Versatile tea. Floral, like muddled rose, with apricot and peach pit complexity. Gains more honey-like and orange nectar notes with re-steepings. I recommend 1 tablespoon per 6 ounces, 30 second to 2 minute infusions.
Highly oxidized yet super smooth, the layered cup offers much to delight. Summer fruits like peach and nectarine, with a soft sweetness of honey and dwell in these leaves.

One word: delicious! I loved this and I now look forward to trying the other Masters.
Smooth, sweet and nutty, reminiscent of sesame seeds and honey.
There is simply no better word to use to describe this tea than 'awesome'!
I am not sure I love it enough to drink it regularly, but it was good.
Wonderful crisp and clean tasting tea. Gentle and relaxing with full flavor. Pricey...yes. Worth it...DEFINITELY! My only disappointment is that I came back to buy the larger size but they are sold out.
A masterful oolong from the island. Steeps wet and tastes dry.
great oolong with just the right amount of sweetness to it.
This oolong tea is amazing. Too bad it's soo expensive :/
Excellent oolong. Strong honey flavor and, as may be expected from the different growing region, I did not get as much fruitiness as the Ooooh Darjeeling but I do taste the stone fruit as mentioned by others.
Smells wonderful in tin before brewing, light, mellow flavor, I prefer brewing with more tea than the directions recommend.
Very well-balanced tea, fruity and earthy. You'll pick up on new tastes each brew.
This one was not my cup of tea, too flowery for me.
It has a very sweet scent to it. I think it's my new favorite tea from adagio.
This tea was quite surprising. I found it to be quite floral with subtle hints of vanilla without being overpowering. I tend to shy away from overly floral teas, but this one has really clean and clear flavors. I would recommend this highly, though I think i would prefer formosa bai hao for every day use.
The smell of this tea most definitely resembles stone fruit, as I expected. There is also a strong, pleasant smell of honey. Both of these translate into the cup very well. It is better than the formosa bai hao oolong. I think I would use this as a special occasion tea, as it is sublime but expensive.
Wow! What an awesome experience! I love finding new experiences within the tea world after exploring teas for so long. Worth the money to try!
Very nice, deep, earthy flavor. This is a good wake-me-up blend.
It's flawless for what it is, but there isn't anything about it that makes it worth the price to me. I am not that into oolongs, perhaps I am missing something. I found it to be excellent with honey. It has natural honey notes, which were brought out so much when I added actual honey.
I felt it was just okay? Not super anything to me sadly. :<
This is a wonderful tea...the best I've had so far from Adagio.
My favorite tea of all time. Smooth, flavorful, good for many infusions.
The Hsinchu Oriental Beauty (aka the master's version of the Formosa Bai Hao) is a great oolong tea and is noticeably deeper and holds up better upon re-steeps, it is pretty expensive, especially considering it is 5x more than the regular version.
this is by far one of the best Oolongs i have ever had. Very light, with fruity warm notes to it. I would definitely recommend the use of a gaiwan for this one
