The florals over took the blueberries my in Communitea sample. I love blueberry so I was a tad disappointed that they weren't the star of this tea.

Enjoyed this tea as a CommuniTEA sample, and added it to my cart right away. I steeped 3.15g of tea in 12 oz of cold water overnight. Sweetened with a slight teaspoon of sugar, but it would be good without. No tartness noted from the hibiscus and rose hips.

I had no blueberries in my sample, just an awful lot of hibiscus and apple pieces. I brewed it up as recommended, but found it to be bitter and unpleasant to drink. I tasted no blueberry flavour specifically but just a very generic berry. I added some of adagios rock sugar, but this was not enough to save this tea for me...This tea left me feeling blue...

Part of the June 2021 CommuniTEA box. I got the sense of drinking blueberry preserves before they've been canned and processed. What a delight!

I'm not usually a fan of hibiscus because of how tart it is, but the blueberry really saves this one. With a bit of added sweetener I actually enjoyed this blend. I steeped it hot, but look forward to trying it cold.

What a pretty color! Very similar to the berry blast and other berry blends, but I like the blueberry-heavy flavor. I added a spot of sugar to tone down the tartness, and now it's a lovely dessert tea.

Teas with hibiscus can be rather tart. Some people run away and others, like myself, run towards this tangy flavor. Today's CommuniTea definitely had hibiscus but the scent of blueberry was also strong when opening the packet. Warm, this tea started tart but was quickly followed with blueberry goodness. Somehow, I refrained from chugging the full cup and put half in the fridge to cool. Cold, the tartness was slightly mellowed and mingled with the blueberry. Added a touch of agave syrup (one of my fave sweetners) and enjoyed my blueberry pie filling or jam in a glass.

Definitely make sure you like hibiscus for this fruity tea! Lovely color, both tart and sweet. The blueberry is delicious, but I think it is outmatched by the hibiscus.

Where I'm from, iced and sweetened hibiscus tea is an essential summer beverage. I'm also a major blueberry fan. And yet, it never occurred to me to combine the two before now!

I steeped for 5 minutes at 205 degrees and it was a pretty decent balance of blueberry and hibiscus. I would have preferred a stronger blueberry flavor, but it was enough for both flavors to come through, so it was all in all a lovely summer drink.

Sugar tames the tartness of the hibiscus and gives the blueberry a megaphone, so maybe if I had added a bit more sugar (I used 1 tsp) it would have given me the blueberry bliss I desired. Nevertheless, even as it was, it was a solid summer beverage option.

Lots of blueberry aroma from this blend out of the packet. Only a bit made it through the steep though. But that's ok, the flavor is delicious. My CommuniTEA packet had less than a teaspoon of ingredients in it, so it might have been a little unbalanced, but the blueberry flavor was moderate and very tasty. The star was the hibiscus making for a quite tart cup. It made for a gorgeous, crystal clear, sparkling ruby tisane. Will definitely have to try this iced.

I am surprised at how much I disliked this tea as it has been on my radar for awhile to try. I'm thinking I didn't like the hibiscus since it is the first ingredient.

Lovely berry tea that needs to be drank from a glass cup so you can appreciate the wonderful scarlet color. Berry smells from the packet remind me of picking berries in the summer and making jam. This is the perfect balance of sweet and tart. The hibiscus plays its part, but does not overwhelm the berry flavors. I added Adagio’s honey for tisanes which really helped the blueberry flavor pop. Drank half warm and half iced. Great either way, but really enjoyed it iced on this humid day. The berry flavors were even more pronounced when cold. This is yet another tea being added to my wishlist. Steeped 212º for 7mins. Enjoy!

I did get the blueberry flavor in this tea, but it was a little on the tart side for my taste. I think it would be better iced.

The smell from the packet was berry . I decided to cold brew this tea since it didn't have caffeine. Although I could taste the tartness , the berry flavor was more noticeable. This was excellent iced with no additives. I do like things on the tart side and I really enjoyed this. Will add it to my wish list .

This is one of my favorite berry teas! It does extremely well with a touch of sugar to tame the more tangy fruits, but otherwise it's delicious!

Adagio does blueberry blends well! Cold steeped for 6 hours, the fruity tart flavor from the hibiscus does overwhelm the sweet blueberry though. Sweetened with a touch of simple syrup, this blend is a refreshing treat, but I’ll stick with Berry Creme Compote when I’m desiring a blueberry refreshment.

I usually start off my review with the steeping temp and time, but what I really did is pour boiling water over the tea and then went shopping. So, about four hours later, I tasted it, and wow, it was tart! Well, I expected it. I sweetened this blueberry goodness, and it was just like a fresh wild blueberry, tart and juicy. Fruity and tasty, just like a summer beverage should be.

I don't get much blueberry in this tea, just the overwhelming tartness and sourness of hibsicus and rose hips. It smells lovely, though

No singing the blues with this tea! A good combo of sweet and tart from the blueberry and hibiscus. Great hot or iced and anywhere in between! Good summer staple to have on hand in the pantry.

This one is good and reminds me of some other berry teas Adagio offers. I do like hibiscus, and it’s pretty strong in this tea. I also taste the blueberry. Added just a tad of sweetener.

As an official member of Team Tart, I approve of this tea! It's actually not even as tart as some (Berry Blast, I'm looking at you) so if you are not a fan of hibiscus, this one is more mellow than some of the other Adagio herbals. It's blueberry goodness that is just right. I also love that it is caffeine free and can be enjoyed all day. I want to get a big bag of this and try it in my iced tea pitcher for summer sipping. Happy Sipping!

Blueberrylicious! Enjoyed this one iced and it was perfectly sweet and refreshing. My CommuniTEA packet had blueberry forward taste and wasn’t tart at all. Happy sipping!

I'm not a hibiscus fan, but I am a berry fan! With this in mind, I limited my steep time to 3-4 minutes and it worked! I got a berry forward taste, the bright coloring of the hibiscus, with significantly less of the sour taste. I did add a TOUCH more sweetener than normal, but not by much. This was a lovely way to continue the caffeine free streak!

This was a berry delightful cup of tea. A beautiful blend, no one flavor stuck out for me, instead just a taste of berries in sunshine that brightened my whole day. Highly recommend for berry lovers and children.

Berry flavorful! I’m a fan of fruit teas and this was no different. The apple and blueberry flavors go very well together. I would definitely sip this again. I did add a little bit of sugar and steeped for 6-7 mins.

Really liked this fruity blend. It was a CommuniTEA sample, but I had also purchased a full sample of it in advance since I do really enjoy having some berry/fruity herbals on hand. I am glad I did as my CommuniTEA sample only had 1 berry in it. I added several more from my main sample. I also steeped a bit milder and cooler than recommended on the bag and was rewarded with more blueberry flavor and less tartness. Overall, it was a very pleasing tea. I'm looking forward to trying it again cold steeped.

The tea leaf smell is not as strong as I expected it to be, but the taste made up for it. It is tart. I added sugar to bring out the berry flavor. It is another tea with the gorgeous red color but not in the later steeping. Still, it's a great tea.

“ Nice berry aromas from the bag. Not too much berry aroma after the steep, though. Blueberry flavor was weak. Tastes were mostly from the apple pieces that overtook all others. Plenty of floral tastes and aromas were noted, but the rose hips were a little overpowering. (7 mins @ 212F, 1/4 tsp sugar)”

A pleasant tea, with various fruity flavors complementing the hibiscus, but as always, the hibiscus is strong enough that it may as well stand on its own

Trying along with the CommuniTEA: Lots of blueberry and cherry fruit fragrances from the dry ingredients and packet. Once steeped for 5 mins at 212°F, I notice mainly tart hibiscus with raspberry notes from my cup. When I take a sip, strong, tart blueberry and other berry fruit flavors are noticed with a berry blueberry finish.

In my opinion, this tea works best as an iced tea. I don't think I'd recommend drinking it hot. This tea has a lot of berry pieces, but it doesn't smell too much like blueberries directly from the packet.

I steeped this tea for 5 minutes at 212F. After steeping, I let the tea cool and sweetened it with simple syrup. As iced tea it is berry-ful and a little tart from the hibiscus. It is very refreshing for summer.

No wha-wha in this Berry Blues! It sings brightly with blueberry deliciousness! My Ct packet came fully filled with 4 g/ 3 tsp of chunky tea with apple pieces, rose hip, hibiscus and one plump blueberry. I added two whole dried blueberries for the love of blueberries and brewed 12 oz. at 212F for 10 whole minutes to extract all that wonderful berry taste. Jumping ahead - this is a one and done tea so I steeped for the maximum time suggested to enjoy every last bit of fruity flavor.

At a comfortable sip, the berry flavor came through nicely buddied up with a tart taste from the rose hips and hibiscus. A sweetener add of honey really made the blueberry flavor pop and it was smooth sipping ever after. This berry red tisane had a satisfying aftertaste with a pleasant hint of an apple flavor lingering in the background.

I sweetened and chilled a mini cup and let it sit in the fridge overnight. By morning the tartness from the rose hips and hibiscus fell away revealing a beautiful blueberry flavor to be savored. Summer just got better with the blues. Wha- wha to caffeine, bitterness and astringency. None here, just wide open blueberry skies.

I was so excited to open this CommuniTEA packet today when I saw the ingredients listed on the back. I knew it would smell heavenly and I was right; it absolutely did. I wish I'd thought to brew it cold instead of hot, but it was just as good hot as it was when it went cold while I was working. This is pretty tart, so if that's not your thing, it might not be for you, but I really loved this! I also loved how it got sweeter as it cooled. 10/10 would recommend!

Brewed at 212*F for 8 minutes. My initial expectations were very high as this blend comes out of the package with a beautiful berry nose and tons of warm summery notes. However, after brewing, the taste left a little to be desired. It is not quite as flavorful as I would have hoped. Unfortunately, as I only received this as part of the CommuniTea pack, I did not have additional leaves to test with a longer brew or cold brew.

I will say, the colour of this tea is quite beautiful, with its deep ruby red colour, and the nose, when brewed, is still amazing. If you're a fan of berry teas, you should enjoy this. Keep in mind as well, the natural sweetness is very present in this tea, so if you tend to pre-sweeten your tea before tasting, try a lighter amount first to taste.

Hibiscus. Why so much hibiscus in teas that would otherwise be great? Nice color, but the taste is groty. So acidic tasting for no reason. This is much better iced, probably because the hibiscus taste is diluted.

Oh No! Another favorite to buy LOL. Steeped for 5minutes @ 180°. Blueberry at it's best, adagio has this flavor mastered. Nice fruity cup of tea,the hibiscus was in better proportion and stayed in the background in this blend. It is delicious hot or cold. Very refreshing and no bitterness. This tea will be nice to drink iced during the summer. May also become an addition to refreshing ice pops.
