How lovely I'm able to write a review of my own. This tea I bought for my mom and then it was gifted to me on my birthday. Banana nut muffins - my favorite breakfast treat as a child, this definitely embodies it. I would recommend you let it steep for as long as you can to get the full banana experience, add no honey or milk just sugar because it will alter the banana flavor. I loooved it :)

Oh my god, y'all, this is the best tea that I ever had. It is literally liquified banana bread essence. There are not enough words in the universe to describe how in love with this tea I am.

Tastes just like banana nut bread. Guilt free desert in a cup.

This is by far my new favorite tea! I love the banana and nuttiness!

The tea is smooth but the banana nut flavor is very mild

★★★★★

I love this tea so much! Just a little bit of cream and sugar and you feel like you’re drinking a muffin. It’s a perfect way to satisfy a sweet craving.

★★★★★

Tastes exactly like a slice of hot banana nut bread right out of the oven. Yum!

This is one of my favorites! Tastes like banana bread.

★★★★★

I personally loved this tea. It tasted like a piece of banana bread. It wasn't too overpoweringly banana, but just the right amount in my opinion. It really gave me a warm cozy home feeling drinking.

Solid. I was skeptical about a tea capturing the flavor of banana bread, but it does so beautifully.

★★★★★

Very flavorful. The key to a stronger taste is to use no more than 3/4-1 cup of water. Great treat!

So delicious! It smells like a banana nut muffin. I could drink it every day.

★★★★☆

Great dessert tea hot or iced! Be aware the taste is of a nutty banana bread with the nut flavor more to the forefront, so if you want banana tea this isn't quite it!

★★★★★

This tea is so yummy and it really does smell and taste like a banana muffin.

★★★★★

This tastes like warm banana bread in a mug! Wonderful decaf treat.

★★★★★

This tea is a perfect Breakfast blend for me, it’s not too harsh and it’s already naturally sweet so I don’t have to add much sugar. This is a favorite for sure!

★★★★☆

One of my favorites! Sweet with nutty undertones, and enjoyable with or without sugar.

★★★★★

I love this blend! At first it was mostly the banana taste, but I added some milk and I could instantly get the cocoa and chestnut flavors for a really balanced cup. Once I finish my sample bag, I will definitely reorder.

★★★★★

Ok... this tea really went off. This is my first experience with honeybush and I m honestly impressed. The dry tea smells like maple and cream, with some banana scent in the background. When steeped, it tasted just like maple-syrup soaked pancakes. Definitely regretting getting just a sample size!

Tastes just like banana nut bread. I plan on keeping this in my caffeine free rotation.

Soooo good. It smells like banana nut pancakes with maple syrup. Awesome fall cup!

You can drink this without any sweetener!, if anything just a small spoon of honey or syrup

★★★★★

Super delicious. The spices in it weren't to strong and was perfect for a cold morning

★★★★★

This is my favorite dessert tea. The flavor is as good as the smell too. I can drink it without any sweetener.

★★★★★

Wow, really accurate flavor. Smelled just like banana nut bread in the bag & tasted like it too. Good strong flavor - even on the second steep (on which I increased the time to 10 mins.).

This blend does taste like a sweet banana bread to me, but the sweetness of the honeybush is stronger than the banana nut flavor. It is still a very nice sweet treat for when you don't want the caffeine. I'm enjoying the sample I purchased, but I don't think it will be one of my 'must have' teas.

★★★★★

Loved this tea! I find that most honeybush and rooibos teas tend to taste the same no matter their flavorings, this one stood out as a little different and that is good. I am always searching for a satisfying blend to drink in the evenings with little to no caffeine, and this one absolutely fits the bill.

★★★★★

Tastes just like you would imagine based on the name. It is a nice soul-warmer for these fall evenings.

★★★★★

Quite an intriguing tea! Drinking this tea reminded me of eating banana bread. Nutty and fruity flavors mix quite well to make this a great tea to drink on a chilly autumn afternoon.

I wanted to try this because it sounded like a strange flavor, I was pleasantly surprised. The honeybush tastes great, and the banana nut flavor isn't overpowering.

★★★★★

This is a very warm and comforting tea. I don't know that Banana Nut is the right name for it, there was zero hint of that flavor to me, but it has a very nice vanilla muffin like flavor. I added about half a tablespoon of half & half to it to make it nice and creamy, perfect combo.

Oh my gosh, this tea is divine. Banana is a hard flavor to get right in tea and also be recognizable in both taste and smell, this one nails it. It's great plain or with a tad bit of sugar and sweet cream. There's a reason this one is so loved, give it a try and let it win you over!

Enjoyed this smooth flavorful tea with warm banana nut flavor. I don’t add sugar or milk to my tea but think this is a nice evening dessert tea.

★★★★★

It made my rabbit jealous. Perfect morning drink.

★★★★★

Love the Honeybush Banana Nut! Good flavor and will buy again.

★★★★★

This is a new favorite. If you love banana nut muffins and flavored teas, this is for you. The natural sweetness of the honeybush tea is exactly right. I love adding oat milk and a little dash of cinnamon for a yummy treat any time of day.

Fantastic honeybush tea, of course--warm and comforting, and actually a lot like banana nut bread in smell and taste!

★★★★☆

This one really tickled my palate. With a touch of honey it is a very full-bodied, almost sweet, but not overpoweringly so - after dinner drink. The fact that it is caffeine-free makes this a lovely night-time treat. Another one of Adagio's nicely proportioned blends. The banana really sets it off nicely - and the cinnamon is NOT overpowering, which is something I frequently find in Adagio's teas.

★★★★★

I absolutely loved this tea! Normally, I don't like scented teas, but the scent adds more to the taste!

This tea smelled amazing-the flavor wasnt quite as strong as I hoped, but still it was good.

★★★★☆

I don’t get much banana but I do get a comfy sweet toastiness that IS reminiscent of a sweet quick bread (like banana bread). This is perhaps a tea that would benefit from some sweetener to bring out the fruit flavours some more, though I haven’t tried that. I would prob get this again, it’s pleasant with it’s only fault being perhaps a little boring (and sometimes that’s what you want!).

This is my favorite tea! I make sure to have it on hand at all times. It is so incredible, and I've found it makes a perfect substitute for dessert (crazy, I know)!

★★★★★

I enjoyed this tea - the natural sweetness of honeybush and the nutty fruit flavor. I felt this tea had a creamy profile with the flavor of bananas & nuts almost like a banana split sundae without all of the extra calories. The little extra calories only come from how much sweetness you add. This is great for those who like these flavors without changing the flavor profile with chocolate. This tisane is also naturally caffeine free.

★★★★☆

Smells exactly like a banana nut muffin. Tastes good but not as much tea flavor as I'd like

★★★★★

This tea smells like a dessert and tastes great. I would order it again.

★★★★★

It really does taste like banana nut bread. My husband loves this one.
