I bought this for my pops for Christmas who became a huge Rooibos consumer after giving up caffeine and living in South Africa. He LOVED this, it was his favorite of all the Rooibos varieties I bought him to sample from Adagio. I wish it were year-round !
One of my favorites during the Christmas holidays. I'm a nutcracker collector, so, of course, I just had to try this tea. It certainly did not disappoint!
This tea has a deep and rich nutty flavor. The chestnuts is very unique and something live I've never experienced.
This tea is very nutty, smooth and holds up to a splash of milk.
Very good flavor tastes like the holidays and makes you feel warm inside personally would prefer a little less cinnamon though

Am using this to make my own Fandom blend by mixing it half and half with Hojicha (a green tea that is toasted rather than steamed). I like it even better than Hojucha Harmony.
This one is a smooth nutty caramel. Its a delicious drinker. I already put a large bag on auto order for how good it is.

This tea has a sweet nutty taste. I didn’t notice much apple and cocoa flavor like others noted. Unfortunately the red Rooibios was a little too overpowering for my liking.
Absolutely love this one! It's my second favorite Adagio tea I've tried. The Red Rooibos tea is rich, with cacao nibs and a pinch of Hazelnut flavor. Love it!
This is a wonderful evening tea with no caffeine. The aroma is delicious as well as the taste. Will definitely buy again.
I usually hate the taste of rooibos tea, but something about this particular blend is very pleasant. If you also dislike rooibos, this might be a tea to sample to see if it can change your mind.

This is my third bag of Rooibos Nutcracker and it’s changed. I’ve had this happen before with other flavored rooibos teas. One bag is good and the next is bitter and almost undrinkable. Quality control at Adagio must be slipping. Won’t be ordering this one (or several others) again.
I just love the aroma of this when you open the packet. Yum! A sweet nutty treat with caramel undertones.
I REALLY like this tea. Im gonna have to go back and buy a bigger portion because wow. So nutty and sweet, very cozy and comforting.
This was a nice nutty, rich, hints of buttery caramel cup that smelled divine. My first cup I had black, but my second was taken with a spot of milk. I see myself regularly reaching for this one.
I absolutely love this tea! This is my wintertime favorite. Nutcracker is perfect for a creamy Tea Latte.

This tea is a delight!! I had to buy enough to keep it in my regular rotation as I'm not sure if its only available around the holidays. The caramel and nutty flavor blend so smoothly with the rooibos - a real treat!
This is a fun one! Apple and cinnamon and cocoa, very festive and lively.
Update: I have bought a big bag of it for the past 3 years so I can enjoy it throughout the year,. It has become one of my absolute favorites! The first sip always makes me smile.
Absolutely fabulous, a beautiful warm Chestnut flavor with hints of vanilla. Fabulous on a cold day.

I love this rooibos tea! It is so flavorful and the caramel-y notes really come through. And I like that I can drink it any time of day without worry about keeping awake at night! Very relaxing, smooth and soothing!
I've ordered this tea a few times because it's just so creamy and delicious. Love drinking it with a splash of milk, or if I'm feeling fancy I'll steam some milk with a little vanilla sugar for a latte. So good!
This tea was fine, I could drink it again, but for me there was nothing special enough for me to want to order it again.
Got this for my mom's evening cuppa. Enjoyable, but not a complete 'wow' from her. She described it as a nice warm cuppa enjoyed all winter long.

This is a nice flavorful tea to enjoy at the end of the day. It is nice to have a good selection of decaf teas on hand. I usually put a little honey and cream in it.
Tasted like dried wood, would not recommend. The smell was fantastic so it was deceiving. Could not bring myself to make more.
The Rooibos Nutcracker is a comfy and smooth slightly sweet cup with a nice nutty flavor. We waited all year from trying a sample until we could get the large bag when it became available again! Good with a tiny bit of cream or with a little added sweetness, but also very good with nothing added. We recommend it!

I really enjoyed this one hot with some honey. The flavors of nuts, caramel, and fruits blend really nicely together.
I thought I loved rooibos vanilla the most but then I tried this. The hazelnut and other warm even creamy flavors really come through nicely. I made a big pot with 1 tsp plain rooibos and 4 tsp of nutcracker.
I loved the warm, nutty smell and taste of hazelnut in this tea. It didn't need any sweetener. This is definitely going on my favorites list.
Update: I tried steeping it in milk with a little extra cocoa. It was good!
This is a cozy sweater in a cup. A nutty flavor lingers in the back of the throat. This tea tastes like it's giving me a hug.
Oh my yum! When I first had this, I spent a few minutes trying to place why the tea tasted so familiar. To me, I taste Taro boba even though there is no Taro in it, it just has that nutty and sweet flavor to it that had me happy dance with each sip.
A woody, but sweet smelling tea. This blend tastes pretty close to how it smells, except the flavor leans more sweet than woody. Something about this tea gives me those comfy and cozy winter holiday vibes. Overall, a lovely any time tea to enjoy during the winter months.
I had not tried Rooibos previously; I generally go straight to the black teas. I was very pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be purchasing Rooibos blends in the future
Delicious and dry red rooibos flavor, with some notes of chestnut and fruit. If you enjoy Adagio's chestnut black tea, but want someone caffeine-free or milder in flavor, this is a good alternative!
