I love this blend. I know tumeric in tea sounds weird but this is refreshing. It's a little spicey, a little citrusy- it just WORKS. Probably would be great iced

★★★★★

Very flavorful. It’s like a little party in my mouth after every sip. A must try in the summer over ice.

I made this drink at night since it was an herbal. Unfortunately, I fell asleep before I had a chance to drink it, so I chilled it and had it cold the next morning! It was surprisingly nice, fruity and gingery at the same time. I felt it was a little bit like a chai tea without the cloves or cardamom, and some fruitiness thrown in. All in all, this tea was a nice surprise, since I have been mostly ambivalent about turmeric. Strangely enough, I actually have a sample of this coming in my next order, so I will have another chance to try it hot!

Delightfully vibrant, it has a subtle sweetness that plays really well with the faint peppery notes from the spices. It's an excellent tea to recommend to someone who loves spiced drinks, and would be wonderful in autumn, or any time of the year. The mango flavor isn't as distinct as I'd like, but it adds a nice fruity finish.

I always get kinda weirded out when I read 'peppercorn' as part of the ingredients but this tea actually was not that bad! More fruity than it is spicy to me.

★★★☆☆

I'm not usually a fan of turmeric teas, especially when the turmeric flavor is forward in the blend. This one was palatable, I tasted and smelled mostly orange, cinnamon, and mango flavors. Not something I would reach for on the regular, but nice to sip for the benefits of turmeric. Happy sipping!

I'm all into the health superfoods. Turmeric is not amongst them. I didn't like a grocery store brand. This did not make any difference even with other ingredients added. I'll just say no to this.

I'll admit that when I first saw this Communitea, I had my doubts. A mix of ingredients sitting on a spice shelf that I would never use to make cookies, how can this make a good tea? Wow, was I wrong. This tea is pretty straight from the packet with a light orange-yellow glow to the ingredients and a warm scent of orange and spice. It brews to a lovely light honey yellow and the taste is a perfect mix of orange and ginger with an underlying zing. The spice intensified as it cooled. I added just a touch of honey and, before I realized it, the tea was gone and I was wishing for more!

I believe everything was present in my Communitea sample. I thought I would enjoy this one better than I did. The flavors were more subtle than I was hoping for

I was skeptical before trying this tea because I am not usually a fan of turmeric. It was surprisingly delicious and something I will order more of!

Earthy balanced with fruit & spice. Very enjoyable. I sampled this Tea as part of the CommuniTEA April 2021 box

I gotta say, I'm pleasantly surprised! I wasn't expecting to like this one because I typically don't care for pre-made versions of Golden Milk tea since I'm so used to making it from scratch, and I'm normally not a fan of citrusy teas (except the bergamot teas, which are ironically some of my favorites!), but this one strikes a nice balance! The description for this tea is pretty spot on!

I was worried that the turmeric might overwhelm the other flavors, but that wasn't the case at all. This was a perfect blend of fruit and spice - much better than I was expecting.

This teeters on the edge between good and bad. I can see other people enjoying this blend but the combination of spices with the mango just isn't doing it for me. It's a little 'off,' so to speak.

This tea is definitely way more subtle than I was expecting. The scent of the CommuniTea packet was super strong when I opened it, but I think I needed way more tea. I made a 10 ounce cup for steep #1 and only 8 ounces for steep #2. 10 minutes @212. I think I would 'love it' if I had the proper tea/water ratio. Really like the orange, apple and spices blended together.

There is a bright fruity fragrance from the packet. I drank my tea hot after steeping for 10 mins . This was an enjoyable cup of tea with fruit forward flavor. The turmeric and spices were quietly in the background. This would make an excellent iced tea on a hot summer day.

Smelled like tang from my childhood days of running though the park sprinklers and being pushed as high as I can go in the park swings. Glad that I have an adult alternative tea that reminds me of my childhood. The health benefits of turmeric are also a plus.

The most surprising part of this tea is the color. Given turmeric's reputation for adding a brilliant golden hue to everything, the pale yellow liquor produced from this tisane took me aback. The taste is pleasant enough, fruity with cinnamon notes in the background. Another surprise, given the blend’s name. Tangy orange is the most notable flavor; the turmeric is almost more of a suggestion - a supportive musty undertone that gives lift to the fruit. A little agave nectar sweetens the brew in a fittingly tropical way. I definitely preferred this hot, though; as the tea cooled, the mango became more pronounced. But that’s clearly a personal preference.

Noted a very pleasant fruit loops aroma from the dry ingredients and was instantly reminded of childhood cereals. Steeped at 212F for 5 minutes. The fruit loop flavor came through nicely with an earthy undertone. Spiciness and peppery zings became more prominent as it cooled. I don't know why, but the earthy spice seems to complement the fruity flavors. Not completely sold on the peppery zings in my fruit loops though. Definitely an interesting cup.

212 degrees for 10 minutes. I'm a big fan of turmeric, not only for its healing capabilities, but its taste. When I opened the packet, strong mango and orange scents met my nose with subtle turmeric undertones. After the long steeping time, I'm happy to say the turmeric is no longer backstage. The musty spice blends well with zingy ginger and the citrus and mango soften and blend the flavors into a comforting brew. I felt no need to add sweetener to it. Enjoyable tea!

I loved this sunny brightened turmeric tea and its depth of flavor from chai spices and peppercorn. I prefer this herbal blend sweetened with honey which changes its acerbic flavor to a more pleasing and tasty sip. A continual favorite of mine, Golden Turmeric Chai, has fennel instead of fruit and rose hips that gives this Turmeric Bliss its refreshing citrus lift. I like both and appreciate their seasonal drift. Turmeric Chai’s heavier taste is perfect for winter and yummy golden milk lattes while Bliss’s lighter orangy flavor is a welcome change for warmer weather.

3 g/ 2 tsp. of herbs were found In my CT packet today with many little “apple pillows'' to deliver flavor along with lots of turmeric bits, a few marigold petals, and a peppercorn. I brewed 12 oz. at 212F for 8 minutes. A spiced orange-scented cloudy golden liquor developed. I added honey to sweeten which brightened the main orange and spice flavors buddied with turmeric’s warming earthy touch and the peppery flavored zing at the finish. I resteeped a flavorful 6 oz. for 15 minutes and sampled a chilled sweetened version too that was very tasty. I plan to spice up my iced tea rotation this summer with this lighter orangy chai blend but still enjoy hot on chiller nights.

I was expecting to be underwhelmed by this tea, so it was a pleasant surprise to discover how much I enjoyed it. The flavor was not what I expected from a turmeric tea at all. This is a light, fruity, slightly sweet tea with some spice and does not have a strong turmeric flavor. When hot, the spicy notes of ginger and pepper were prominent, with a little fruit in the background. As it cooled, I became more aware of the mango and orange, and as it cooled further apple came to the forefront. The turmeric was present as a gentle background flavor. I did not add sugar as I found the fruity flavors brought enough sweetness. It can be hard to find caffeine-free herbal teas that have complexity and interest to them, but the layers of flavor in this tea were very satisfying. Whenever I go back to try a third steep of a tea I know it's a good one!

I wasn't expecting much from this tea and didn't get it either! :) I'm not a fan of turmeric teas because I always feel like they make my tummy feel icky, weirdly enough. I didn't get a lot of tea in my CommuniTEA pouch and overall, it was just very light and orange/cinnamon tasting if anything at all. Nothing really jumped out and it just left me feeling meh. Not the tea for me, I guess. Happy Sipping!

Dry tea smells like orange with the hint of mango and the earthy turmeric. Brewed tea is a cloudy yellow that smells of orange zest and turmeric. When hot, orange is the predominant flavor note fading into some of the turmeric flavor with peppercorn and ginger zings in the finish. When warm, the orange zest mellows. The ginger and peppercorns keep the finish with a bit of cinnamon for a bit of spice. I could not detect much from the mango or rose hips. I was hoping that the tea would be more substantially fruity, but it was very weak flavored other than the spices that linger for minutes, even though I brewed the CommuniTEA packet with about 8 oz of water for the more than a teaspoon of dry tea. Brewed for 6 minutes at 212.

Like others, this is one I'd never choose for myself. However, I didn't HATE it. It just hits those ginger, spicy, pepper notes that I'm not a fan of personally. However, if that's your thing, I believe this is a satisfying melding of those flavors.

What a delightful tea! When I open the packet, I could smell the turmeric and a sweet, fruity flavor. After steeping this tea (212F for 10 minutes), it tasted like turmeric, orange, and mango. This tea is naturally sweet, so I enjoyed it without sugar.

I’m not an enormous turmeric fan, so I wasn’t expecting to enjoy this. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find orange as the dominant flavor. The turmeric didn’t really show up until my last few sips after the cup had significantly cooled. While the spices also made me envision a tea better drunk on a fall morning, the fruit in this really made it more bright and appropriate for spring or early summer. Still not my favorite tea, but much more enjoyable than I anticipated!

Teas like this is why I joined the CommuniTEA. There is no way I would have tried this on my own.
I was expecting a strong turmeric spice and I was prepared.
What I was not expecting was upon opening by packet the aroma of lemon and other fruits.
Once brewed to a golden color, and sugar added I had an almost fruit punch flavor. Lots of fruit flavors danced in my mouth.
Although this would still not be a tea I would buy for myself. I would drink it happily if given to me!

This is one of my favorite Adagio teas. It has a hint of spice from the pepper and ginger and a little sweetness from the fruit, as well as the unique turmeric flavor. It's the one I recommend to people who want something different.

I didn't actually know what to expect with this tea because I don't actually know what turmeric tastes like, but this had ginger listed in the ingredients on the CommuniTEA packet so I went in prepared not to like it very much.

I was pleasantly surprised! I really love this. I'm not big on spiced teas but this balances really nicely so the spice doesn't punch you in the mouth so much as it tickles your tongue as an afterthought. I genuinely don't know how to describe this except that it reminds me a bit of spiced apple cider? That's as close a description as I can come up with with no frame of reference for turmeric lol.

Tasting with the CommuniTEA: Orange and floral turmeric noticed from packet and dry ingredients. Once steeped for 7 mins at 212°F, citrusy scents waft from the warm cup. When I take a sip, I notice apple, orange and floral turmeric notes with hints of mango finishing with a very subtle ginger-pepper bite on the finish. This is a tasty cup even though it missing some ingredients. Present ingredients are well balanced and pleasant.

This tea was surprising. For a turmeric tea it brewed up very pale, and had no turmeric flavor. It's color didn't show any of the usual orange turmeric color. It has a very soapy aroma, but doesn't taste that way! It has a very smooth mouthfeel that is really nice. The flavor is just orange though. No ginger, cinnamon, peppercorn or mango flavor at all.

All ingredients appeared to be present in my communiTEA packet. Musky and fruity aromas were noted.

I had 3.31 grams of ingredients, enough for a 13 ounce steep. I steeped at 200°F and pulled the steep at the seven minute mark, ‘cuz I wanted to.

When hot, I was presented with a cloudy yellow colored liquid in my mug. Moderate cinnamon and ginger flavors were noted. I added a bit of sugar to bring out flavors and sweeten things up.

When warm, strong and earthy turmeric flavors were noted. Pepper zings from the peppercorns and turmeric were moderate. Moderate ginger and cinnamon flavors were noted. Fruit flavors were very mild and in the background.

I had a bag of this on the shelf about a year ago. Unfortunately, I could never acquire a taste for it. Overall, this was a very funky tasting blend of ginger, cinnamon and peppery flavors sitting on top an earthy and musky turmeric base. Drinkable, definitely memorable, but not very enjoyable. Thank you, but I’ll just keep on enjoying my turmeric blended into tasty Indian and African curry dishes. (7 mins @ 200ºF, ¼ tsp sugar)

Wow was I surprised. I was a little afraid of drinking turmeric and I didn’t know what to expect. I noticed two peppercorns in the batch and I removed them because it is my feeling that pepper belongs in salad and not tea! I brewed boiling hot for 7 minutes to get the most out of the fruits and it yielded a very pleasant drink of orange mango goodness. The turmeric was jazzing in the background but blended well with the fruits. I wish I had more to make another cup of. That’s how much I liked it.

I like to drink Turmeric Bliss and Double Ginger before bed. Especially if I had a carb heavy day. Both these teas seem to help fight the inflammation I can get from too many carbs so I don't wake up with a puffy face and fuzzy head. The smell and taste of Turmeric Bliss is alright. It's not something I'd drink because of the flavor, but don't let that scare you off. It is by no means unpleasant. It is simply not one of my go-to flavors. I know it's the orange flavor. I'm not big on orange flavored teas and never have been, but I will drink them with neutrality. Oh, I will note I also have a cup of Turmeric Bliss if I'm feeling a bit meh and it seems to help perk me up a bit.
