A very desserty tea. Reminded me a little of cinnamon toast crunch cereal, in a good way! Maplely goodness with cinnamon.

Unlike a lot of other CommuniTEA reviewers, I tasted quite a bit of maple (I used a little bit of brown sugar to sweeten my tea - that may have helped). This is a tasty tea - a nice, smooth fall drink.

This seems to be one of those teas that's not produced consistently. I've gotten it several times, but the last couple times it's been more cinnamon flavor and less maple. It used to be a perfect maple but lately it has been kind of disappointing. It's good, but not maple. Hopefully they'll fix it and it'll go back to tasting as good as it used to.

Today's CommuniTea sip was this tasty tea, my only wish was that the maple was stronger. I brewed it for 3 mins, may do a second cup at 5. Sweetened lightly with sugar.

I really loved this one and was very happy to see it as today's CommuniTea offering. I've had it in a few blends that I enjoyed, and was excited to try it on its own. The maple flavoring is subtle and blends beautifully with the rich early taste of the oolong base. I didn't really detect any cinnamon notes, but that was fine by me. While I enjoy cinnamon, it can easily overpower other flavors. This is definitely a lovely dessert tea, or just a mid-morning treat sort of tea.

Maple is one of my favorite sweet foods, so I was super excited to see this today! However, the tea doesn't really taste like maple that much. I taste lots of cinnamon and cardomom, not a lot of maple, and just the tiniest hint of a creme. I added sugar, which brought out the maple a tiny bit more, but not enough. To me, this tastes like a cinnamon bun flavored black tea. Not bad, but not good. Just OK. I followed Jim's instructions 200° 4 min, by I think it could use a lower temp still. Maybe 190°-195°.

This is not bad at all. I am the kind of person that oolongs are hit or miss for me. But this one is enjoyable. Drank it plain.

This tastes like the stack of sticky Ooey gooey pancakes drenched in maple syrup that my daughter occasionally has for breakfast. Sweet cinnamon and maple goodness in a cup of tea. I added a half teaspoon of honey to bring out the flavor.

Decent oolong tea with some spice but I dont think its creamy enough to my taste

I did not think I was going to like this one when I opened the packet and was smacked in the face with maple, but I am very pleasantly surprised to find that once I steeped it, it just had a nice light maple flavor. I do like maple, but I think it was the thought of practically drinking maple syrup that had me apprehensive. I can definitely taste the maple, but it is balanced well with the spices, and I like that they added apple in... I don't taste the apple really, but I think it brightens up the cup. I tried the tea without anything added, and decided to add a tiny bit of stevia and cream, and it is a perfect stand-alone treat in a cup! 212 for 5ish minutes. I think I will do as a previous user commented and try a second steep with bonfire since I have it on hand. I can see myself buying this one!

The aroma on opening the tea packet was maple spice. The flavor was mildly maple with a hint of spicy goodness that was enhanced by adding a bit of maple syrup.

Loved it, I definitely tasted the maple.
Didn’t catch the cream so I added my own. It is a great dessert tea.

Part of the October 2020 CommuniTEA box. This is a great breakfast tea for me - sweet and creamy, with just a hint of spice!

★★★★★

MMMMMMM omg this tea is like Autumn in a cup...a lovely blend of cinnamon, cream and maple flavors. Lighter taste on second steep but still very, very good!

I love this tea. Great maple flavour and scent. And as an oolong I can resteep multiple times. I have done 3.

Out of the package it really had a maple smell. I really didn’t taste the maple, but it is still a good solid tea.

Mmm... tastes like warm & cozy, which is great for cold and rainy days. Honey works as a sweetener, but maple syrup is even better!

In my CommuniTEA packet this morning, I noticed that it's a little more cinnamon-forward than I'm used to this particular tea being. It's not bad by any stretch, it's just not what I expected given I actually already have tried this tea and love it tons. That said, when I put in a couple of pieces of rock sugar, I found that it brought out the maple flavor a bit more. I also wonder if a little bit of vanilla cashew milk or cream would draw it out that much more, but I don't have any on hand today to see for myself.

Delicious tea. Perfect as is or with a drop of milk and sugar.

I’m so enjoying autumn in my CommuniTea samples & this tea fits in perfectly-warm & sweet, but not over the top. Well done, Adagio!

I didn’t like this the first time I tried it, but. I think the flavor has improved, because this sampler via the Communitea was very tasty. I don’t remember the cinnamon before, and the maple flavor is delicate.

So good!  I added some honey, which brought out the maple and spices a bit more.  Warming, comforting, and reminiscent of childhood memories of maple syrup farm visits.  For me the balance of flavors was perfect, and complemented the dark oolong well.  One of my favorites of the Fall teas I've tried!  I added a splash of vanilla almond milk, and it was nice but don't know if it added much.

This is one of my favorite teas. With a little bit of milk and maple syrup, it makes one heck of a dessert tea! It's lovely, sweet, and perfectly maple-y.

This is a nice enough oolong, but I was expecting more maple from it and was a little disappointed.

Especially nice with some maple sugar in it for extra mapliness

You can smell the maple right when you zip open the bag! Cozy and sweet tea; really no need for sugar. I prefer drinking this on colder mornings, as it is a bit heavy. Definitely an autumn/winter winner!

Smells more like maple than it tastes. A bit too much cinnamon for me but still a good cuppa.

★★★★★

This is such an amazing tea! I was a little nervous because I wasn’t sure about the maple flavor in tea and I’ve had some bad experiences with some flavored teas being sweet and syrupy in an unpleasant way, but I was pleasantly surprised by this tea! It’s a bit more reminiscent of a black tea than an oolong, but it still tastes good. The maple flavor is pretty subtle, but it can be brought forward with some sweetener (I used rock sugar, but I bet it would be even better with maple syrup) and comes through a bit more in the aftertaste. I think I should point out that this particular tea doesn’t re-steep nearly as well as other oolongs I’ve tried, so keep that in mind when purchasing. Definitely one of my new favorite teas!

So yummy! I got the sample size, wish I had gotten more. So creamy and tastes like pancakes in the best way possible.

Delicious, and tastes like what it claims to, but there's something in this that I get tired of quickly. Maybe anise? Husband likes it, though, and it's good for a yummy tea latte.

I wouldn't have expected it, but I'm a big fan of this tea. It does taste like maple, without being overpoweringly sweet. It's pleasant and not-quite nutty, and it's warm and a little unusual for fall. I've purchased it several times and will very likely purchase again.

★★★★★

A great and strong maple flavor and smell to this tea, if you're a fan of maple you'll love it!

★★★★★

I liked this very much. Slightly sweet- enough to enjoy without anything added. Does have some fall spice flavors coming through as well

Another really good tea. It has a good maple flavor. I don't know if I really love it yet, but it is mild and mellow.

★★★☆☆

Not really a fan of this one. The creme flavor was overpowering on the first steeping, but disappears by the second steeping, leaving a disappointingly weak tea.

★★★★★

Maple, Creme, Oolong? what's Not to like. A very flavourful tea and a must have if you like Oolong tea.

I love the aroma of this tea. It smells sweet in a way that means I don't actually have to add sugar

★★★★★

Lovely with a splash of almond milk to up the creamy factor.

This is hands down my favorite tea! I ordered it on a whim and it is delicious! Like dessert in a cup!
