Blood Orange Customer Reviews

Deep vibrant color and sweet flavor. Hearty with a good balance of orange peel dryness and fruit juiciness.

So blood orange is an herbal blend. It consist of orange peels, hibiscus and other ingredients. I would drink this hot or cold. This drink is caffeine free, so you can drink it through out the day. I love the taste of this and it is one of my favorites, not to mention how beautiful the color is once it has steeped.

★★★☆☆

Not much orange flavoring. I was disappointed. I'll try something different next time.

★★★★★

One of my favorites! Have to add a little sugar to offset the tang, but not much!

★★★☆☆

Not really my cup of tea but may be right for someone else

★★★★★

I'm not a huge herbal tea person, but I love this one. The flavor tastes just like a blood orange.

★★★★★

When I need a little pick me up I add blood orange to my black dragon pearls. It's a delightful treat!

★★★★☆

This is a good tea, with orange peel visible in the mix, and orange flavor coming through in the brew.

One of my all time favorites! Very comforting on a cold night.

★★★★☆

Very light in flavor, with an almost sour aftertaste. Needs a little sweetener, but overall wonderful. Would love to try it iced!

★★★★☆

I've never cared for blood oranges, but I wanted to try a tea with a citrus flavor. I was not disappointed, this is a very good tea!

★★★☆☆

Love the flavor. Think it might be even better balanced with the addition of another tea.

★★★☆☆

Not really my thing, the wife seemed to enjoy it, not really an herbal tea person

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the taste of this tea. He's even not a tea drinker, but this was a good start for him.

★★★★☆

Wasn't as great as I was expecting, but still a nice orange taste.

★★★★☆

Very good, it would have been great without the Hibiscus as I'm not a fan of that. Still it's really good and I would buy it again.

It was sharp and citrus, with a rosy depth. Not my favorite, but husband liked it, and I enjoyed it blended with vanilla flavored black tea. Kind of a creamsicle tea like that.

Blood orange makes wonderful iced tea with no caffeine. It makes a beautiful red orange pitcher of tea. The flavor is bright and refreshing!

★★★★☆

For definite fans of blood orange. My favourite aspect of this blend is the amazing colour!

★★★★☆

Nice herbal tea. Very citrusey. Nice with honey. I needed something to satify my tea needs when caffiene late in the day started keeping me up too late.

★★★★☆

Sour orange taste is good, but I personally need a decent amount of sweetener to take the tartness out of the tea. I also like to really steep the tea for a decent amount of time to bring out all of the flavors. It blends well with white and green teas that I have tried it with. I am glad I read some other reviews, because if you are looking for something a bit sweeter than the blood orange I would also suggest the berry blast herbal.

The color and smell is fantastic, the flavor isn't the greatest. I do enjoy it, however, it isn't quite my style.

★★★★★

This tea was like drinking sunshine. The flavors are so bright and delicious. I was very surprised by how good this flavor was. I am usually not a big fan of flavored herbal tea but I got a free sample and I love it. I realize now that I am not a fan of fake tasting supermarket flavored teas. I would really like to try this iced in the summertime.

★★★★★

Absolutely amazing! Sweet and tangy! My new favorite!

★★★★☆

Got a sample of this tea and have to say I like the Adagio's just 'Orange' black tea much better.

★★★★★

Absolutely delicious - my new favorite go to tea!!

★★★★★

This is a very simple taste to me. I really enjoyed drinking it, which I do when I'm studying and working on projects for college, and it gives a good taste while not taking my attention.

★★★★☆

If you are familiar with actual blood oranges, you will recognize amazing, rich red of this tea. It is tart but not going quite so far as to be sour, like a juicy-centered candy. A small amount of sugar will take the edge off if the tartness is too much. Personally, I'm still enamored of how beautiful it is in the cup!

I love this tea. It has a lovely summery taste with the orange and with a little bit of honey it tastes even better. It's good hot but I really enjoy it iced.

This is by far my favorite herb tea. Have shared it with many people and they agree.

★★★★☆

This is just wonderful, but a tad too strong of an orange taste for me. It's a great dreaming of warmer climes tea for these snowy days and nights in New England, though.

★★☆☆☆

Got this as a free sample and it just wasn't our thing.

★★★★☆

Nice tea. I wish it had a little more orange flavor than it did but definitely not a bad tea. Would order again

★★★★★

The best herbal tea I've had. Mixed with a little mango and some rock sugar it is absolutely fantastic.

★★★★★

My favorite tea of all time. Just a lift.e bitter, so it balances out the sweetness.

★★☆☆☆

I didn't care for this flavor. I thought it tasted very fake.

★★★☆☆

a great afternoon treat. strong but smooth citrus flavor.

★★★★☆

Very interesting blend. This tea has a unique citrus flavor that pairs well with rooibos.

★★★☆☆

Great aroma, great to use for blending with other teas.

★★★★★

This tisane offers gentle flavor when brewed lightly. with a full steeping it develops a rare and wonderful brightness. It's a full range of zingy blood orange flavor, juicy with a tart punch from the hibiscus. I appreciate teas that I can enjoy straight, and this is indeed great on its own, while also delicious with sweetener. I tried it with a squeeze of lemon and honey to soothe a sore throat, and loved every sip.
