Sweet strawberry and sugared rhubarb aroma, beautiful warm color, pleasantly aromatic and not super sweet.

another favorite! we love it either hot or cold. very distinct strawberry flavor and very flavorful
This tea has a delicious strawberry taste and aroma! I enjoyed it hot and will definitely try this iced in the future.
This is probably my favorite tisane of all of them. I always cold brew my tisanes and add some sweetner like agave. This one was deliciously berry and sweet. I will probably make it my staple for cold brewed tea.
UPDATE 5/30/2023: This tea is a favorite of ours to cold brew. It tastes like it’s been made with fresh strawberries, and there’s that little hint of tang to it hibiscus to it, which is just barely there. Now that the temps are starting to rise in Southern California, we will be having our 1 gallon tea dispenser going in the fridge at all times. This will certainly be a regular in our rotation!
Wow, what a great surprise this tea was! I followed the recommendation of one of the many CommuniTea experts and heated the water to 212. I steeped just 4 minutes. My goodness, what a fantastic strawberry taste to this, and none of the bitterness I was worried about tasting from the hibiscus! I’m sure that has something to do with the steep time. I’m drinking it hot, but it seems like it will be fantastic blend for an iced tea when Southern California’s hot summer temps hit. Such a treat of a flavor!
Great strawberry flavor today. I loved it 😍. Would enjoy iced I think.
Bright and bold both in colour and taste. The strawberry isn't medicinal tasting, and is juicy and full and loud. There's a tartness to it that pinches the back of the tongue with every sip, but I found it to be pleasant and not unpleasant. Good both hot or cold.
I love the hibiscus in it, but I am admittedly not a fan of the strawberry itself. It's like it overpowers the rest of it with it's sweetness, being almost too much without any sweetener added to it.
one of my most favorite for summer nights. smells and tastes awesome, very refreshing and beautiful with it's rich color.
Normally I find these hibiscus blends to be too tart for my taste, but the strawberry complements it so well. Lightly sweet and lovely.
I was afraid the hibiscus might cause a problem but no. Slightly tart and fresh strawberry flavor. Super tasty tea that I will get again.
Once I picked out the hibiscus it had a pleasant strawberry flavor. The hibiscus spoiled it for me at first as it was way too tart drowning out the strawberry. I’m finding this with a lot of teas and wish there could be hibiscus free versions. 5/30/23 This sample was much less tart than the previous cup I had. There was a nice flavor of strawberry.
This tea lacks strawberry flavor for me. I brewed this tea hot and let it cool.
Not a big fruit tea fan still, but this wasn't bad. Tasted of strawberries and had a nice mix of sweetness and tartness. I think it would be good cold, though I had it hot.
This is not my favorite Strawberry tea. I much prefer Adagio’s Strawberry Black. That tea I could drink all day. I will, however, give Wild Strawberry a second try and cold brew it.
Bright almost fresh berry flavor. A good no caffeine brew. Meant to try the last little bit with some milk , will have to try again for that.
Just like drinking strawberries! The tea has a slightly tart flavor, but really captures the essence of strawberry flavor very well. I do prefer eating strawberries to drinking them.
I actually drank this early in the month because I'd had it before and liked it :) If I'm going to have a fruity herbal this is a good one with a little sweetener.
I'm all for herbal tea, but almost every tisane contains hibiscus, which I just don't care for. At all. Ever.
However, the strawberry profile in this tea saves the cup, it wasn't as artificial tasting as I thought it would be. I would probably prefer this iced with a thimble of sweetener.
UPDATED from 5/19/22: The smell is nondescript, I do add a little dried strawberry to the infuser and this steeps into a bright, clear scarlet red. I am wild about the flavor! This is a great tangy strawberry tea, and with ¼ teaspoon of sweetener (to 12 oz) the strawberry’s sweet flavor becomes more prominent. It is now much like a sweet/tart. It tastes super when hot, but even tastes better as it cools, so it makes a very tasty ice tea. It cannot be brewed more than once, however. I have this on hand to enjoy in the summer, as well as Berry Blast (another super ice tea). (10 mins @ 212ºF)
In the bag: Most ingredients seem present, though it's hard to tell if what I think are rose hips include pieces of strawberry.
On the nose (pre-steep): Unripe strawberry. Hint of sweetness. Mild intensity.
On the nose (post-steep): Barest scent of strawberry. I can't detect anything else.
On the tongue (pre-sweetener): Unripe strawberry remains the main flavor. Hibiscus accent. Tart. Hints of cinnamon.
On the tongue (post-sweetener): Similar to pre-sweetener, but the cinnamon is stronger. It helps to offset the sourness.
Opinion: An interesting blend, but not my cuppa. I give it credit for being surprisingly complex. I would prefer a version that wasn't so sour.
Preparation: First steep 5 min, second steep 10 min. Both @ 212 ℉. ½ teaspoon monk fruit sweetener.
Today's CommuniTEA is Wild Strawberry (5-30-23). Upon opening my packet, I only had a little bit of each ingredient. I added some fruit tisanes honey for taste. It is pleasantly sweet from the strawberry and rounded out from the slight tartness of the hibiscus and rose hips. I really loved this tea and would highly recommend it!
First sniff, smells like strawberry YooHoo or Nesquick, kind of scared here, those are not my favorite flavors.
First steep: 10 mins @ 212* F
First taste, no sweetener, the hibiscus is strong and I cannot taste the strawberry.
Added sweetener and placed in the fridge to chill.
After chilling and addition of sweetener I can't get enough of this, the flavor combination is lovely. I'm enjoying the strawberry with the hibiscus and it doesn't taste artificial like it initially smelled. Definitely going to keep blending with it. Gonna hafta order me some. Delicious!
Although it seems to be one of those ingredients that engenders strong feelings, as it turns out I really like hibiscus tisanes. Many of the fruity blends are just a bit nondescript for my taste but this wild strawberry blend really works well. Fruity is good, but better with a bit of tangy goodness for my tastebuds.
Smells fruity. First test is tart. Love this flavor after adding monk fruit. It has a thick feel to it and tastes like strawberry jello or strawberry jam.
Amazing strawberry flavor! 🍓 Just the right amount of tart and subtly sweet. A perfect herbal tea for sharing with young children (or the young at heart ❤️). Steeped 5 mins @ 212°
Most of you probably know where this review is going, the strawberry actually saved this one a bit, but the hibiscus just ruined the overall experience, next time I might try to separate all the hibiscus with tweezers and see if that helps.
Pretty tea. I just can't do fake strawberry flavors.
This tea is a perfect embodiment of strawberry, it's delicious hot and iced. Fruity and sweet and slightly tart
Very tart but yummy! It is just what I want in the evenings to curb my sugar cravings. Very fruity, good strawberry flavor.
This is a great berry tea! I love the flavor. I add a bit of sugar and that makes all the difference. It makes a great iced teas as well.
This is a delicious herbal tea that needs a little sweetener for my taste but then is pretty yummy. I mix this with decaf vanilla and it is great!
This tea is a new favorite . Lovely fresh flavor full of strawberries and sunshine. The added bonuses are its lovely color and delightful aroma. I enjoy it as an afternoon break, a relaxing end to my day or a special tea party treat with my granddaughter. It’s also very light and refreshing lightly sweetened and iced on a hot afternoon
Enjoyed this tea very much! Very refreshing. The white tea makes it subtle and I love the hint of blueberries and Hibiscus.
Wild strawberry is delicious hot, but my favorite is served over ice as a refreshing accompaniment to any spring meal. Add chocolate truffle to hot strawberry for a traditional flavor combo/ dessert tea at the end of an evening
Love the flavor of this tea! The strawberry flavor is really nice!
Nice cup of tea to drink hot or cold. I thought it was quite refreshing after a long day. I drank it after dinner as a dessert and was not disappointed.
I enjoyed this both hot and cold! It was really refreshing. I think my favorite was cold. I would make it hot and then refrigerate. Highly recommend!
This is by far my favorite herbal tea! Hot, it tastes just like a warm cup of Strawberry Rhubarb Pie. It's also delicious cold brewed! But hot is by far my favorite. I've recommended it to everyone that will listen!
This tea is full of so much summer strawberry flavor! Perfect with just a little bit of sugar and would be great iced!
I really liked this! This tea has a great flavor, and is a great tea! This is one I would buy again.
My FAVOURITE of the teas you have. I could drink this everyday all day but I like it best cold.
Nice and sweet with a definite strawberry undertone. I would love an even more strawberry forward flavor to get that fifth star
It’s like sitting in a strawberry patch sneaking strawberries. Refreshing and fun.
UPDATE March 14, 2023: I discovered cold brew just recently, and have been trying it with ALL THE TEA. Some teas/tisane work better than others, but this Wild Strawberry is absolutely perfect. I've used it as hot brewed iced tea, and it's delicious that way as well, but honestly didn't know how well it would brew up in cold water. I need not have worried. Still delicious. My diabetic husband actually adds a splash of this to his perpetually present water jug to make his own 'fruit water'.
(Original review) I was almost afraid to try the fruit teas, but with some encouragement from a friend, I bought several samples. The wild strawberry was my first taste test. It is FABULOUS! It smelled of fruit the second I opened the envelope, and as it brewed it just smelled better and better. I let it steep a little more than 10 minutes, and when I poured it, I was surprised and pleased by the rich red color. The flavor is definitely strawberry, but with an undertone of sweet apple and something citrus-y which gives it a wonderful tangy note. I love my teas sweet, and this one doesn't disappoint. I used half the amount of sugar I usually use in a black tea, and it's plenty sweet for me. It's a lovely afternoon treat, and would make a terrific dessert tea. There is nothing wrong with this blend. It is perfect, if you like fruit teas, which I now do!
Definitely a favorite of mine can’t wait to get more
My favorite tea so far! Smells really good when you open the bag. Nice sweet flavor without having to add any sweetener.
This tea is incredible! Very tart and sweet and tastes like strawberry. For those who like fruity teas, this is a must-have!
Strongly suggest steeping this tea a little bit longer than five minutes, really dependent on how much strawberry flavor is desired. Easily the best strawberry/strawberry medley I have had.
I was excited for this one, but it was just so bland! It isn't terrible, but it just has hardly any flavor.
Fruity and tart with a wonderfully natural strawberry flavor. I brew all my teas just below boiling, as i find I get less bitterness and overwhelming tartness.
