So in my recent order from Adagio, I was really looking forward to tasting this ! And it did not disappoint at all. I was blown away by the rich banana bread flavor of this tea. The banana flavor is light, sweet, and smooth but not fake or overwhelming at all. The predominant flavor is is nutty, and it even has a cocoa flavor like banana bread with pecans or walnuts and chocolate chips. Brewed strong (2 tsp per 10 -12 oz cup) it can even take a splash of milk which really makes it taste like a banana bread, bringing out the walnut flavor even more. This is a must have if you like something dessert like to sip without caffeine.

Delicious toasty nut flavors with just the right amount of banana! I am wary of anything 'banana flavored' because artificial banana flavoring is often so cloying and fake-tasting, but this tasted very natural.

I never thought I could have the exact taste of homemade banana bread in a tea, but here we are. Easily one of the more unique teas I have tried and keep coming back to. It's not one I'm always in the mood for due to the dessert nature of it, but when I am, it really hits the spot! I personally enjoy it with a bit of sugar and a splash of half & half. Highly recommended!

I didn't love this one. For some reason, I thought this had rooibos in it, but it doesn't.
We tried this because our daughter constantly steals our tea, we needed more teas on hand that were caffeine free. She went thru the sample size very quick and we had to reorder more. Smells amazing! But we all love bananas. Such a comfort tea, I will say as an adult you need to be in the mood for the sweetness. But great option when you have a 3yr old that loves tea lol
It was good, but all the rave reviews made me think it would ve been better. I know you don t use nuts, but still felt it could ve used more nuttiness.

Wish there were real banana chips instead of squares of dried apple in this blend, and it would be much better. I blind taste tested this on two friends and they both said it tasted like apple, not banana.

Honeybush Banana Nut tea smells exceptionally delicious. It tastes great, too. Sweet, nutty, and lightly spiced, it's a great 'comfort tea' reminiscent of hardy baked goods like banana bread and French toast. This is a great Fall/ Winter tea. Add a splash of milk for some extra richness.
This is a wonderful tasting tea that smells and tastes almost exactly like banana bread. I drink it at bedtime and found that it's very relaxing. Perfect for if you enjoy dessert-tasting teas.

Tastes as one might hope, roasty nutty and banana-y. It contains a flavoring used for the Chestnut tea, which I think is part of why I like it. I got it especially for evening drinking since there s no caffeine.

So far - this is my favorite, hands down. It tastes exactly how I was hoping it would. It's great without adding any sugar but I will say that after adding some Tupelo, it pretty much went from an 8 to a 10 for me. This will be a staple from now on.

This is a wonderful herbal tea! I am a black tea drinker, so I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this. I plan on trying the Honeybush Sampler, because of the aroma and deliciousness of this banana nut. It does smell and taste like dessert or breakfast. Would recommend.
