Green rooibos is the nice twin but tends to be a bit quiet. This tea made for an enjoyable cup hot and chilled. Can't say that I really tasted the mango but passion fruit was present. Not something I would necessarily purchase but happy to sip as a CommuniTea sample.

Green rooibos always makes a good sweet, fruity base for tropical fruit flavors. This makes a good iced tea. I could use a little more tropical fruit flavor. Recognize mango flavor, but can’t really distinguish any of the other fruit flavors. Prefer some of the other green rooibos flavors over this one. Steeped 212º for 5 mins. Recommend adding more than 1 tsp per cup to get a little extra flavor.

Enjoying along with the CommuniTEA today: Strong mango, apricot, and green rooibos noticed from the dry ingredients and packet. Once steeped for 5 mins at 212°F, floral and sweet stone fruit detected from my cup. When I take a sip, more mango, apricot, and green rooibos. This is one of my favorites.

I was really excited to try this and cold brewed in the frig. I may have added too much water. My sample didn't really have much flavor to it. Maybe I should have tried it hot ?

This was a delightful cold brewed cup of iced tea! The tropical flavors were well blended, and the green Rooibos makes a perfect iced tea base. No sugar or sweetener needed in this one!

Like other green rooibos I've tried, it isn't bad, but it isn't overly flavorful. I mostly only taste a mango-ish flavor, the rest of the flavors were lost. From past experience, I went with a high tea to low water ratio (the 1.5 tsp in my packet to 7 oz water) to help boost the flavor so that it wouldn't be so watery. That helped, but it was still just okay. Since I am not concerned with caffeine content, I would choose something that has more flavor before I would go for this again. I like this tropical green rooibos blend. I enjoyed my CommuniTEA packet chilled. It was very refreshing. I was able to get a 2nd short steep to enjoy hot. This is a great caffeine free option! Happy sipping!

It ok, It tasted tropical fruit, not bad. I like it better cold. Great summer drink.☕️

I found this to be a weak on flavor despite a longer brew time. I did enjoy what I could taste.

In the Communitea packet, this smelled strongly of orange, with other tropical scents and green rooibos present, but not quite as powerful.

Once steeped for 5 minutes, the tea was bright orange-amber and the orange smell had mellowed out into a more gentle, though slightly sour, fruitiness.

Hot, it was not especially flavorful - green rooibos and a lingering citrusy sweetness. I didn't get the mango or apricot flavors at all.

Warm, the apricot flavors came forward, but taste was still a little subdued.

I don't typically sweeten my teas, so I moved on to plan B and decided to chill the rest of the cup and try it iced. THIS was the winner. The flavors still aren't particularly distinct, but I can finally taste a bit of mango, and it's a refreshing afternoon treat, especially during a heat wave!

I cold-brewed this overnight, and the flavor is complex & interesting, but so mild I was chasing it around, sip after sip. I'd love a version of this turned up a little bit.

Very floral. The marigold overwhelmed other flavors.

Living in Florida, I feel this drink sums up the feel of the Keys and the water nearby. Wonderful passionfruit and mango flavors add a some sunshine to my day!

★★★☆☆

Misty is okay but it isn't really strong enough in any category for me to love it. The fruit flavor comes through but it tastes watered down to me. I think the flavors would work better with a stronger base tea.

I steeped this tea for a little longer than recommend (8 minutes at 212F). Even with the extra time, this tea was a little too lightly flavored to me. It tasted slightly more flavorful cold versus hot, but I still didn't find any flavors that really stood out.

This is very good for a rooibos and I get mostly light fruit flavors from the brew. The orange and mango stick out the most, and I am not tasting much of the passionfruit (which is sad because I love passionfruit). The flavor of the rooibos is subdued, and I actually like that because I prefer the flavor of the fruit.

CommuniTEA Sample: I'm finding that I like rooibos green more and more, each time I have it. This was a good blend, but it did lack a bit of fruity notes. They were present, but very light. It was a nice cup that probably would have been a bit better iced.

Nice light tea. Definitely got the mango flavor in it, but it was blended with everything else nicely. Good overall tropical flavor.

I made it coldbrew over night and its a nice smooth easy to drink tea. The flavors aren't super strong but it is quite refreshing.

I don't like like rooibos tea, but am trying to branch out and try more things. The green rooibos seems milder to me than the red, so that was a plus. The fruits is this blend were not very present . Perhaps my packet of communitea was just lacking.

So I cold brewed for the first time with this tea, and I liked it! Mellow tropical fruitiness lying on a beach of green rooibos made for a fresh and light beverage. Great summer drink!

This is a nice tea, but not great. To me, it has a non-descript fruity flavor. You can taste fruit, but you can't tell what kind. Maybe I need to steep it longer?

8 Jul 2020 review:

Nice tropical fruit aromas were noted in the bag. In the cup this blend was more like a weak watered-down tropical punch from start to finish. I couldn’t taste any of the individual fruits, just light punch flavors. Sugar didn’t help to bring out flavors either. Pleasant and mellow green rooibos straw flavors were what I tasted the most. I was unimpressed with this blend. The first whiff of the dry leaves had a medicinal scent to it. Once brewed, the flavor was of tropical fruits, though I can’t say I could distinguish passionfruit and mango specifically. There was also a sort of mustiness to this that was unpleasant. Whether that was from one of the flavorings itself, the green rooibos (which I generally like), or the interaction between the rooibos and the flavorings, I can’t say. Regardless, this is not a tea I’m inspired to drink again. (To be fair, I sampled this through the CommuniTEA, and I’m not fond of either passionfruit or mango, particularly in tea. So please, consider my review with a grain of salt.)

A great non-caffeinated tea. The fruit flavor is both distinct but also blends very well together. The fruity and tropical is present but not overwhelming. Plan to try it iced next, but still enjoyable hot.
