I bought the biggest possible bag of this (along with rooibos turtle pecan) for my best friend's mom, who is absolutely obsessed with it. This is one of the few teas I prefer with milk, and I'm told it's excellent with boba.

While this tea may smell like banana nut bread when you open it, it doesn't taste like it. It brews to a more cider-like consistency and is on the bitter side. If you like a more bitter chai-like tea, you might like this. But for me, this is a pass.

I really liked this one, but I think I needed to brew it a little longer for more flavor. It smells amazing and tastes very good.
This tea was very nutty, but I didn't really get the banana flavor that I was thinking this would have.
I like this one but find I prefer the regular Honeybush vanilla instead. the banana flavor is overwhelming for me.

So so so so so so good!!! I really can't recommend this enough. I got a 3oz bag because all the reviews said it was good and I was not disappointed at all! I have been drinking it all week and had to get the 16 oz because I love it so much. It really is like having a banana bread loaf in a cup. Highly recommend 10/10.
I'll admit, when I read all the reviews that said this tea tastes like banana bread, I thought that was WEIRD, but I also like to try weird things. All the reviews are correct, and this tea does taste like banana bread, but it's not weird at all! It's DELICIOUS!
I could die for this tea. I think I tried it first as a sample and then it was discovered again in the Tea advent calendar last year. I ordered 3oz less than 6 months ago. And it's quickly become a guilty pleasure of mine as I've just received my latest shipment with a pound. It tastes like your eating fresh out of the oven banana bread it has to be magic!

I live in Texas so I cold-brew in the summer and steep in the winter. This tea has two distinct flavors. The banana comes through best when steeped. The nut flavor is more dominant when cold-brewed. Both are great, but I prefer this tea steeped.
