Blood Orange Customer Reviews

Deep vibrant color and sweet flavor. Hearty with a good balance of orange peel dryness and fruit juiciness.

I steeped it longer than suggested and it was wonderful. Tangy taste but not overpowering. Will be one of my many favs.

★★★★★

Delicious, just the right about of sweet and fruity

★★★★☆

Another great flavor for iced tea. I mix this with Berry Blast for a very flavorful tea.

★★★★★

I mix 2 teaspoons this with 1 teaspoon of the wild strawberry tea. It reminds me of the Winterberry tea from Teavana.

★★★★☆

While it wasn't my favorite tea, I am giving Blood Orange 4 stars because the flavor was very identical to the description listed on the website. It was a good, tart tea for those who like them while I enjoy my tea to be a little more on the sweet side but that is my only complaint. Added some rock sugar to make the flavor a little less tangy and slightly more sweet.

★★★★★

Wonderful :) full of flavor, robust, delicious!!!

★★★★☆

Enjoyable, but has a very bitter taste to it, so extra sugar was needed to smooth it out.

★★★★☆

A nice orangey cup, good with a squirt of fresh lemon for some added acidity.

★★★★★

I love this mix! Robust orange and warm spices together are terrific. Will order this one again.

★★★★★

I really enjoyed this blend. Its light and tasty!

★★★★☆

This missed the mark for me. It is lacking body. I would mix it with Rooibos to give it a nice rounnded flavor. The description said it was 'tangy' and they are correct. To me it reminds me of the instant drink I had for breakfast as a kid, 'Tang.' This isn't a bad flavor, but I was hoping for more. I tried it hot, so I will update once I try it cold and see if I can find different flavor levels. But it doesn't have a tangy feel as in a bite, it was actually nice and smooth with a great balance of flavors.

I may not have put enough honey in it when I tried, but it was an odd sweet/sour taste

★★★★★

Very good, sweet but not overall so, good hot or iced.

★★★★★

I received this in a sample packet and fell in love with it...and my husband who really isn’t a tea drinker loved it too. This is one I won’t be with out...

This tea is so good. It has a rich flavor but carries that light citrus flavor that blood oranges have. It is highly recommended.

★★★★★

delicious, just what i was hoping for. slightly tart, slightly sweet

★★★★★

Steep a little longer than usual to eek out the great citrus notes.

Really good. Drink it iced everyday. No sugar needed, a little tart though

★★★★★

a favorite tea with a true orange flavor. you won't be disappointed.

★★★☆☆

Hot, this tea was bitter/sour. Cold brewed, it wasn't at all flavorful. Adding sugar didn't improve things. I really loved Teavana's Mandarin Mimosa, and I hoped this could be a replacement, so I'm disappointed.

★★★★★

mmmm...if you love blood oranges this tea is for you

★★★★☆

This herbal tea has a very bold flavor. I do like it, I wish it was a little bit more tart. Although I like very tart flavors. Would I repurchase it? Maybe not.

★★★★★

I love this tea! It is a constant staple in our home.

★★★★★

I like my tea on the strong side I leave it in the refrigerator over night. I get all of the flavor by the next day. That's my way. For good tea.

I love the freshness and bold yet smooth flavor of this tea. i only wish the finish of it was as smooth as the start.

★★★★☆

Tangy and bright- it's very nice either cold or hot.

★★★★★

Clean orange flavor, brewed with black tea for richer flavor.

★★★★☆

Good flavor but not as strong as some of the others and I like it strong!

★★★★★

The small is intoxicating. Love this iced with a bit of stevia.

★★★★★

This is now one of my favourite teas, period. It has a perfect balance of hibiscus to orange flavours, and is disappearing fast.

★★★★☆

A good tea, but it tastes almost more like a cherry tea.

★★★☆☆

I wasn't fond of this one. I was expecting it to be a little tart, but I feel I might have either under or over brewed it. It was kind of bitter.

★★★☆☆

It was ok .

★★★★★

This is super delicious! I love all the bits of real fruit.

Loving this tea for evening, since it's bright and cheery, but non caffeinated.

I like a little more flavor like the berry blast tea

★★★★★

Hands down the best herbal tea I have tried to date. Admittedly I am not experienced in herbal teas. My 'n' of samples is less than a dozen. It is a nice bold flavor for a night time sipper to warm a cold night and settle on a full belly after dinner and not fearing the caffeine sleep disturbance I am sensitive to.

★★★★☆

Really great afternoon tea! Smooth and orange-y. Perfect with just a tablespoon of honey!

Nice flavour and good afternoon tea. I let steep fir a long period to develop flavour

★★★☆☆

A little strong, but if you like strong, go for it!

★★★★★

Very tasty citrus drink, great for when you want a caffeine free tea.

★★★★☆

This is a tasty tea with the right amount of orange and spice. I add two little sugar crystals and it sweetens this tea right up.

6 min steep · 212°F

★★★★★

Delicious but watch how much you sweeten it as it goes from acidic to very sweet with only a little bit of sugar.

★★★★☆

A bright tea with an acidic note, but not in a bad way. I really like this one because it doesn't lose any flavor as it cools off.

★☆☆☆☆

All the individual tea bags were sliced open or unsealed and unusable...I guess theres no quality control at this company.

★★★★★

SO DANG GOOD!!! Its great on its own or mixed with other teas (like oolong or black teas!) and is such a full bodied tea!

★★★★☆

I especially like this tea in the summer for some reason. I have purchased it a couple of times and would definitely buy it again.

★★★★★

One of my favorites. It is herbal and the taste is amazing

I love hibiscus, and Blood Orange is a nice citrus enhanced hibiscus tea.

Great mix for blending but use it judiciously so as not to overpower other flavors-- it's strong.!It definitely smells and tastes like blood oranges. The tea brews as to a red-orange color. This might be nice iced too.
