Sounded good based on the reviews but I was unimpressed. By chance I had a bagged tea in an office that was everything I hoped this would be, very annoying. I blend this with a little dragon fruit tea and it’s good.
Adagio never disappoints. Taste Great and it helped me get back to normal. When I need something special or am looking for my standbys I can count on Adagio. This is my number one tea for nite time and when I am sick.

It's chamomile. If you like chamomile tea, this is nice. Big, beautiful, whole flowers. Far superior quality and taste compared to other brands I have tried that are just crumbled pieces or sickly dried crushed flowers. (I'm not a big fan of chamomile tea, so the depth of my comparison is limited, but this is definitely the best I have tried.)
