I had never tried honeybush before, but I love apricot teas, so I gave this one a try and it was wonderful!
Ripe apricots and smooth flavor of sweet Honeybush from South Africa. Soft, mellow and balanced crispness.

I had never tried honeybush before, but I love apricot teas, so I gave this one a try and it was wonderful!
After trying this tea I figured out that I don't like honeybush.
This tea didn't have much of a flavor to it. When I read the ingredients I was expecting something more complex. Instead, this tastes closer to a 'sweet' flavored tea with a hint of fruit.
Like a fresh apricot! The rooibos sort of disappeared in background which for me is what I wanted since the taste is very acquired.
It is solid, but not something I would make a point to have this all of the time.
The aroma is fairly ho-hum... Just honeybush and apricot candy. The taste is even more so. There's not enough apricot flavor, even with added sugar. So it mostly tastes like peppery honeybush and a little fake apricot. No thanks. :P
Enjoyed with blended with rooibos peach. Very nice.
This has a smooth mellow taste and an apricot after taste
Brought Honeybrush Apricot to Cara's place... and nobody noticed she forgot to put any sugar in. But we all liked it. Nice tea, and perfectly sweet on its own!
I love Adagio's regular apricot blend, I normally never buy flavored teas but it's one of the few exceptions because I honestly don't think I could do better. The sweetness and honey flavor of the honeybush tea go with it perfectly. This is a must buy for anyone who likes sweet, fruity tea.
apricot flavors come out nicely, though I'm not a huge fan of apricot so it wasn't that good to me
This underwhelmed me. It smelled nice, but I couldn't really taste the apricot very well, and overall I think I prefer plain honeybush.
Rolling boil brew for 5 minutes. This is an excellent tea that is great with a little bit of...honey. But seriously I love this tea to relax with at the end of the day.
This is fabulous much more apricot flavor than the black tea.
I like to mix this one with some peppermint--I do half and half and it's a nice refreshing cup!
Something about this flavor is just awful. Maybe I brewed it incorrectly, because the bag smells great, but it just tastes terrible. I'm glad I only received a sample of it to try.
This one is fantastic hot or iced. The sweetness of the honeybush is perfect for the apricot. I think this one's replaced my black apricot tea!
Not a fan, but it wasn't awful. Not a reorder item, but it might just be me.
This tea has a very clean, sweet, and fruity taste. It is definitely one of my favorites, and I recommend it if you like fruit teas.
I enjoyed the sweetness of the honeybush apricot. Very flavorful and fruity. I think I prefer honeybush over regular rooibos now.
One of my favorite combinations. if you love apricot or 'peachy' teas, this one is for you. Add some honey if you want a real smooth and fruity flavor, don't add sweetener if you like it more subtle.
This tea is sweet by itself. Delicious served hot or iced.
I adore Adagio's honeybush teas. This apricot variety is wonderfully sweet, and I am looking forward to trying it iced as well.
So, apparently I am not a fan of rooibos or honeybush. There is something that tastes like a vegetable in this one, and given I love Adagio's apricot flavor in the other teas, I'm going to have to assume it's the honeybush. The initial flavor isn't bad, but then the veggie taste happens and I am left rather confused? ...I'll try it again, it might have been over-steeped or something, but for the moment I am not a fan.
This is a great honeybush flavor. like all honeybush teas it's light and nutty, pretty mild, but this one is coupled with a great sweet/tart apricot flavor. It tastes natural, not artificial or like medicine. I am excited to use it in blends, or make it iced in a fruity mix. Although it's nice now, warm, and probably great with a little honey on a day home sick.
Very comforting, late evening tea. It's very fruity and I find it benefits from some honey.
This is the first tea I can say tastes exactly as it smells, which is really surprising. It's a very soft flavor and is sweet. If you have trouble drinking bitter tea this is a great tea to try.
This tea is lovely, particularly when you want something calming and sweet but not too sweet, and without caffeine. Honeybush is in general a wonderful tea, and the apricot adds the perfect punch of interesting fruit flavor.
Honeybush is an interesting cousin to rooibos. It's a bit sweeter and somewhat less rich, deep, and woody. The apricot flavor works with honeybush in this instance. I prefer rooibos, but this is a nice change of pace.
In the packet, this smelled a bit like bubble gum, so I was worried. The tea is nice, though. A subtle apricot flavor, and nicely sweet.
This tea is very fruity. Usually I expect apricot teas to be more delicate. I don't particularly like it, but I can see where others might.
I relied on the reviews and gave this tea a taste. I don't care for apricots, but I really like this tea. It smells divine and has a good fruity/ floral taste without being overwhelming.
Nutty - I liked it. That's pretty much it :/ Not a new fav though...
This is a great combination of sweet and fruity. It reminds me of dried apricots and caramel. Lovely blend that leaves a sweet taste in the mouth afterward.
By far my favorite tea!! Great Taste! Love the tiny apple pieces! I love the smell, everything!!! Superb tea, i will definitely reorder this. :D
I am going to have to order a larger size for my mom. This is her favorite tea now.
This has an amazing scent, but like the other fruity teas that don't have fruit chunks, the flavor is just generically fruity. Not as sweet tasting as, say, the honeybush mango.
I was curious about an apricot tea and it turned out better than I expected
This was sent to me by mistake, I think. I don't usually drink this kind of tea. But this was actually decent. I bet it would be great over ice on a hot day. The frutiness was very natural tasting. It really didn't taste fake, which can ruin tea. Overall I was pleasantly surprised.
definitely one of my favorite herbal teas...so yummy
This tea has an odd smell when you open the bag that goes away when you brew it, but the taste of the tea was just like the smell! The flavor off this tea is really not good at all.
Decent honeybush with subtle apricot flavor (more scent than flavor). Nice for non-black tea drinkers.
Lovely iced or hot, honeybush apricot brews with a naturally lightly sweet apricot taste and never lasts long in a mug. It's actually better without sweeteners like honey or agave syrup, which make it too sweet, no matter how little is added. Flavor is rather simple, however. More complex flavors (like added cream or vanilla or osmanthus) would make the infusion more interesting to drink.
so far this is my favorite tea that I've purchased :D
Another of my favorites. Wonderful hot or iced, and, like all honeybush variants, I've yet to sweeten it.
Love it. I always love these apricot teas. This one is very pleasing. Very light and clear.
The mellow honeybush taste compliments the apricot perfectly, this is another reorder fav!
Definitely my least favorite of the apricot-flavored teas on Adagio. The apricot flavor is distinctly there, but doesn't mesh well with the underlying honeybush flavor - they clash a little, and there's a slightly off aftertaste. (This is a better flavor overall than the rooibos peach - if you're looking for a honeybush/rooibos apricot/peach-y flavor, this one's a better choice than the rooibos peach, but overall, Adagio's apricot, apricot green, and decaf apricot are all far superior to this one.)
I love the Honeybush Mango, and I love apricots, so I thought I'd give one a try. The apricot flavor is so mild that it really can't be tasted...not very different from the straight Honeybush.
This makes great iced tea. It is on the sweeter side.
