★★★☆☆

smells very nice. orange taste is mild. Would probably taste good with a chai to give a bit of spice.

★★★★★

The orange flavor in this rooibos is light and not artificial tasting at all, and far less overt than a lot of other flavors. The rooibos itself is smooth and gently sweet as it should be. This is a very mellow brew, and is very helpful if you're trying to unwind. It cannot be oversteeped, or I would have managed it by now. If you're trying to convert someone to teas and tisanes, I think this would be a great introduction.

the orange flavor is not bad, though it is not my preference

★★★★☆

This was nice - definitely very true to the flavor of an orange, although it can get cough-syrupy if you overbrew it.

★★★★★

Very tasty tea. Good with sweets or by itself. Nice to drink during the day.

★★★☆☆

My mom really loved this tea, but I thought it was only ok. The orange is a little strong for my taste.

★★★★★

One of those teas that you can enjoy without doing anything to it after it has steeped. We enjoyed it with honey and cinnamon sugar.

★★★★☆

This is lot better than the honeybush orange, and it pretty much exists to blend with the rooibos vanilla. I like making that as a nightcap. It's one of the best teas I've ever had for sleep. Plus it tastes like an indulgent treat. On it's own, it tastes a little like hot Tang, but that's kind of what I expected.

This is a new favorite rooibos flavor. Just enough orange to not be good without being overpowering.

I got this tea as a free sample. Tried it multiple times, different ways and didn't like it. Too medicinal tasting.

★★★★★

i LOVE ANY TYPE OF ORANGE TEA. tHE ROOIBOS ORANGE IS IN THE TOP TEN ORANGE TEAS i LOVE!

★★★★★

The smell of this tea is so delicious. It is a sweet orange flavor. Just like eating an orange.

I am learning that I am not the biggest Rooibos fan, but this one wasn't terrible. I feel like rooibos is a little 'grainy' tasting for my liking. Mixed with Teavana's Peppermint White Hot Chocolate rooibos was amazing.

ETA: this one is growing on me, a little bit of sugar really helps it along.

Bought this for a coworker. I'm not a fan of rooibos teas, but he thinks it's pretty good.

★★★☆☆

I found this tea to be ok. It's not very flavorful on its own, but it is good blended with a black tea to give it a subtle orange flavor

★★★★★

Not quite so good on its own, but fabulous when mixed with rooibos vanilla.

★★★★☆

Purchased this tea for a cookie recipe and it worked perfectly. The cookies were delicious and everyone loved them. Will have to try drinking this one next.

★★★★★

This tea is absolutely wonderful. I love all of the ones I have tried so far!

★★★☆☆

Very strong orange flavor - a little too strong for me. I use it in blends, but sparingly. Try it mixed with a caramel tea, vanilla chai, or one of the spice blends.

I have at least LIKED every rooibos blend from adagio so far, minus this one. I was expecting this blend to be pleasantly fruity and tangy, with the usual rooibos taste. However, this was weirdly floral, like an orange blossom tea. It had a very light, but somewhat artificial orange taste. I guess I expected more because all of their other rooibos are really good.

This was a rooibos tea that was orange. YAYYYYYYYY.

★★★☆☆

This one tasted kind of odd, and I will admit that sometimes I find rooibos unpleasant. It might be good in blends, though.

★★★★☆

Great add on in any tea for breakfast of a late night tea.

★★★★☆

I adore this as a tea for late night because of the herbal nature, and I'm a huge fan of citrus teas. Makes for a very relaxing cup.

★☆☆☆☆

Tastes like orange cough syrup and a fig newton in a cup.

★★★★★

Love it! Just enough citrus, not at all overpowering.

★★★★☆

I wish this had a more citrusy or orange flavor, but it is still a smooth tea. The flavor really weakens fast and it is not good for multiple brews.

This wasn't quite what I was expecting it to be. It needs to be steeped a lot longer than what is recommended for it to have the flavor I was looking for.

★★★☆☆

Blends nicely with rooibos vanilla and rooibos apple cinnamon. Not sure I'm a fan of it on its own.

★★★★★

My roommate loves this one, I had gotten it for her. Her favorite way to prepare it is hot with some milk in it. In the summer time we both drank it iced too and it was delicious. VERY fruity, the orange is definitely prevalent in flavor.

Orange --- a favorite tea flavor. Rooibos --- a favorite tea type. Grand.

Strong orange smell, subtle orange flavor. If you want a stronger orange flavor, I'd go for the blood orange tea. This one is mildly sweet (I tend not to add sweeteners to my tea). Not one I'd buy on it's own, but I'm considering adding this to a blend I making.

I received this tea as a sample. While I am not a fan of rooibos tea in general, I was willing to try it. This tea is all right. I experimented with different times and temperatures on many occasions and did not find one that would make me purchase this tea. I ended up passing the rest of my sample on to a friend who did enjoy it. It has a strong orange smell, and you can definitely taste it. It ended up being too 'grassy' for my taste.

★★★☆☆

Smells great, tastes iffy. One person who tried it in my family compared it to medicine.

★☆☆☆☆

While I am a fan of several of the flavored rooibos teas from Adagio )(e.g., green rooibos citron/calypso, rooibos chai) the orange chai was a major disappointment. As soon as I began steeping this tea, could tell that I wouldn't like it. There was a heavy medicinal aroma over the familiar smell of the rooibos, and this unpleasant fragrance was reflected in the final flavor of the tea. I took two sips before discarding the entire pot of tea. As someone who loves a lot of the citrus teas available on this site, I'm baffled as to how this particular tea could taste so bad. In theory, the flavors of rooibos and orange could work together in harmony... but in this product, the taste of the tea is dominated by the unpalatable orange flavoring.

★★★☆☆

im still not a fan of rooibos but the orange was ok

★★★★☆

Smells AMAZING, and tastes good too, although it doesn't taste quite as good as it smells. Has a really nice aftertaste though.

★★★★★

This was love at first sip. I received this as a free sample though I had no interest in it at all, but since its free I thought, what the heck? I thought I'd only love rooibos with warm/sweet/nutty flavors, but this is just...wow. Just as sweet but lighter and oh so refreshing. I think I may just have to check out the lemon rooibos now...

I got this as a sample based on Adagio's suggestion to me. I am not really a fan of orange flavored things, so I am biased in my review. All in all, I didn't really care for this tea by itself. Maybe in the future I will try my hand at blending it with another tea and see if I like it better that way.

Love this tea. Engergizing. Ir replaced another tea I had and really superceded that other company. These teas are so fresh and wonderful.

★★★★☆

Bitter and woody. Not really my type of tea, but it's an interesting flavor. The orange isn't really citrus-y, but adds more of a warmth to it.

★★★★☆

A very good citrus tea. I am however a bigger fan of the honeybush orange for a citrus tea.

Nice, flavorful tea. Excellent iced. Also good before bed.

★★★★☆

I slightly prefer the cleaner, more straightforwardly sweet orange taste of the Honeybush Orange to this tea, but this is very good as well. I've decided rooibos has a way of tasting more... cluttered to me than honeybush, not to mention rougher around the edges, and this tea is no exception, but the orange flavor is terrific and it fuses well with its rooibos base. Very drinkable and might stand up to stronger flavors (like chai spices, say) in blends better than its gentler honeybush counterpart.

I am not overly familiar with roobios but this one sounded interesting. Strong smell of eucalyptus and oranges. Very smooth finish. This would bea good comfort tea

A little too strong to start with, but the right amount of honey and a dash of milk it warms up to expectations

Not really for me. I have decided I don't much care for rooibos teas. I did pass it along to my friend who liked it much more. So, yes from her, no from me .)

★★★★★

Absolutely love it. Good by itself, great with a little spearmint and orange zest.

I thought this tea had an artificial smell in the bag, and also while steeping in a closed container, which seemed to me almost petroleum-like. The taste was just OK. After trying a few times and not 'loving' it, I read the reviews and someone mentioned mixing it with honeybush chocolate, which I happened to have. I would never have thought of combining the 2, but I love it this way. I've never tried it iced, and don't think I will, since I now enjoy it (hot) so much combined this way. I steep it long, and repeatedly re-steep, as they don't get bitter like regular teas.

I was expecting it to be more orange-y, with a little bite to it - but I think I prefer what I actually tasted to what I was expecting. The orange flavor harmonizes very nicely with the rooibos.
