it falls flat. I don't personally get any of the chocolate notes and find the caramel and pecan to be lackluster.
Oh dear lorx, this is one of my FAVORITE teas ever. It really does taste like a pecan turtle candy! So good with a splash of cream; no sugar needed!
I think I have decided that I don’t love rooibos tea in general, but for a rooibos tea this wasn’t bad. I did add a little bit of honeybush chocolate to each cup which made it taste better to me.
I enjoy red rooibos tea and this is no exception. The sweetness and nuttiness and to the mellow rooibos flavor. A nice dessert tea option.

This is a fantastic chocolatey tea. Too many cocoa teas are bitter but this one manages to be well-rounded and a little creamy with the addition of the caramel.
Smells wonderful! You get the full spectrum - pecans and caramel and chocolate. The taste is really good, but it's more like pecan with a hint of caramel. Smooth, light, warming. A lovely tea for tea time with toddlers.

Bought this one for my mom who can't drink caffeinated. Her favorite is the Nutcracker Rooibos, but since she has to wait for winter for that one, this one is the next best thing, which honestly is also really really good. It does not disappoint for the brisk holiday weather. Hard to brew rooibos wrong. Can be ran through a couple times and never gets bitter.
I’m so glad I tried this blend, it’s a new favorite! I will definitely be reordering. It’s delicious as is or add some honey and cream for a special treat!

I did not like this tea. I rarely get a tea that I don't like from Adagio and I understand that taste is relevant to the taster, but this tasted nothing like I expected it to.
In South African coffee shops you can buy redpresso, which is essentially a cappuccino made from rooibos tea. I make a version of redpresso for my daughter using this tea and it’s magical. (I steep the tea in a tiny amount of boiled water to get a concentrated shot of tea - then add heated frothed milk and honey.
This tea was just okay to me. Not one of my favorite flavors. I probably won’t order this one again.
Andrea: This may just be my favorite tea. I've been searching a decade for something to replace Matevana that I can drink despite hazelnut OAS. This is the closest I've gotten. Although not caffeinated, but I can fix that blending with some toasted mate (and some cornflowers, maybe an Assam) in the future. It brews a beautiful rich cup, even better as a latte. 6.5 mins is perfect for me for all of Adagio's rooibos apparently.
Lynn: It's a delicious latte, but still has the rooibos aftertaste I don't enjoy. Better made with whole milk than the 1% Andrea favors.

Delicious dessert tea. If you don't have a sweet tooth I'd skip this, but if you, like me, are always craving chocolate, then this is perfect. I sometimes make it with steamed milk instead of hot chocolate and it honestly tastes just as decadent to me, and it smells absolutely amazing

this is pretty good and flavorful tea on its own, but the rooibos gets a little strong for me. i mix this with honeybush vanilla to add another layer of flavor that i find to be pretty complimentary.
We first tried this one at a local tea room, and it is a favorite of my son’s (he is 8) - it has a great flavor with a little cream and sugar especially.

This is my favorite tea! Its very warm, nutty, and chocolate-y as well. The flavors mix together so nicely and I will be drinking this year-round.
This is one of my most favorite teeth in the whole world. The flavors are on point. I see it a little bit longer to get a stronger taste.
I do not like red rooibos, I’ve tried two different blends and both were just…. Not my preference at all. I did prefer the Pecan Turtle to the Peach, but it solidified the fact that I just can’t do red rooibos - I’ll stick with green! I did also try to see if it tasted any better when iced, but chilling it just brought forward all the flavors I didn’t care for.
But I think it would be a good choice if you like red rooibos or just want to see if you do.
This is one of the best desert teas. The chocolate adds a nice flavor and combines wonderfully. I love to add a bit of milk or cream, but it’s lovely on its own. I especially love that it’s decaf, love to have 1 or 2 cups of tea in the evening.
This tea could not be any better! The caramel and chocolate flavors really come through, and there is a lightly nutty aroma. Fantastic!

this is a very easy to drink tea. it's fairly dark without being bitter and the lack of caffeine is great for bedtime.

A favorite for sure. Great aroma and smooth flavor. Love that I can drink this any time of day without worrying about staying awake all night! I found I have to use a little more tea than what is called for to get the desired flavor and steep sometimes a minute or so longer.
