★★★★☆

Pretty strong peppermint taste, but sometimes that's just what I need. I want to try brewing it a little weaker and adding a slight bit of sugar to see if that creates a lighter, sweeter flavor.

★★★★★

The mint smell when opening the bag is so incredibly crisp and strong. And the peppermint taste is fantastic - not dull or musty like some.

★★★★★

This tea had more body than I had expected. I like to add a pinch as an accent to other teas.

Love this, especially mixed with vanilla. It's not overpowering and is great for an upset stomach.

★★★★★

This is the best peppermint tea I've ever had! It's very strong. When I first sniffed it, it made my eyes water. It's very minty and refreshing.

★★★★★

Peppermint is a great addition to many hot drinks from chamomile to hot chocolate.

★★★★★

This tea has a really nice flavor. It is also good mixed with spearmint.

★★★★★

Good on its own - great when blended with other teas. Love this in iced tea blends. Very refreshing on a hot day.

★★★★★

Leaf smell: VERY strong peppermint slaps your face
Tea smell: weak peppermint, but more like a minty green tea
Taste: without sugar it is a solid mint taste like you think of gum without the sweetness, but when I added sugar the flavor really came alive! I highly recommend sugar in this one! A solid sweet mint flavor is wonderful and comforting.
Sugar: 2 tablespoons makes it fabulous

This stuff just straight up knocks my socks off. It is a very strong soothing taste that goes great with lots of teas.

Trying this tea on it's own now and I think it's fantastic, but what I really can't wait to do is mix it with other teas! Great peppermint flavor.. pretty much exactly what you'd want out of a peppermint tea.

★★★★☆

Best peppermint I've had - nice, strong flavour and aroma.

★★★★☆

Very delicious. Has a nice refreshing flavor. I recommend!

★★★★☆

I'm not a peppermint tea fan. However, I do enjoy straight when my stomach is upset and I do like mixing it with other teas. This tea seems to do the job no matter how I prepare it. :)

★★★★☆

Minty and refreshing! Great for iced tea or blends!

★★★★★

This herbal is great on its own, or to add to other teas. Purely peppermint, it really is uplifting and clears the sinuses.

★★★★★

This is one of my staples. I blend it with pretty much anything-black, green, white, other herbals. 100% excellent.

It's exactly what you would expect it to taste like. If you like peppermint, you'll like this tea.

So refreshing! I like my peppermint tea very strong, so I steep it longer for more of a kick. You can't go wrong with this tea.

This was a very refreshing tea. The flavor was great, but it tasted quite a bit like Lipton bagged peppermint. Maybe I was expecting something drastically different from a loose tea? At any rate, I would order it again. I have made it as a stand-alone and also mixed it with some wild strawberry. It was great both ways. It has a very pure peppermint flavor and I look forward to mixing it with other teas.

★★★★★

Very refreshing tea. Flavor goes down significantly with additional steepings.

★★★★★

It's so fresh, good after a big meal and helpful if you have stomach problems.

★★★★★

Great after meal! This is my substitute for Casablanca Twist, when I want the strong mint taste, but without the caffeine. Great quality and great taste.

★★★★☆

Very clean and refreshing, wonderful aroma. Steep longer for more of a flavor bite.

★★★★★

My favorite peppermint tea, I got a large bag of it and I've been having it in place of my morning black tea while I've had to stay away from caffeine (Dr's orders). Definitely a great cup any time of day!

★★★★★

Excellent, strong, fresh peppermint tea. For anyone who appreciates a mint blast, try this tea!

If you want peppermint, you'll get peppermint. I never even attempted to make this into a tea (not a fan of it straight), but I am willing to mix it in with other black teas.

★★★★★

This is my go to evening tea. I like to mix it with Chamomile to relax and unwind as I get ready for bed. I love the flavor of this peppermint hands down, I have thrown all of my previous (non-adagio) peppermints away. This tea...delicious.

No doubt about it, this one is peppermint! Strong taste which I love, either by itself or mixed with chocolate flavored teas.

Just what you would expect from a peppermint tea. Very minty smelling and tasting. Just perfect to curl up with and enjoy when you have a tummy ache.

★★★★★

This tea was fabulous when I came down with a cold. The mintiness was just what I needed to clear up my nose. It was great with a little bit of sugar, and also when blended a bit with a green tea for a bit more robustness. There are lots of peppermints out there, but loose leaf is definitely the way to go, and Adagio's is fabulous.

The peppermint is an awesome addition to many green teas like gunpowder, really good sweet but not overpowering taste.

★★★★☆

I enjoy a cup of peppermint tea when my tummy is upset or I'm congested. The aroma is strong enough to open up my nose. This is a great tea to blend with other teas.

★★★★☆

My first infusion of this tea didn't turn out very well. I suspect I steeped it too long, as it was very bitter. Since I love peppermint so much, I decided a couple weeks later to give it another go. Since I was watching the clock on this batch, it turned out MUCH better. A little bit of rock sugar and I had a refreshing beverage with the added benefit of freshening my breath. I'm very happy with it. The infused tea is a medium clear brown, almost like diluted cola.

The perfect companion for some of the lighter teas.

★★★★★

This tea is so flavorful and rich, but not overly sweet, which is nice.

★★★☆☆

I'd never had peppermint tea before. It tends to be a little bit better if I put a little too many leaves. I liked it, but I doubt I'll get more of it.

★★★★★

This is the strongest peppermint I've ever had! Wonderful tea, really cleans you out, and it smells amazing!

★★★★☆

Can't go wrong if you are looking for a nice peppermint. Had a very nice aroma, and was like having a lifesaver.

Refreshing!! Quality tea and whole leaf tea. Together with the glass infuser I enjoyed every sip!

★★★★☆

I love peppermint.
I often gathered it with my grand-mother. I know how it smells and for me peppermint from adagio has a little of artificial and too strong smell. When I opened a bag, the first thought was that it's smells like a chewing gum.
However, the taste is very nice.

★★★★★

I love peppermint tea, and this has lovely flavor. I do wish the largest size came in something that was resealable, but that's my only gripe.

This tea is quite good. It's refreshing, mildly sweet, and surprisingly smooth. And it's greatest attribute: it mixes great with other teas.

What can I say, it's a high quality mint tea. I suffer from occasional gastric reflux (heartburn), and this or the Casablanca Twist settle it down quickly. It's a huge plus that I love the taste so much.

I LOVE THE PEPPERMINT! Words cannot express how awesome this tastes to me!

Where to begin? First, opening the tin you're greeted by an almost overwhelming scent of peppermint. Brewing the tisane produces an even better smell as the it is poured into your cup. The final beverage has the great smell of peppermint wrapped up in the warm feeling of the tea. Very comforting and flavorful.

I had it with no sugar or cream on the first infusion and it was the best. The second was a little weak, but adding sugar made it worse. Definitely don't do this one more than once. Also, I don't like it iced.

I just thought this was okay, but my four-year-old daughter loves it. The sample I bought is now solely hers. Might be good for mixing with other flavours.

★★★★★

This works wonders for when I can't manage to get to sleep at night. Brew a cup, add a little milk, and I'm out for the night. Simply lovely.
