This tea was my first experience with Adagio and why I've become addicted. I love that you can taste the maple and the blueberry. tastes exactly like an ihop waffle.
The scent is spot on blueberry pancakes with maple syrup. It's not too sweet with a clean and light flavor that doesn't linger.
This blend is pleasant, it’s sweet, there’s the barest touch of maple flavor, but if you don’t get enough of the apple pieces with blueberry flavoring on them or an actual blueberry in your portion it may not taste exactly as intended. Note that I generally find honeybush to be a weak base flavor-wise so I will double down on the tea if possible or use less water. When the maple and blueberry flavors are built up strong enough to match the scent then the cup is a winner.
Breakfast in a cup. Yummy flavors to brighten your morning or to help soothe you in the evening. This tea has moderate flavors of blueberry and maple. I love it sweetened with just a bit of maple syrup. Great tea to have any time of day. Steeped at 212º for 7 mins. Cheers!
There aren't words to describe how much this tea smells and tastes exactly like blueberry pancakes. It makes a very tasty cup to enjoy in the morning or evening.

The blueberry and vanilla flavors in this tea really do blend into a liquid representation of blueberry pancakes. The tea was light on maple flavor but I am not sure if that is a general aspect of the tea or just a reflection of the limited sample in the Communitea packet. A fun way to drink the flavors of breakfast.

Just like its name, this tea is reminiscent of warm blueberry pancakes, and the rooibos goes perfectly with it. I'm willing to bet it would go great with some too!!
This tea gets a strong head start thanks to its honeybush base. While if made to choose, I would pick the banana nut over this one, this remains a delicious sip that is exceptionally reminiscent of its namesake!

CommuniTEA Review: Small confession… I don’t think I’ve ever actually eaten a blueberry pancake. Blueberry muffins, yes. Blueberry scones, yes. But never a blueberry pancake. Regardless, this tea is delicious!
Well named. This tea tastes just like a sweet, syrup soaked pancake. I didn't get that much blueberry flavor when this tea was hot but once it cooled off a little the blueberry became more pronounced.
CommuniTEA packet tasting, this blend has the perfect balance of maple and blueberry. The honeybush is a nice herbal pairing. Happy sipping!
Didn't get a huge blueberry flavor, but definitely a maple flavor and some indistinct lightly sweet flavor. A smooth sip.
It does taste like blueberry pancakes! I'd prefer more if that and less Honeybush but a nice afternoon tea

It's delicious! It really tastes like blueberry pancakes. It's good hot or cold, and fine without any additives. My friend and husband also really liked it. Definitely a winner.

Wow! I'm honestly a bit blown away by this tea! The smell is a luscious blueberry when you open the packet, but once brewed, the sweet baked flavor of pancakes comes through. It's a really light flavor, very forward in the mouth, without much depth or heaviness to it, but that makes it easy to drink
I smiled when I saw today's tea because Honeybush Blueberry Pancake is one of my favorites. It smells and tastes like breakfast with a natural sweetness. I'm currently using this tea as a 'sweet treat' as I work to reduce the sugar in my diet after the holidays. 'Cheers!' This is a good one!

28 Dec 2020 communiTEA review: I’ve been wanting to try this one. Everybody was present in my communiTEA packet this morning. There was one huge dry blueberry anxiously awaiting to jump into the steeper and let loose its flavor. Strong maple syrup and blueberry aromas were noted.
When hot, moderate maple and blueberry flavors were noted. I added a bit of sugar to sweeten the deal.
When warm, maple and blueberry flavors intensified. The Honeybush added some doughy, but woody pancake flavors. The vanilla worked with the maple flavoring to produce a syrupy smooth mouthfeel. The only thing missing was the butter. A bit of oolong might have helped with that.
This blend really did taste like a blueberry pancake covered with maple syrup. (5 mins @ 212ºF, 1/4 tsp sugar)
I really enjoyed this tea. It takes like pancakes and maple syrup to me - very good. Just didn’t get much blueberry, but still delicious. Will be ordering some with my next order.

This tea smells amazing, like blueberry pancakes, upon opening and continued to so during steeping. It made me hungry, and I’m not a big pancake eater. Visually all the ingredients seem to be present. It really is a pretty tea. I steeped the tea for the recommended time at the recommended temperature, in 12 oz of water with 2 tsp of tea sugar. I may use less tea sugar in the future to tone down the sweetness…maybe.
I have to admit that I went into the tea tasting biased to not like it much. I had a little taste of my daughter’s sample awhile back and was not impressed. It seems that I have done this tea a great injustice. Having a full cup is much different than having a small taste. The tea is wonderful, sweet and blueberry with a maple presence that remains for quite a while after the tea is finished. This is a very enjoyable cuppa. I’ll have to put it on my wish list as a sweet treat for nearly any time of day.
To me, this tea smells better than it tastes. I get a little hint of the maple flavor, some sweetness from the honeybush, and weak blueberry flavors. This one is more flavorful iced, than hot (to me),
This tea is sooooo delicious. Naturally sweet i didn't even need to add honey, and I love the fact it's caffeine free. The blueberry maple flavor with the hint of vanilla is so comforting. This tea is like a warm hug in a mug.

This is really enjoyable, sweet and fruity. Less of a pancake vibe for me but there is a slight maple flavor. I can imagine drinking this while eating blueberry pancakes! I especially appreciate having another option for evening tea time!

Decided to try this after we loved the honeybush banana bread so well. This one is very good. Smells like maple syrup. But banana bread is still number one to us!
A pleasing golden flavor that absolutely captures blueberry pancakes! The slightly 'baked' taste that honeybush blends do so well is strongly featured here, well balanced with a strong berry flavor. Maybe it's more of a novelty tea than an everyday sipper, but I do love a good novelty. Careful not to over-sweeten!
I initially received this tea by chance as a birthday gift and wasn't sure I was going to like it; dessert-type teas have always been hit or miss for me. But after trying this one for the first time, I got online that same day and ordered myself a proper bag of it. I even found myself brewing it a little longer than average just to enhance the strength of the flavors. This chance little discovery has become a tea that I always keep on-hand.
I prefer the honeybush banana nut but this is good too. It's really good if you sweeten it with maple syrup

This is my husband's favorite tea! It is crazy because it tastes just like a pancake!
Out of the bag, this tea smelled amazing and clearly like blueberry pancakes doused in maple syrup. I had this without any milk or sweetener. After brewing, it was a bit mild for my taste. Lightly sweet, no blueberry flavor that I could pick out, and a clear maple flavor. It more or less tasted like pancakes, but the blueberry had gotten lost. I wasn't sure why, because there were clearly dried bits of blueberry. I wasn't wow'd by this, as I expected a stronger fruit front. It may take more tea or a longer brew. Overall, not bad, but less than what I was expecting.
Edited: Let this tea brew a bit longer, because it opens up. The blueberry richness comes through after you give it some time (around 7-10 minutes). I didn't brew the tea that long, but I let the flavors mingle and the blueberry came through. It's blueberry pancakes with maple syrup. That said, this is very very sweet, and I didn't add a drop of sugar. This isn't something I would have all the time, simply because I like more earthy and nutty flavors, but on a dreary, cold day? This one's a banger.
