Definitely a cloud of lemon notes come out of the pot.
A combination of bright, tangy citrus notes with creamy vanilla and a hint of lemongrass producing a soft, fluffy, lemon cream taste.

Definitely a cloud of lemon notes come out of the pot.
My first Rooibos tea! Lovely and refreshing lemony taste.
I’m a little bummed about this tea. You just don’t get a whole lot of lemon. The vanilla is great with the Rooibos but it’s missing a bigger lemon flavor.
Amazing!! Never thought I'd become such a big fan of this tea. In the past I have avoided reddish teas as they are usually too strong for me. I am now officially a roobious fan!
This is good- not a favorite- but good.
Citrusy and sweet, I expected more vanilla flavour but it is still very good
This tea tastes great both hot and iced, but I slightly prefer it iced. It s very flavorful so it can be difficult to drink a full cup hot, but it mellows out when you ice it.
Nice smooth creamy lemon tea. There s no bitter lemon if that s what your looking for. I enjoy this hot.
One of my favorites. Clean and clear. Really good flavor.
This is a surprisingly good tea. The creamy lemon flavor combined with the rooibos is lovely.
This one is a well balanced rooibos with a nice creamy lemon flavor!
I didn t really like this one, I think the creme and lemon flavors clash
This was alright, I wanted it more lemony like sweet lemon tea. I will mix it with my sleep tea.
This Rooibos is absolutely delicious. To me, the dominant flavor is vanilla rather than lemon. A very satisfying tea on it s on or with breakfast.
Really delightful lemony taste. I added some vanilla creamer too it and it tasted like a lemon cake.
Not my favorite Rooibos, the lemon/cream flavorings felt a little heavy, but I will finish the sample.
It should be called 'Vanilla Storm.' I couldn't taste the Lemon at all, but the vanilla taste was almost too much, and completely unnecessary for a 'lemon' tea. It's good if you like a strong vanilla taste, but not at all lemony. They should have forgone the vanilla flavoring and added some lemon peal or dried lemon with the lemon grass.
I get the kind of medicinal flavor people are mentioning. It is a bit reminiscent of theraflu. However I still really enjoy this tea. Would probably make a good hot toddy.
Ok, this tea smells and tastes like lemon cake or maybe cookies...I can't decide! It's so good, worth a try!!
This is heavenly. Imagine putting lemon meringue pie in a cup!
If you like lemon, you'll enjoy this tea. It tastes pretty much exactly like you'd imagine -- like lemon, though not overly strong. This isn't a tea that tastes like lemon-aid, it's not nearly that strong or sweet. More like hot water with lemon.
Bright, lemony and creamy rooibos blend. Nice because the rooibos doesn’t overpower.
Pretty good. I do wish it tasted as good as it smells, but with a bit of honey the flavor shines through more.
At first, I thought I really liked this one, but the tea became more and more artificial as II continued drinking it
This is a lovely rooibos tea, but I don’t get much lemon flavour once it has steeped.
Very very creamy, just slightly lemony (it tastes more like lemon zest) it's really nice. I think children would love this one.
I wouldn't call this a lemon tea, just as I wouldn't call Earl Grey a bergamot tea. This is a rooibos tea with lemon. Without sugar, the lemon flavor is barely detectable over the pondwater flavor of the rooibos. With sugar, the lemon flavor is more detectable, but pondwater-rooibos still dominates.
Great tasting tea...I really enjoyed it! I taste everything that is comprised in the ingredients.
Personally I have always been a fan of Rooibos, so adding lemon to it makes this tea delight!
It is not bad but a little off the mark for me. I was expecting it to be very light and lemon like. Possibly like the lemon meringue tea but maybe with a deeper lemon flavor and notes of candy. To me it tastes more like banana pudding with lemon added. It is naturally sweet which was interesting. I would have liked it had it not been for that banana taste.
This tea had a great lemon smell but it didnt really come through as well as I hoped it will
A good sweet lemon flavor with the vanilla, especially if you like rooibos. Enjoyed is as an evening dessert tea with cookies.
I had this tea in my cart and was very excited to see it as today’s communitea. It is SO yummy. Bright springy lemon flavor. Very crisp and still creamy enough to make it a dessert tea. The sample bag in my cart was just upgraded to a big bag!
I wish I could leave a neutral response on the communitea page. This tea smells very strongly of cough syrup. I'm not getting much lemon flavor, I think it's been drowned out by the vanilla. It's a rather odd experience, because it's a creamy tea when you're expecting a very lemony fresh flavor. Overall I'm quite disappointed.
This was a pick by the communiTEA that I was surprised to find wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be considering I hate lemon flavored anything. But the lemon is not such a strong, overwhelming flavor in this particular tea that I actually finished it. So, if you hate lemon as much as I do, this might be one of your best bets for a lemony tea you can actually drink!
Smelled just like iced lemon cookies in the bag. The taste wasn't terrible but I'm just not super into Rooibos.
Didn’t brew this very long at all. Nice cream lemon taste.
Maybe it was just the sample I got, but I'm not getting any lemon over the overpowering smell/taste of vanilla. It's ok, but not something I would choose to drink all the time.
Such an interesting flavor for tea, definitely desserty and since it’s caffeine free it would be great for enjoying at night after dinner. Doesn’t need sweetened which I appreciate.
This tea smelled like bubblegum when I opened the package! I was a little underwhelmed after tasting it, as it just didn’t taste “special”
I’m glad this was included in CommuniTEA! I wouldn’t normally try this one, and I love it.
I am just not a fan of rooibos tea nice lemon flavor but not so much the rooibos.
I am not a lemon fan at all. Which means I never would have bought this on my own to sample. I'm glad I got it as part of communiTEA. I loved this a lot. The vanilla adds just enough to mellow what I don't like about lemon when combined with the rooibos.
i didn't expect to like this one much But I was wrong, it is so delicious, Vanilla and Lemon is really nice in this one :)
I expected the lemon flavor to be a bit more pronounced than it was, but it was still a tasty tea. Maybe the rooibos clashes or masks the flavor of the lemongrass a bit. The aroma is great, though - smells like lemon cookies!
Interesting. The scent was heavy on the vanilla side, as someone who has never liked vanilla teas I didn't expect to like this. I was pleasantly surprised. The lemon balanced the vanilla nicely.
I loved the aroma of this tea! However, rooibos just aren't my cup of tea. Adding some sugar helped, and there is a good citrus accent. Maybe it would be better as a green instead of a red.
Strong rooibos and bitter lemon flavor, not to my taste. I don’t get any hint of creaminess. I’ll be drinking the rest iced.
Well, color me shocked. This rooibos tea is actually good. I've never had a flavored rooibos where the flavoring wasn't completely obscured by the rooibos. This one has a nice, creamy lemon flavor that makes this a quite pleasant brew.
It's a lovely tea with a wonderful lemony aroma but I personally do not like vanilla flavor in my teas. If you like vanilla by all means try it! This one just wasn't for me.
