Reminds me of the other guys' sleepy-time tea, but fresher. I love it! On occasion. I'll add extra chamomile or white tea just to change it up... which you can't do using the teabags sold in stores.
Dance, taste buds! Cool, savory mint, uplifting floral chamomile, and tangy lemongrass. Zesty and aromatic.

Very similar to Foxtrot, which reminds me of the popular store-bought brand, Sleepytime herbal tea. Foxtrot contains the same ingredients as Cha Cha plus rooibos tea and vanilla flavoring - something to consider if deciding between the two.
Good tea. Love the floral tones. Among my favorite after dinner teas
I prepared this using both hot and cold brew methods.
This tea is not only smooth and full of flavor, it is beautiful to look at during the brewing process.
I love this tea at night when I am getting ready for bed. It melts the stress or of my body and the combination of great fit relation and getting to sleep.
I'm not a big fan of this tea. I prefer my herbal teas to have a fruity flavor. I find it to be a bit boring.
flowery, flowery, flowery! Very 'Herbal'.
Haven't tried blending it yet -
This is the cousin to Foxtrot, minus the rooibos, and adding lemongrass. Dang it Adagio, now I have to buy the big bag of this one too!! It is very soothing and comforting, my guests come over and request it now. Simple, yet refined.
Cha cha is an interesting herbal mix! It smells seriously minty, but the chamomile isn't overshadowed by mint in the flavor. A solid blend! (I say this for all the herbals, but seriously: don't skimp, a generous serving is highly recommended here).
I have really enjoyed this tea. Mint, chamomile, and lemongrass is such a simple combination, but it has such a delightfully mellow flavor. I recommend this tea if you want to unwind. Just make sure you don't over-brew it because chamomile gets pretty bitter if it goes too long in the steeper!
Pretty good, but still not a fan of chamomile. Interesting spin on that flavor though.
This is an acceptable Chamomile tea, but in my opinion, tastes very similar to the C.S. Sleepytime tea. So I was hoping for something vibrant and herby and the lemon was completely lost and the mint not as pronounced as Sleepytime. I probably won't buy it again.
I admit it, I love herbal teas, and this one may be the best one I've tasted. The ingredients are very well-balanced, and the taste is wonderful! The combination of lemon, chamomile and peppermint is inspired, and it really wakes up your mouth. This is a go-to for me, and I'll always have it around.
I was so very pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this tea. Smooth, relaxing, and perfectly balanced. I wasn't sure if the mint would be too overpowering, and it wasn't. I will definitely order this one again.
This had a really unexpected but very good flavor.
This one is hit with my kids as well. We love the added lemongrass flavor with the sweetness of chamomile and fresh peppermint. Will definitely order it again.
tasty. Great spice flavor and makes great iced tea.
I thought this was an interesting blend, though not one I'll be drinking often. It tasted a little more grassy than I like
So tasty!!i live the flavor! I drink it in the morning and it starts my day off right!
So i'll confess i got this because it seemed a better way to get some chamomile in, and that's good for stuff. the mint is nice and I don't dislike it at all but it's nothing to write home about? to be fair, this is the only herbal tea i own for a reason. your mileage may and will probably vary.
This wasn't a particularly stunning or fantastic blend that blew my socks off. It mostly tasted of Lemon Grass and Chamomile. I could barely taste the peppermint.
Though, I should note that perhaps part of the reason this tea was so 'meh' with me is that we already have all the components of this tea individually. And frequently indulge in them, mixing them up in our own ratios.
One thing I can say for sure about this tea, is that what Adagio has chosen to mix in it are good choices.
This is a mild tea, good for right before bed. Use a cloth tea bag to steep it though, or the chamomile particles will float out into your tea.
Very good even without sweetener. Strong flavor without being overpowering.
The mint overpowers the other flavors in Cha Cha. It wasn't my favorite. I'll stick with Foxtrot.
Wonderful bedtime tea. The camomile, lemon grass and peppermint are an amazing blend.
This tea makes a terrific gift! It is bright and fresh and refreshing
I chose this as a sample on a whim and discovered it's basically a chamomile which is nice. Just not what I expected but the flavor blended well and tasted smooth.
Cha Cha is a perfect name for this peppy tea. No caffeine, but still invigorating and mood-boosting.
A well-balanced, relaxing tea. Love the mint in it!
Great relaxing tea! I love the smell of this tea as it is steaming out of the cup.
If you like chamomile, this is a nice cup. I bought this for my husband, a chamomile fan, and he enjoyed it.
Good pick me up in the morning but some might find the mint flavor to be too strong.
I really enjoyed this floral tea. Nice alone or with a touch of honey
Faaaaaantastic! Fresh and calming, perfect on a stressful day at work or at the end of it. found a new favorite :)
Very nice citrus and chamomile flavored. Not much mint...I would have liked a bit more.
It came out tasting great. I found it very soothing.
I love this blend of chamomile and mint. It's perfect to soothe a sore throat or just for a little pick me up before bed.
A wonderful blend of chamomile and mint with neither one truly overpowering the other for when you want a more relaxing tea or for those days you're just not feeling your best.
As with most herbal teas, the longer the the steep the better the flavor. This one tastes perfectly on a second and third steep as well.
Very soothing, but also a little playful on the tongue with the peppermint. It smells wonderful and tastes better. I added one lump of sugar, but it's not necessary at all and I won't do so again.
My mother thought she was a 'caffeinated tea person' until she tried cha cha. Now its the only tea she drinks. I thought Adagio's chamomile was good but I wasnt prepared for cha cha. If you want to unwind after a long day you an just inhale the scent of this tea and immediately start relaxing. The minty aftertaste from the added peppermint is cool and refreshing and the presence of the lemongrass is so soothing. A must try!
Nice relaxing blend. Very similar to the sleepy bear tea. Not sure why it's named after such an energetic dance when the vibe is calm. Still, worth a sip. You really can't go wrong with this herbal mix.
Phenomenal tea. Reminds me of my grandma, who used to drink a blend similar to this all the time!
Good tea. If you're a fan of foxtrot you will love this one!
We enjoyed this very much. Especially as our after dinner or wind down at night tea.
This is a delicious alternative to straight chamomile because of the herbal additions that create a more complex flavor. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a light herbal tea to enjoy!
I love chamomile as it helps me feel super relaxed. However, the addition of the lemongrass and the peppermint gives it a great aftertaste and definitely perks up my day. I also drink this tea whenever I'm having any muscle cramps and I always feel a bit better after drinking it.
If you are a fan of foxtrot, then you will also love cha cha. It is sooo relaxing at night.
Love, love, love this tea! It's the ultimate relaxing tea and has me sleepy and boneless with relaxation within the first three sips. I usually don't like the taste of chamomile because I find it too flowery, but this tea has a minty lemony freshness from the lemongrass which cuts the floral flavor. Another bonus is that you can brew it more than once!
A wonderfully soothing tea, perfect for before bedtime or during a bad day.
