This has a pretty strong peppermint taste, which is great if you like bold herbal tastes. It's not particularly my 'cup of tea', so to speak.

I was looking for a tea that I could drink in the evening that would be soothing yet not keep me awake all night. The smell is a bit overwhelming when you first open the bag, but once it's steeped it has a bit more mellow flavor.
The tea is a little bland on it's own, but with a little sweetener it tastes perfect. It's a great tea to drink before bed or even with an upset stomach. I will be buying this tea again and again.

I'm not really an herbal tea guy overall, but this is one of my favorite teas anyway. Delicious, especially before bed time. This tea is about the real herb called peppermint and not candy canes or peppermint syrups. If you are used to the supermarket peppermint tea bags, this is a different world. It has a refreshing make-you-happy smell while brewing. The flavor is much more round and complex than I expected and not overpoweringly pepperminty. Just enjoyably so. Not bitter or astringent and is very flexible in brewing, as you might expect from an herbal tea. It is great with a little sugar, although I prefer mine without. It's also the only tea my wife enjoys drinking, so if you're not a tea-person and on the fence, definitely give this one a chance. I got this as a sample and made it my first full bag purchase shortly after trying it. Well worth the price.

Recently I started feeling nauseous quite often and didn't want to turn to pills to fix it. The Peppermint tea did the trick perfectly and tastes delicious as well. It's the perfect cup of tea to start your day off calm or to end it with a restful sleep!

To me, this is very similar to and almost as good as Casablanca Twist. Peppermint does just what you'd want from it - it feels soothing and is very relaxing.

I love mint. All kinds! I am lucky to have it growing generously around my house. Even though I am able to pick it fresh and use it in my tea, I have found that the fresh peppermint I pick can taste very different from the ones I have tried in the US. Maybe the Ecuador variety is different from the US type? Both are delicious, just different.
This is one of my favorite peppermints. The leaves a pleasant fresh green and have an unmistakably minty aroma. They are in small pieces, but I feel that part of the strength that his tea has is due to this.
I brew a 2 teaspoons for 12oz, but I enjoy it really strong. 1tsp to 12oz will make a pretty tasty brew as well. The liquor is very dark murky green, almost brown.
The taste is a minty punch in the mouth followed by a pleasant minty breeze aftertaste. (sounds like a toothpaste commercial… But trust me, it tastes much better!) With a bit of honey or sugar it is great as a relaxing night time tea, refreshing iced tea, great for sore throat and upset tummy!
I brewed it today with Adagio’s Vanilla Black to make Candy Cane flavor (equal parts, I used 4 teaspoons of each for a large teapot full). I loved it! So did my family who got to drink it with cheesecake and pumpkin pie. (A belated Thanksgiving in Ecuador! : ) ). It was great hot and I loved it even more iced. Even though I wasn’t able to find actual Candy Canes in Ecuador, I feel that this captured Candy Cane flavor perfectly! Great way to celebrate the beginning of the Christmas Season! I am so happy, I love Christmas time!
