Blood Orange Customer Reviews

Deep vibrant color and sweet flavor. Hearty with a good balance of orange peel dryness and fruit juiciness.

A bit too strong for me although I can see the appeal for others

Blood Orange is vibrant, crisp tea. It is a bit tart but it is wonderful on a summer day. I love the flavors and incredible citrus flavor.

★★★★★

This has an excellent blend of flavors and the blood orange really shines through. I prefer it in the morning when I do not want caffeine.

★★★★☆

When my wife had morning sickness while pregnant, I used this in combination with a half tsp of ginger root and it helped greatly. It reminded me of a milder creamsicle taste.

It looks so pretty, but I found it too tart for my tastes.

The case of 'it's not you, it's me'. I *personally* prefer blood orange teas spiced, which DOES NOT mean this was a bad sample, albeit a bit mellow on the tongue.

★☆☆☆☆

I personally don't like fruit flavors in general so my review may not mean much, but this just overall was not good in my opinion.

I love this tea. Its refreshing warm or cold. I enjoy the citrus flavor and find that its delicious without needing to add sugar.

★★★★★

Great iced tea. I brew a these herbals at a lower temperature, I find it keeps some flavors from overwhelming others.

I was not crazy about this tea. I felt like it was just overwhelmingly orange and didn't have a lot of depth or subtlety of flavor

★★☆☆☆

It's an ok flavored fruit tea, but could have a more intense orange flavor. Cold brewed in refrigerator for 24 hrs.

★★★★★

This tea is so good! The flavor is mellow but strong enough to taste all of the flavors in the tea. I highly recommend this one.

Tasty but not may favorite. I love blood oranges fresh but the flavor dried isn't what I was looking for.

Love it. I was looking for something with more of a citrus zing to it, and I absolutely love blood oranges.

★★★★★

Great flavor. my favorite of the selection. Crisp citrus taste

★★★★★

By far this tea is one of the best, full of flavor hint of orange, great hot or cold

Bold flavor but was more bitter than I’d expected. I only had a portion so wasn’t able to try a different brewing temperature or time but the flavor just didn’t feel entirely developed for me.

Mostly hibiscus and rose hip flavor with a subtle orange taste. Its decent and worth giving a try.

This tea is amazing! Got it as a sample, but it will definitely be a staple!

My favorite Citrus note tea for both iced and hot applications. I thought I messed it up by letting it steep too long and it actually tasted better. It’s a very forgiving flavor.

★★★★★

This was very good. It was also excellent as a cold brew tea.

For an herbal tea, this one has a bold orange flavor and is a delightfully citrus-y herbal tea! Love it!

★★★★★

I like this iced with some extra hibiscus thrown in. The orange flavor is slightly spiced instead of fruity.

★★★★★

Strong orange flavor remaining throughout the entire cup. The taste doesn’t diminish after a couple sips

Smells amazing very citrusy smell. Just wish there was more of a citrusy taste to it .

While I did not taste the hibiscus and rose hips specifically, the citrus was bright and refreshing. Not too sweet but very nice with no bitterness. I normally don't like herbal teas much but wanted something for the cold evenings; when I opened the bag I actually hated the smell but I'm so glad that I brewed a cup anyway! It was a slightly tart, comforting flavor that was very easy to drink. This will be my new evening tea!

This was quite a bit more tart than I expected. I didn't try it with a sweetener. I try to stay away from sugar.

The orange flavor in this tea is strong but not too tart. I enjoy it immensely and find that adding sugar really enhances the orange flavor. This is my favorite fruity herbal I've tried on Adagio so far.

Delicious herbal tea. Good with lemon and honey or without. I like it best iced.

This Blood orange tea has an excellent flavor and color - deep dark reddish color. Would probably buy more

★★★★★

The blood orange tea has a wonderful, bright, and warm flavor. It smells great and continues to taste good at the third brewing.

★★★★★

Such a great tea! Got it for a gift for a friend and she LOVES IT!!

this is a bold yet fruity tea mixed it with green and was great. i like the flavor of sweet orange with a bit.

★★★☆☆

Beautiful crimson color when steeped. Tart with no added sweetner. More orange flavor after adding a bit of sweetner. Nice orange finish.

★★★★★

Beautiful blood orange color and taste. This one has a bit of sweetness that, for me, takes out the sometimes bitter acidic taste one may sometimes have with citrus. I’ve only tasted this hot, but imagine it would make a tasty iced treat as well. I’ve found better results for depth of flavor in doing up to a 10 minute steep, but I’m sure that would vary by individual taste.

This Blood Orange tea is surprisingly delicious. The moment it starts steeping, the aroma hits—bright, citrusy, and a little bit floral from the hibiscus. The flavor is bold and tart in the best way, like a fresh blood orange with just enough natural sweetness to keep it smooth.
I love that it’s caffeine-free but still tastes vibrant and full-bodied. The hibiscus gives it that rich red color and a slightly tangy kick, while the rose hips mellow everything out. It’s refreshing hot, but it’s amazing iced—super juicy and perfect for sipping throughout the day.
If you enjoy fruity herbal teas that actually taste like fruit, this one is definitely worth trying.

This is a great citrus tisane. It hits the spot when you want a refreshing drink that isn't caffeinated. The hibiscus is a wonderful complement to the orange and it's a well-rounded drink.

★★★★★

A pow of aroma to the senses. The color is also enticing. So rich looking and tasting. A bit of honey brings out the orange even more.

★★★★★

Tried this recently and really liked it - orange but not too much - blends well with mint and is good both hot and cold

★★★★★

Another 3 in one. Different profiles cold vs hot vs a dash of cream. All three very nice complex flavors. very minimal after taste for a citrus blend.

Searching for a orange tea to be my favorite, but this one didn't hit the mark for me. It is very tart if that's what you like in a tea. The color is also a very pretty pink, but I don't recommend it.

★★★★★

This is a really nice caffeine-free drink. I think it's good for the summer or winter. It's bright and citrusy. It's clean and doesn't really impact the next thing you brew in the teapot.

★★★★☆

Good, but a little one-note on it's own. It can be a little like sucking on a chewable vitamin C unless tempered, but is a lovely addition to any herbal. It would be nice mixed with a Ceylon as well, but the flavor would be much milder brewed at the lower temp black tea prefers.

This is the sample I'm always excited to return back to. Bright and fresh, really tangy, not too sweet. Love mixing it with basic tea to brighten it, as well as citrus mate and spearmint. Perfect on its own - 1/2 tsp to 8oz for hot tea or 1 tsp for a pour over iced tea. Drinking it cold brew helps round out the edges.

It hibiscus comes out a lot on this one but it's pleasant, you can really taste the tart orange quite well. It starts to taste sweeter and fruiter the cooler it gets.

Omg this tea was SO good. I’m a huge fan of orange, and it’s hard to find orange teas that don’t have a weird artificial twang to them because of the citrus taste. This tea surpassed my expectations, I enjoyed it very much!!
