Mixed this with some foxtrot, peppermint, and chamomile and just a few sips knocks me out.

★★★☆☆

Didn't really care of this tea as I prefer flavored. If you like more traditional tea, this would be a good one for you!

★★★★★

I enjoy a cup of cha cha in the evening. The taste is outstanding and the perfect way to calm down after a long day.

★★★★☆

Was pleasantly surprised by this tea! Sometimes I dislike chamomile, but I enjoyed the combination with the peppermint and lemongrass. A nice herbal blend.

★★★★★

Cha Cha is a nice, mild herbal blend. At first I wasn't so sure I'd like it cause I'm not a huge fan of chamomile tea. But this is a nice blend for me because its not just chamomile, and the lemongrass and peppermint help to give it a mild, pleasant flavor combination. This would be the perfect herbal tea for someone who wants something gentle without any spices in it. Good for people who can't handle fruit acids as well. The peppermint is good to help soothe the stomach, and the lemongrass may also be beneficial for stomach pains. The taste isn't super strong, but its not super light either. The chamomile might also help settle stomachs and calm anxiety. So this is a great tea to drink after a big meal to help digestion or when you have stomach pains. Or any time you want to be soothed and relaxed! NOTE: this tea should not be drunk by pregnant people. Lemongrass can possibly cause miscarriages, and chamomile as well has shown that it could also possibly cause premature labor. I think some of the research on this isn't conclusive, but I would avoid it to be safe.

Oh! You're going to wanna 'cha cha' alright ... from the caffeine. Flavor? drinkable but not notable.

★★★★★

I love this blend! I'm fond of chamomile in general, but this is a fun way to vary up flavor profiles. It's great when I'm not feeling well, or as an evening drink.

★★★★★

So delicious! The The combination of mint, chamomile, and lemongrass is so soothing and is great for relaxing before bed. Tastes great with honey, but stands up on its own. Great for multiple infusions, too.

Not my favorite but certainly worth trying. I prefer my decaf to be a little more like a black tea.

It tastes really refreshing! The zesty flavour from the lemongrass is a nice kick.

★★★★★

Like a stronger version of sleepy time, with extra mint power. And more lemon. Very yummy!

★★★★★

Nice relaxing herbal tea that has the subtle undertones of the lemongrass. A well rounded flavor.

★★★★★

This has become my family's current day 'sleepy time' tea, and I couldn't be happier. A cup before bed puts us both right to sleep.

★★★★★

This smells like a lemon cookie! Sadly, it does not taste like one. I would say the 3 flavors are pretty even. One does not overpower the other. Me being a peppermint freak, I wish that one was a bit stronger, but it is still a lovely tea and I would reorder it. I just a bit of sugar, no milk.

★★★☆☆

I bought this tea because it had almost the same ingredients as another herbal tea that a friend gave me from a tea shop in California. I normally don't like chamomile, but I thought the mix with mint and lemongrass would cover up the strong taste of chamomile. I was wrong.

★★★★★

This is an awesome and fresh tasting tea. I really like chamomile, and it shines in this tea. Mint can sometimes be over powering in a tea and make it taste kind of medicinal, the mint is there, but just enough to taste it and make the tea more refreshing. Definitely my go to evening tea.

★★★★☆

Not my absolute favorite herbal, but it's still a very good tea for the evening. Perhaps the name is a bit misleading, though, because I find the tea more relaxing than invigorating.

★★★★☆

Much superior to the chamomile in my opinion. The lemongrass adds a very nice flavor, chamomile is soothing, and the peppermint is by no means overpowering. Very good blend.

★★★★★

this is my favourite tea to drink in the evenings. I find it so soothing and relaxing. The bit of lemon and mint makes it taste fresh and the camomile calms everything nicely.

★★★★★

This is one of my ultimate favorites. Just before bed and for the last few hours of the day or when I just need something yummy any time of day: I love that the stronger the tea is made, the better it tastes. YUM.

★★★★★

Being a fan of chamomile, peppermint and lemongrass on their own, I really enjoy this blend. Yes this is the classic blend found in 'sleepytime' tea bags you find at the store, but the flavors are cleaner and more pronounced here. The lemongrass especially comes through more in cha cha, which is a good thing. It's a well balanced blend. Each flavor is individually present without overpowering, and at the same time compliments one another to make a refreshing and soothing cup of tea. Also, for a similar tea with a smooth vanilla kick, try the foxtrot blend.

★★★★★

Great for a pre-bedtime or just relaxing afternoon/evening tea. I love the chamomile and lemongrass combination.

★★★★☆

My wife really likes this. The mint, lemon, and chamomile blend very nicely into a good relaxing tea.

★★★★★

Normally I do not like herbal teas. If I want something light I gravitate toward white or oolong, but both of these have caffeine and I wanted a nighttime tea to sit, relax, and read with before bed. Cha cha is great for this. It is very bold with strong flavors of peppermint and chamomile. It even holds up to a second brew which I can't say about most herbals (the second brew does weaken quite a bit but the chamomile still comes through strong). Overall a really great blend that I plan on buying more of.

A very nice, calming herbal tea. It's also great for upset stomachs.

★★★★★

Great night-time or anytime tea! Tasted this along with Foxtrot and this is my new favorite!

★★★★☆

I like this more than the foxtrot, as the slight lemony hint to it is really nice. The flavors blend really well together, and the peppermint isn't too overpowering.

★★★★★

I bought this for my brother and he absolutely loves it. Says it really helps him relax.

★★★★★

Adagio's Cha Cha is a lot like Adagio's Foxtrot. Cha Cha is loaded with peppermint and chamomile just like Foxtrot, but it has lemongrass too. Its very similar to the famous Sleepytime tea. Vey delicious, highly recommend.

★★★★☆

I enjoy the uplifting qualities of this... got a sampler of it included with a custom blend order and I'll be saving the rest cause I believe it would be great when you aren't feeling so well... seems the perfect herbal for a cold

★★★★☆

I love the mint with the chamomile. This tasted very honeylike even though I didn't add honey until the next cup. Will definitely have to pick up another bag of this soon.

★★★★★

I absolutely loved this tea! I was looking for something soothing that included chamomile, and this tea has the perfect combination of herbal teas. I drank it as I was about to go to bed, and boy did I sleep well!!

★★★★★

Great tea! I really enjoyed the foxtrot blend, so I figured I would finally give the cha cha a try. I like the melding of flavors between the lemongrass, peppermint, and chamomile. I didn't find the lemongrass overwhelming, as I sometimes find lemongrass. I would recommend this tea strongly!

★★★★☆

I wasn't sure how much I'd like this tea, chamomile is not my favorite but the peppermint and lemongrass adds depth to the chamomile that gives this tea more pizazz. After swallowing, this lovely minty feeling lingers in the mouth finishing the experience. Overall, light, pleasant and worth going back for more.

★★★★★

My wife and kids love this tea and Foxtrot. If you love one, you'll likely love the other. Flavors are great and the tea is such a relaxing drink. The lemongrass adds the perfect touch to this blend I think. Brilliant!

★★★★★

My favorite of all herbal teas. Typically I prefer the clean taste of a single flavor - good chamomile, ginger tea made from the root, or spearmint. But My sister gave me Cha Cha and I've been a fan ever since. The flavors are both soothing and refreshing.

★★★☆☆

Not my favorite of adagio's chamomiles, but soothing nonetheless. An extra burst of peppermint might help.

★★★★★

Besides the addictive qualities especially when honey is added this is a great tea. Buying largest size as soon as it comes back in stock.

★★★★★

Light, refreshing, relaxing. Really, the smell alone makes my day a little better.

★★★★★

Holy crap! This tea is amazing! It's hard to pick between it and Fox Trot, but if you are looking for a good daily herbal tea blend, this is fantastic!

★★★★☆

A nice, light and clean flavor to this blend. The lemongrass and chamomile go together well, and while I can't taste much of the mint, that may from my steeping temp or time. Very soothing, as I would expect something containing chamomile to be.

This is a great bed time tea when you want to drink something a little more interesting than chamomile.

★★★★☆

To start, I like this 'tea,' but I don't love it. It is a nice, calming herbal blend, but there is something that is just slightly off to my taste. Maybe there is just a tad too much mint... Either way, I would recommend to people who enjoy sleepy time teas, with the caveat of getting a small amount to begin with. I will have to try the foxtrot blend, as that may be more of what I was looking for than cha cha. Still, definitely a solid blend.

This is becoming my go-to 'bedtime' blend - it tastes fantastic, a nice harmony of the chamomile, mint, and lemongrass.

This reminds me of what I considered chamomile tea in the past, good combination of flavors! I'd add a little more peppermint, but it's delicious

★★★★★

Great end of the day tea. Chamomile gives it the calmative effect, the lemongrass and peppermint gives that refreshing tingle that clears the senses.

★★★★★

I wasn't sure what to expect, having drank all the components to this one separately, but the combination is fantastic. It's a great tea for when you're feeling a bit under the weather.

★★★★☆

It's great, but too much chamomile for my taste. I'm sure other people will love it.

★★★★☆

Subtle mint flavors, lightly flowery. A little light for my taste, but it makes for a relaxing nighttime tea.

This is a really interesting blend. It reminds me of the sleep tea that I have. I like how the mint flavor sticks out just a tiny bit from the rest. Overall a pretty good flavor.
