Spearmint Customer Reviews

Refreshingly clear, soothing aroma. Slightly smoother, more grounded than peppermint, gentle to the palate.

★★★★★

Such a delicious burst of mint!! This tea is so fresh tasting. Best mint tea around! Tastes like a bright sunny day in a cup.

The product was dried and seemed to have been processed properly, I'm not sure how to review an herb

One of the best spearmint teas I've had. Love to mix in with lemonade or citrus tea. Top notch tea flavor!

★★★★★

I love it, it’s very strong tasting and smelling but you just can’t brew too much at once. I like it very much

★★★★★

Love love love spearmint it is so refreshing and flavorful

There's something very nice about a straight spearmint tea when you're feeling both under the weather and sick of peppermint. The brighter point to the mint makes for a nice change.

Andrea: Nice and intense, as any dried mint should be. I prefer peppermint in most things, but spearmint can be a nice addition to fruit tisanes.

Lynn: Very good quality spearmint. I've been enjoying adding (extra) mint to some of our herbal blends. I find spearmint more complex in flavor than peppermint, but everyone tastes herbs differently. Spearmint is also my preferred mint for sinus congestion.

Not a fan even with a sweetener. Spearmint is a strong tea and maybe if you mix with a white tea, you may have a better taste. I wouldn't purchase again just because the taste was not enjoyable.

Just what I was looking for. My fave iced tea is hibiscus with mint, don't knock it until you try it. Got tired of hunting for mint tea bags at grocery stores so went back to loose tea.

★★★★★

Perfect for mixing with the Gunpowder green tea! So minty, so fresh! It's the perfect pick me up when you're sleepy, or a soothing tea when your tummy is upset. So many uses!

★★★★★

This spearmint tea is bold and refreshing. It has the perfect amount of spearmint taste to make your cup of tea special.

★★★★★

If I could have only one mint tea I would choose peppermint, but since I can have as many as I want I still like to keep spearmint on hand. It's a very close second to peppermint. It has it's own unique flavor and is a fun way to mix things up.

Good spearmint flavor. We probably prefer the stronger taste of peppermint.

This is a nice minty fresh clean and light tea. I rarely meet a mint that I don't like but sometimes find other brands of peppermint too harsh, but this was mild and well rounded. I plan to add a bit of this to Chamomile and orange blossom for a before bed brew. Though I haven't tried this myself, my neighbor, who shared my sample did a second steep and reports it held up nicely.

I’ve been mixing my own blend of spearmint, hibiscus, and lemongrass, and it tastes so good! Definitely recommend this spearmint.

This spearmint is great! Slightly less sweet than peppermint, re-brews nicely. I have a cup of it sitting beside me while I work because it wakes me up almost better than coffee!

★★★★★

Delicious by itself or added to different teas. I really enjoy this spearmint, even more so than peppermint. Very good quality.

★★★★★

I was apprehensive at first because it smelled very strongly of toothpaste, but it tasted more like mint ice cream than anything else. I love a good, hot, mint herbal tea with honey before bed and this one hits the spot just right! It's also great to mix with other teas, as it isn't overpowering in any way.

This is so good! I grew mint for years to make tea. But now I’m tired of that, so I ordered this lovely tea! Just as good! And no bugs!

★★★★★

I mix this with peppermint and gunpowder green - adds sweetness and the BEST flavor. It's alright on its own but better mixed with things like chamomile and green tea.

You either love spearmint or you're wrong is all I gotta say about that. I mix it with just lavender for an end of the day deal.

★★★★★

I'll add spearmint to pretty much any blend and it helps a lot with inflammation.

I've always liked spearmint better than peppermint and this tea does not disappoint. It's great in the evenings or to help soothe an upset stomach

Great smell, perfectly balanced. very smooth. Really enjoyed the spearmint, with an added bit of honey! It was perfect.

Lighter than peppermint, but can brew strong if you add too much. Refreshing

Quality spearmint leaves. That's all it is. If you like spearmint leaves, you will be happy. I prefer it without sugar.

I got this as well as Peppermint, and Peppermint had a much stronger aroma AND flavor in comparison to this one

I LOVE this spearmint tea. I enjoy drinking it with chamomile tea and I often mix it the 40 winks tea for a good night sleep. Already have it in my restock cart.

★★★★☆

I thought I would like this tea better than I did. I love the smell of it but to me it tastes a bit muddy if that makes sense. I like it better when I blend it with peppermint tea. I probably won't purchase this tea again.

★★★★★

Love it particularly in combination with Adagio Peppermint and Chamomile. It's a perfect winddown tea.

★★★★★

This is my favorite tea. Its my go to when under the weather or just curling up with a book.

I really like spearmint tea. It is really refreshing and just thing for a caffeine free cup of tea. Good for several cups (or glasses) a day.

Classic mint flavor to soothe tummy upset, very useful to have

I like to mix this with Ceylon Sonata to give it a minty flavor. But it's also pretty good by itself.

★★★★★

A classic go-to. I prefer it to peppermint. When I'm feeling for sugar, I go light and work my way up. The tea leaves are perfect for a second cup, if in a pinch.

★★★★☆

It's spearmint, if you know you know. It's bright and minty but strong without being overly sweet. This is usually what I go for when I want MINT.

Spearmint, peppermint, wintergreen, all the mints! I like a good mint tea and this one doesn't disappoint. Generally I only drink mint teas when I'm not feeling well, but I am realizing they taste quite nice in blends. This spearmint is no exception, looking forward to trying it with some of the darker desert type teas.

Upon opening the package, instantly, my mind was sent to memories of my mom’s purse that always smelled like Wrigley’s spearmint gum. Good memories!
I’ve been sick for several weeks & have been drinking lots of hot tea. This spearmint tea was a refreshing break from my usuals. I added a bit of Manuka honey for some sweetness. I enjoyed the brisk and clean flavor, with that “I know this from my childhood” feel.
Definitely recommend to try, especially if you haven’t had spearmint in a long time, and remember liking it.

Exactly what it says on the tin, but not cloyingly sweet like the gum, which i am not a fan of. This has me rethinking spearmint as a concept. It's got a deep, gentle rainwatery sweetness, a very beautiful flavor really. I'm a fan.

★★★★★

One of my favorite teas. I love it hot or cold in the summer.

CommuniTEA sample: 5 min @ 212, second steep for 10 min @ 212. It's spearmint! I take a lot of notes about my teas, and I have problems thinking of other ways to describe this other than spearmint. It's exactly what it says it is, and it's great for that! I'm really surprised with how strong the second infusion came out, maybe a little bit weaker in some of the minty flavors, but also maybe a little bit sweeter than the first! If you like mint teas, you'll like this one, simple as that!

This is a good tasting, pure spearmint tea. It's good if you like spearmint, and I'm not sure what else to say about it! I wish that it was organic.

I love this mint tea, I like to steep it for longer time to get stronger flavor. Also it is good to pair with other tea, and steep together.
