This is a keeper. It reminds me of the tart hibiscus tea I was served in South America. This is like version 2.0 of that tea because it includes a lovely orange flavor mixed in with the tart hibiscus.
Our Spiced Blood Orange offers a medley of orange peels, hibiscus, and perky spices. Heart-warming for body and soul.

This is a very warming well balanced tea. If you like blood orange you should definitely try this refreshing tea
A good strong blend for chilly nights! I find that I like to pinch open the cardamom pods before steeping for an extra kick. Even my mom enjoys this one!
A nice blend of orange and spice. Not quite like a chai but very close. Smells great and takes well to sugar.
Fruity, slightly spice, feels perfect for a winters night. I feel like it smelled better than it tasted, but I find i tend to always be just a touch disappointed with most tisane. over all this is a nice cuppa for before bed.
This one is best made hot but it is absolutely delicious, that spiciness, almost like a chai but with the bitterness of that blood orange.
Very flavorful. Highly recommend.
Well, this is a nice, bold tea. Maybe too bold for me because I prefer the regular orange loose leaf over the spice. If I mix this with a different loose leaf, then I find it more palatable.
I love spices and I love hibiscus. Sadly, I don’t love them together. I prefer my hibiscus sans spices. However, if you like both flavors together, this is the tea for you.
Based on the description and the reviews, I expected to LOVE this tea with some cream on one of our cold winter days. I find the orange a little overpowering, but for people who love blood orange, I am sure it is a favorite.
Out of all the herbal samples I brought, this was my favorite! I really liked the regular blood orange but this one kicked it up a notch or two. It is perfect for the holiday season!
Smelled so good it made everyone want a cup. With lovely flavors of rich spices and a lovely orange flavor. This is for sure a favorite.
Great tea for winter time , when is cold outside, especially Christmas! You will taste all the spices! They are delicious!
Drinking this tea now! The tea is super soothing and spiced just right. My new herbal favorite after a long day at work!!
Bought this for a friend and they really loved it. They don’t like sweet flavored teas so the spice helped balance the natural sweetness of the orange.
To me this tea tastes like a red hot cinnamon candy, which isn’t necessary for me. But if you like a strong cinnamon flavor with a hint of fruit, this tea is for you. Overall it’s fine for what it is, but not something I could drink every day.
I'm ordering the 16 ounce bag, the smaller bag is going quickly. Very good tea. The blood orange is good, but I like the spiced version even more.
Both my husband and I love the spiced blood orange! It’s like the blood orange but has a holiday flair to it. I could drink this and the regular blood orange almost every day, it’s wonderful.
Spiced Blood Orange tastes and smells like the scented pinecones you can buy at a craft store. It has a very strong, bold flavor that is sure to wake you up.
One of my favorites alone (evening cup of tea) ...but I usually mix it with my Cherry Green loose leaf tea in the morning. Wonderful flavor mix. All of my morning teas I add fresh ginger, lemons and some frozen blueberries ... It is such an amazing blended taste and so, so healthy.
This tea pairs really well with cinnamon tea. I mixed it with a cinnamon black tea and am currently sipping on it. It's perfect for a rainy fall or winter day.
I was hoping I would like this but the hibiscus was too much for me. I thought maybe it would be okay with this spices
As soon as I saw this new blend I knew it was for me! Blood orange is already good on its own, but adding the spicy cinnamon just takes this over the top! Such a perfect tea to keep you going throughout the fall!
I love Adagio's regular blood orange tea and thought I would equally love the spiced version. Don't get me wrong, it's good, but my palate just prefers the tried and true original.
A great spicy fruity tea for the colder months! I will definitely be getting more in my next order. I love the tart hibiscus and orange mixed with the cloves and cinnamon which I don't find over powering, it's well balanced. I have it with a bit of honey!
This is a new regular order for me. The combination of flavors makes this less tart than the original blood orange, which I also like. I like this one hot and the original cold.
This is as good as the Blood Orange, but *with spice* and we all know the spice must flow! I loved it very much. Another must have for the winter season.
I was really hoping for more spice to come in to play, but honestly I didn't notice that much , and if you had told me I was drinking the regular blood orange blend, I would have believed you. I ended up adding more some of the triple ginger tea in order to give it the kick that I was looking for, but on its own it didn't Rock My world
I am a cinnamon tea fan and a blood orange fan. This tea is wonderful. Warm and cozy and exactly what I want on a cold raining fall day
This is such a perfect tea for fall! The spices compliment the tart blood orange and hibiscus flavors so well. It’s so flavorful and festive!
Rich, tart, sweet, satisfying cup of joy. Needs a sweetener to really bring out all the flavors. Let it brew a tad longer than normal.
I was already a big fan of the blood orange, but the extra spice made this tea even better! Great tea for the fall season.
Very good - delicious orange flavor with warm spices. I haven’t tried it iced yet, but think it would be great!
Warming and sweet herbal tea, enjoy this one on cool fall evenings, very nice to relax and sip of an evening.
This tea was only ok. I prefer the iced version of blood orange. I do like the spice flavor but the fruity flavor was throwing me off for a hot tea.
This is delicious, and perfect for those cozy, fall vibes. I have tried it plain with no additions, but I do have plans to try this as a mulling spice, because I'm guessing it would be a delight as mulled cider.
I've been meaning to give this one a review for some time, but I just keep sipping fresh brewed cups instead. I'll have to be ordering more of this one, as the sample I ordered is almost gone already. Which says just how good this tea is! It has a spiced warmth that's inviting with just enough citrus tang to keep me coming back for more. A cozy cup of tea that is perfect for the Autumn season.
I actually dislike ordinary Blood Orange despite how well-loved it is by most customers, but I find this spiced version delicious! I doubt I would have ordered it except for receiving a free sample with a previous order. The scent of the dry tea is awesome-- like rich fall baking-- and I was delighted to discover that I do indeed enjoy this one very much! Now I'll be thinking of home tea blends with Spiced Blood Orange as an ingredient as well as enjoying it on its own. :)
Wonderfully balanced flavor and spice! It does appear to be sweetened somehow, so for those who don't like sweet teas this might not be for you (I don't add sugar to most of my teas so this was unexpected). I do still like the tea despite the sweetness, some coworkers have tried it and loved it as well. Will definitely be ordering again!
I enjoy the blood orange herbal and this with the addition of spices was very good. It was very tarte due to the hibiscus but with some sweetener it was very good.
Wow! This Spiced Blood Orange is phenomenal!! My husband and I added honey and enjoyed it hot. It's so flavorful and smooth. Very well balanced. Not bitter nor to heavy on spices. I've already added some more to my cart. It's the perfect fall/winter cup of tea for evenings. We also love Pomegranate Grove and as one other reviewer stated..
and I agree... this is an orange version. Delicious!!
Blood Orange was my hubby's favorite herbal tea, and when he tasted the sample of Spiced Blood Orange it became his new favorite! He loves mulled cider, and the spices in with the Blood Orange tea are what he craves in the fall. I don't think this bag will last long.
I got this after trying the blood orange, and I am so thrilled I did! The cinnamon and cardamon really add a fantastic flavor to an already fabulous infusion.
What a well-balanced flavour! I sometimes dislike blends with orange flavouring in them because it can taste artificial or overly strong, but this is a fantastic blend. Perfect for an autumn iced tea
Yum! As I opened this bag of tea, the lovely aroma made it very hard for me to wait the 10 minutes to sip this!! But I managed it! As it brewed it made my home office smell just wonderful!! And the taste -- wow! This is a lovely spiced orange herbal tea! I can't wait to play a bit with blending -- try it with black, oolong and Pu'erh teas to see what suits best! But, it's wonderful all by itself as well! I need to get a tin for this tea and let it live in my tea cabinet next to my stash of Elderberry Wine and Pomegranate Grove! Love, love, love spicy herbals in the fall!
This is decent. It's like an orange version of pomegranate grove, which I like as a cold weather herbal. Nice warming spice blend with subtle orange notes in the background.
I brewed this hot and drank half, placed the other half in the fridge to chill. Hot this is just lovely. The aroma in the bag is intoxicating. The flavor mimics the smell albeit a touch lighter, but not by much. Its delicious hot. I will update this further once the cup cools enough to drink it cold.
Update: Cold it's phenomenal, i currently have it mixed, 2 parts Spiced Blood Orange, 1 part yunnan jig, 1 part Keemun Concerto and 1/2 part Chocolate Chai Pu Erh for the depth of flavor it brings. tis yummy.
Nice spicy herbal for fall. I added sweetness to enhance the flavors. Great dupe for mulled wine or use it to make a favorite mocktail or cocktail. Cheers!
Simply delicious! This is what I'm talking about when I'm talking about blood orange teas. Be sure to consume it as piping hot as you possibly can, and thank me later
This takes blood orange to another level. The tartness of the blood orange is mellowed by the spiciness of the cinnamon and cloves. Combined, it creates a dynamic blend.
