Got this for my boyfriend who was having trouble sleeping. He definitely enjoyed it! Nice and sweet but not overly so.
Calming chamomile. I usually sweeten it with honey. Great for relaxing before bed!

I like a full chamomile experience with the whole flowers. A good, strong floral, some breakage in bag but that’s ok as it hastens brewing.

This chamomile is pretty good, but I prefer to mix this one. On it's own, the stems seem to give it a very light weedy flavor that I'm not big on. Maybe that's a normal chamomile quality as I've never had it other than flavored tea bags before. It is quite sweet with a smooth mouthfeel. Only retracted the 1 star because other than the slight weedy taste, it's pretty good.
A cup each evening helps me sleep through the night.

Awesome Tea At Night - Made Into Ice Tea - Awesome Tasting !
In the 7.5 years of ordering from Adagio, this might have been my first mistake. Only because I truly didn't understand how much 8 oz of Chamomile by weight would be...well it is about 12 cups!!! When I opened the box and found such a large bag, my first thought was how am I going to store this! I was able to fit about 8 cups into a half gallon mason jar and share some with friends. Anyway, the tea smells amazing!! Honey and apple tones, tastes lovely too. I am planning on make cupcakes and frosting with it as well as some cookies. Excited to throw a few flowers into a bath. Would recommend this high quality chamomile.

I am loving the honey taste of chamomile lately. This was my first experience with the flowers by themselves and not in a blend, and it makes a relaxing and enjoyable cup that is cheerfully sunny yellow in color. I have also added some chamomile flowers to my gunpowder green cold brews, and it adds a sweet floral note that way as well. I am grabbing a larger size for sure, especially since it makes a relaxing early evening pot.

I'm not a huge lover of chamomile tea but it is a staple in my pantry for days when I'm not feeling well and need something calming. For this purpose, Adagio's chamomile is the best I've tried. No dust, yellow flowers that let off a soothing aroma and smile-inducing color. It also blends well, with peppermint and lemongrass specifically when a cold is threatening. And don't forget to add a touch of honey!

Chamomile, mint, or or a blend of both are my favorite nighttime teas. I always have chamomile tea bags around, so I was excited to get to sample Adagio's version. It tastes like chamomile, floral as any would be, nothing notable there. I love how cute the flowers are though! I tried 2 steepsat 10 minutes each from my CommuniTEA packet and both were flavorful. It was an absolute joy to drink this before bed, however, it did take some effort to clean the little bits out of my infuser so I think I'll stick to using tea bags unless I'm blending it with something.
Regular chamomile, but very cute. What pretty flowers! I added nutritional yeast to mine, would recommend!

It looked like too much for one cup so I weighed the contents of the package prior to steeping...exactly 3 grams.
When I added the boiling water it smelled a little citrus-y. I was pleasantly surprised that chamomile was the only ingredient.
I added a touch of honey just to meld the flavors. It tasted a little floral and woodsy at the same time. It was quite smooth and relaxing.
Craving more, I did a second steep. The flavors were smoother and muted, but left a more pronounced citrus flavor lingering on the back of my tongue.
I did not realize how much I enjoy chamomile, even more than my usual nightly Honeybush. I will have to make it part of my regular rotation.
I don't normally reach for chamomile tea. It's not that I don't like it, it is just not a favorite. I waited to brew this one until later in the day. I used 212 F water and steeped for 5-10 min (I lost track of exact time.) I found it to be better than expected. I can certainly see why people blend it with other flavors though too.
Lovely chamomile, the whole buds are beautiful and such a visual delight. Lightly scented with a pleasant sweetness that is enhanced with a touch of honey.
A delicious bedtime treat. This is some of the tastiest chamomile tea I've had. I was very delighted to see the little flowers in my bag, most chamomile teas I've tried lack the entire flower. This has a delicious honey undertone to it, but I added a little more honey to make it a nice sweet treat before bed without the guilt.
I love Chamomile tea and this one is excellent. Much smoother taste than you get from the grocery store tea bags. This is my go-to tea for when I want to relax or when I am not feeling well.

With my communiTEA packet I split it in half and did two cups. One with peppermint and the other spearmint. Peppermint wins after sweetened with a touch of honey.
Part of the March 2021 CommuniTEA Box. I really thought I wasn’t too crazy about chamomile after all these years, but it’s the first time I’ve had more than just fannings. It’s very soothing and mild.
I'm usually not a fan of chamomile but this was excellent. I had a large quantity of buds. The Communitea packet was so full. It was a beautiful yellow tea and the flavor was so mellow. It was almost butter and very smooth. I really enjoyed it. Even when I grew chamomile myself the tea wasn't this good.
It's camomile. The tea has lots of whole flowers. This was a nice end of the day tea
I was a little off put by the scent of the dry tea. A very dry grass/hay like scent, as was the initial flavor. But once it cooled slightly the flavor turned a bit more floral & honey-like. The addition of sugar helped bring out it's sweeter notes.
