Great way to sample most of the different matcha varieties that Adagio has to offer (missing chocolate, mocha, and cinnamon apple). Keep in mind this is for truly hardcore matcha enthusiasts as the samples all come unsweetened aside from one variety.
good to try all the flavors. I think I waited over a year for this to come back in stock. I liked the oolong and black. not sure about the prep instructions for just shaking in cold water, I just treated it as a hot matcha prep. I will say this is a bit grainy, which came out even in a matcha latte situation, so maybe it is best suited for the cold prep.
update: having tried Adagio's basic matcha (the 2oz jar), it blows these sticks out of the water. In comparison, very gritty and the flavored ones (especially raspberry) artificial tasting. Oolong and black remain my favorites.
This is a great way to try all the different matcha stick flavors without being stuck with a lot of something you don't care for. These blend really well when shaken in a water bottle.
Love being able to try all the matches ! I just had oolong matcha, which I wouldn't have bought alone, and it's wonderful!

This was a nice pack to help me try different matcha flavors before I buy a whole box. I drink it cold in a bottle. A nice antioxidant boost. Refleshing.

This sampler wasn’t for me. The subtle additional flavors were had to detect save for the black tea sample. But those who prefer parsing out flavors will enjoy this box. Still, the quality of matcha was overall wonderful.

The flavored matcha like blueberry or peach are very subtle, the jasmine/black/oolong are very different
This combination of teas is a great idea! I can try all the different flavors and then order a larger amount of the one I like the best. Although, I have tried all the flavors and I liked them all!!
I was happy to get this since it was out of stock for so long. In the meantime I had already tried most of the flavors in their individual boxes. In general I really like the matcha sticks. They are great to have on hand for a really easy tea prep. The best flavors are Jasmine, Black and Blueberry. I got the variety pack in order to the oolong matcha since that's the one that I wasn't sure I would like. I was right in that I don't like it enough to purchase a full box of it. The peach is also disappointing in that there is zero peach flavor to it. It tastes like plain matcha. I'm glad I got to try all the flavors. I will stick to the ones that I really like from now on.
I love a good iced matcha latte in the morning. These are perfectly pre-packaged to be taken on the go, or to make mixing them up in the wee hours much easier--no measuring!! I make mine with milk and ice, shake it up, and it's done. So easy. The flavors are great too! I was a little unsure about the jasmine, oolong and black matcha blends, but did not need to be. All the flavors are great and it's nice to have the variety!
This is a great assortment of Matcha sticks. I enjoyed trying every flavor. The only one I won't be buying again is the Jasmine. It tasted like perfume.
More like a 4.5 as their are many winners but not a perfect pack. I like my matcha warm, so I tried to make the sticks per the directions of the canned matchas on Adagio. Nice variety here that very much showcases the green leaf with generally little sweetners as opposed to other matchas I have tried. My favorites were the jasmine, black, sweet and blueberry due to their more unique nature. A plus for variety though.
I had to have this so I could try the different matcha flavors. I've always been a matcha fan and before Adagio had only had it from the coffee shop. I'm partial to iced matcha so the single portion sticks are perfect to pour, shake, and drink. Note that each stick is for 500ml of water, which is 16.9 ounces. I made the mistake of not enough water with the jasmine and it was overpowering and bitter. Once I used the proper amount of water, it was delicious. The blueberry is my favorite so far. I occasionally add a couple drops of liquid stevia and it brings out the fruit flavor more. I definitely recommend this sampler pack so you can find which flavors you like.
Love that a full sample pack is available! I've previously purchased the blueberry matcha and jasmine matcha sticks and really enjoyed both. Excited to be able to try the other blends for an affordable price.
Great little pack to try some of the most popular flavors! I was pleasantly surprised and ended up liking it so much that I re-ordered a few more boxes of the ones I liked the most.
Doesn't blend as easily as the instructions state. I tried shaking it in my thermos, but it clumped up. I ended up using a mini shaker before adding more water. The matcha is more bitter than vegetal, but the variety of flavors is interesting.
These are great for traveling if you want matcha on the go and couldn't bring your matcha essentials, or are in a location where matcha isn't available. The blends have been interesting to try, but most likely wouldn't get them again. I tried this both cold and with a water below the boiling point, and it was good.
I love Matcha. I love convenient. I like how portable this is. When my husband and I do road trips we always ALWAYS stop for coffee. The last time we went, I took my Matcha sticks. We had bottles of water for ourselves and our doggie. It was so so easy to mix up and enjoy a Matcha and with the variety of flavors, it was fun picking what to try next. I now take my Matcha with me wherever I go and enjoy enjoy enjoy!
The flavored Matcha are all very good and I was very pleasantly surprised at how much flavor there was to enjoy!
This was a great sampler as an intro to matcha! I've been having fun experimenting with these. Other than mixing into water, I've enjoyed adding to coconut milk and smoothies.
These were out of stock for a while...I am so happy to have snagged some. I am excited to try all of the flavors. I have had the peach before and enjoyed it...I think it could use a little more peach flavor, but still liked it! They blend really well in the water bottle. I will try to remember to come back and update my review as I try them.
This is the perfect way to find your favorite matcha stick flavor. With 2 of each flavor, you can get try them all without the worries of being stuck with something you don't like. I love the black, oolong, jasmine, and blueberry. I still have to try the others.
I am new to matcha so I thought I would start here. When used the fast way, in a bottle of water, I feel like it’s too gritty and the fruit flavored ones are very weak. I also tried it in a more traditional way and that was a little better. Still little to no flavor from the fruit ones though. This is probably a good way for an on the go quick matcha drink but I think for a beginner maybe just buy the plain to start with and work your way up to other kinds and uses.
All of the matcha flavors are so good! I live how transportable these are as well! Now I know that I want to buy some blueberry, Jasmin, sweet and traditional matcha on their own sometime! Of you like matcha then you need to try this!
Bought one set for myself and one set for a friend. I drink these cold in a 16 oz water bottle. Oolong and Jasmine taste exactly like Oolong Tea and Jasmine Tea. Black tastes like a diluted mixture of black tea + matcha; excellent intro to matcha for black tea drinkers. Raspberry was my favorite and I thought that I would like the Peach next, but the Blueberry actually beat out the Peach, though I usually avoid blueberry flavors. Traditional is a solid matcha. Sweet is too sweet for me, but could serve as an easy introduction to matcha if you're not used to the grassy flavors.
LOVED this fun variety pack! Easy to make, as they're in individual packets. And each flavor was great! The jasmine in particular, I'll be buying more of. I wish there was a black Earl Grey matcha, please see this and make that happen!

Loved the matcha sticks, but not so keen on the added favorings. I’ll stick with matcha sticks for “on the go” (I have also used the regular matcha in baking. Makes a great matcha pistachio biscotti).

This was a great way to try out the different matcha flavors. I liked the sweet the best, and the black tea is quite strong.
I love matcha, and was excited to try more flavored matchas. The raspberry was absolutely my favorite. The oolong and black matcha I had misunderstood--I thought that they were those flavors blended with matcha, not oolong and black tea in matcha powder consistency. The sticks have a lot of powder in them, and I chose to use them in half portions whisked warm as opposed to the full amount in water bottles, fwiw.
A lot of fun to try all of the different matchas and see what I like best.
this is a really nice ix pack of flavored matcha. it s a great way to figure out your preferences or to get a little bit of everything.
They taste very matcha-ee. I don’t really taste any fruity flavors.
I bought this Discover kit to try Adagio's flavored matcha teas without having to commit to a larger container if I wasn't a fan, and I'm glad I did. I really disliked many of these teas. Here's a brief overview of the different flavors as they tasted to me.
Traditional- very grassy and weak, but tasted like matcha
Sweet- very weak, almost grey kaki color, almost no flavor
Raspberry- very strong green matcha flavor, hardly any fruit flavor
Peach- weak tasting, peach flavor is there, but not pronounced
Jasmine- WAY TOO STRONG! Jasmine is overpowering. I ended up mixing it half and half with some strong plain matcha from another company to tone it down. Really good jasmine flavor, but REALLY STRONG!
Blueberry- good blueberry flavor, just weak
Black- really bitter and gritty, tasted stale
(have not yet tried the oolong)
Overall, I wasn't a huge fan. I would recommend this box over buying one of the larger ones without trying any of the matchas before, just so you know what your taste buds like.
I tried some of these hot and some cold- They're good either way- Just add a little sweetener and enjoy!
Got these as a present for my matcha-drinking co-worker, he likes them a lot.
Amaaaazing way to taste the varieties and find beloved teas you may have never DISCOVERED without! My surprise favorite is the black matcha and now I am so sad that I have to ration my last one before my next order comes in with more! Another favorite is peach and one I surprisingly am not impressed with is the sweet matcha. Sooo glad I bought Mactha Sticks Discover!
I like the samplers of Matcha. I usually use these in hot tea, but I have tried them with cold water.

As a tasting set, this collection is a great value and a fun experience. Compared to flavored matcha single-serve envelopes from a boutique brand I tried simultaneously, these made much more tea (500 ml vs 105 ml) and the tastes overall were stronger. This would be an ideal set for a matcha beginner or someone who doesn't like matcha, or for someone who likes matcha and is interested in trying new flavors. However, the black, oolong, and sweet sticks tasted more like corresponding instant tea packets than matcha; they were interesting but did not froth up like I expect matcha to do with vigorous shaking, and they didn't have that rich green taste at all. Jasmine and peach acted a bit more like matcha in the preparation, and I enjoyed the addition of the flavors. Raspberry and blueberry also acted and tasted like matcha, but I could not taste the added flavors unless the beverage was cooled significantly. Traditional was my favorite, which tells me that I should stick to mixing my own flavors. Overall, a wonderful value and tasting experience which I wouldn't hesitate to re-order for a matcha newbie in the future.
The jasmine is terrible, but the other flavors, esp blueberry, are pretty good. Cold matcha takes getting used to, but trying each flavor out is fun, I really appreciate the variety.
These are so quick and easy for on the go, easy to take with to work for a bit of break time indulgence. They blend well with cold water, it feels almost like cheating. I like to use less water than suggested, and some of the 100% pure sucralose you can only find online, because I like a dark brew.
My 5 stars isn't because I like all the flavors but more for the experience. I liked blueberry, peach, and raspberry but they kind of all tasted the same. I did not like jasmine at all to the point I dumped it out, which is unusual for me, I'll usually just drink made tea even if I don't care for it. And I generally like jasmine tea. The color was muddy too.
I liked that we could try different ones without commuting to a tub!
Love it and it disolve well in cold water. Love it hot or cold. Great tea
