Love the aroma of this blend. The first sip is definitely nutty, after that it is kinda flat. I could taste a hint of cinnamon and a bit of hibiscus. My portion was small so maybe I was missing something. It needs to be tweeked with another ingredient or perhaps different percentages in the blend to give it more depth of flavor.

The aroma from the pouch was lovely: nutty and sugary and creamy. The first few sips were nice, but a bit weak. I used my communiTEA pouch in about 6 ounces of water, but it didn't seem to brew up very strong. As it cooled the hibiscus took over and made a weird, tart combination with the sweeter, more savory flavors. The combination of flavors together just didn't work well for me.

I really enjoyed the aroma in the packet, but I had such a small amount that even using less than 6oz of water it came out a little weak and I don't think I got the full flavor. What was there was sweet, tart, and cinnamon. I'm not sure I really got nutty or creamy, but I still thought it tasted good. (reviewed through CommuniTEA; 5 min @ 200F)

This has a very nutty aroma to it when dry. First kind of like sliced roasted nuts, then a distinctive, bright almond scent creeps in. Really nice! Brewed, the almond isn’t as prevalent. It reminds me of black walnut ice cream. It’s delicious! I’m not sure why it’s billed as being pink, though. It’s definitively brown.

Sweet and smooth, this tea is odd and interesting and tasty. Apple, carmel, cinnamon, nutty bread. The tea has a lot going on and tastes great!

This one is a weird little brew in my mind. The premise is NUTS! but I get more hibiscus and cinnamon than anything. It’s not BAD. But I’m not sure it’s GOOD either. My packet was very light on ingredients as well. I’m lucky I had ordered a sample portion of this with reward points so I had tasted it with more OOMPH in my cup. I’m not sure I’d go nuts for this one! Happy Sipping!

This tisane starts promising. It has an enticing nutty, slightly candied aroma that prepares one for deliciousness, and once brewed it doesn’t…entirely disappoint. The first few sips yield a yummy toasted nut taste that’s rather enjoyable. Yet, on the herbal base, this nuttiness falls flat. There isn’t the depth to support it, so even though the initial flavor is pleasant, it feels hollow. As the tea cools, my disappointment with the brew grows. Though the hibiscus isn’t as dominant as it is in other herbal blends, its tang begins to step forward and against the dominant nutty notes, it creates a clash of flavors. It sounds good. It smells good. I want to like this blend, but no, this one is not for me.

The scent of cinnamon was prevalent after brewing for 10 minutes; followed by the almonds. A few sips in, the yummy creme brulee came forward. Unfortunately the back taste was hibiscus, ugh! This tea did not need hibiscus! I did not taste apple or cocoa nibs, but would have gladly welcomed either over hibiscus. Despite that slight tartness, this is a very good herbal tea. Perfect for late afternoon or evening sippin'.

Hmm, i was hoping for a strong almond, pecan or walnut flavor. This tea tasted very much like crème brûlée for me. I wasn’t able to pick up on notes of Cinnamon. I brewed it hot for 10 minutes. If I try it again, I’ll brew it for less time.

In the bag: More fruit pieces than you can shake a spoon at. Apple pieces and rose hips galore. Several cocoa nibs, some of them quite large. Plenty of small cinnamon bark chips.

On the nose (pre-steep): An odd but mostly pleasant scent. Cinnamon combines with almond, apple, and other flavors I can't pick out from the crowd. A sweet undertone.

On the nose (post-steep): Mild scent of almond and berry. Hint of cinnamon. The sweet undertone remains.

On the tongue (pre-sweetener): Tastes like nuts, rose, and hibiscus got together to throw a party. Slightly tart.

On the tongue (post-sweetener): Sweetener turns up the volume of the rose and hibiscus, pushing almond to the background.

Opinion: An odd combination of flavors: I don't think nuts and hibiscus belong together. Still a decent sip, however. I usually don't enjoy tart herbal notes, so keep that bias in mind.

Preparation: First steep 7 min, second steep 14 min. Both @ 212 ℉. ½ teaspoon monk fruit sweetener.

This one became a staple in my house as soon as it was released. I love nut-flavoured teas, and this one is my favourite. It shouts 'marzipan!' as soon as you open the packet, the flavour lives up to the aroma, and it doesn't need any sweetener to be delicious. No notes!

When I opened my CommuniTEA packet, I noticed aromas of cinnamon and almonds. I steeped the tea for 5 minutes and it produced a beautiful red cup of tea. I loved the combination of the cinnamon, nuts, and the tart hibiscus. A very delicious dessert tea!

Went with the suggested brew time of 5-10minutes… tried it at 3mins just to see what the difference would be… it was good but I really want more brûlée flavor. There’s not enough nuttiness really just tastes like fruity cinnamon nuts. idk, ‘fruity cinnamon nuts’ isn’t really a flavor I crave.

This tea had an amazing aroma. I was disappointed it brewed light pink and lacked flavor.

The first time I had this blend was at a little tea shop in Michigan. I was so excited to see a bunch of tea companies finally make this blend. Truthfully I love them all! Taste = roasted sugared almonds. This reminds me of childhood visits to Polishfest and Germanfest at the Summerfest grounds.

It tastes a lot of apples and some nuts. There’s some hibiscus, but not enough to make it tart. It’s very sweet.

Delicious tea - tastes like a cup of sweet almonds - especially after adding ¼ teaspoon of sweetener for 10 oz. No caffeine makes this nutty tea mighty nifty! (10 mins @ 212ºF + sweetener).

Flowery and nutty creme brûlée caramel aromas were noted in my communiTEA packet.

I had 3.45 grams of ingredients, enough for a 14 ounce steep. I steeped at the recommended 212°F for seven minutes. While brewing, spooky red colored streamers were raining down throughout a grayish colored liquid inside my steeper.

When hot, a mild hazelnut flavor was noted. A mild sour taste was also noted. I added ¼ teaspoon of sugar to help cover up the sour and allow other flavors a chance to bloom.

When warm, mild cinnamon flavors and tongue zings were noted. Rose hip and hibiscus tartness was mild to moderate. Creme brûlée flavors were moderate. Moderate nutty flavors tasted more like hazelnut than almond. I saw the cocoa nibs in the packet, but that taste was overpowered by others.

This blend was not a very pleasant looking brew. The strange combination of ingredients were drinkable, but too much competition for attention was going on amongst them. (7 mins @ 212ºF, ¼ tsp sugar)

This is a nice, sweet, caramel-y tea. It's good for when you don't want the caffeine but want a little something sweet to drink!

Seemed week, but did taste like nuts. We felt it would be better blended with another tea.

It’s pretty good, it’s hard to find anything to compare it to. I really enjoyed it but once the tea cooled down it wasn’t as good so brew in small batches or drink fast.

What a delicious dessert tea and a perfect substitute if you’re looking for something to replace the “all nuts” teas from another brand. Tastes just like a baked good and makes a tasty latte.

Love the nutty, sweet flavor and the aroma while steeping is amazing! Beautiful color. I got a free sample when it was new, and liked it so much that I had to order more. A little honey and this is dessert in a cup with no caffeine.

The almond flavor in this is very forward in this tea. However, I could be wrong but it tastes like it could have liquid almond flavoring. Watering it down helped.

At first I wasn't sure what to think about this blend. Having hibiscus in it through me off, but it's absolutely wonderful! It's sweet and nutty...the cinnamon and creme brûlée really put it over the top...I love it!!

I love nut teas (some say I'm a bit nutty, myself!), and I was so excited when Adagio came out with on I can drink at bed time. Always Nuts does not disappoint! There's a hint of fruitiness to it that balances the nutty flavors perfectly. It's oh-so-good!

The tea has an interesting fruity aroma with the almond riding along the back of it, and tastes like a less sour cherry drink. I really enjoyed it.

I wish I could just smell this tea all day—how on earth this is a tea and not a cone of freshly roasted and spiced nuts at a Ren faire is beyond me. You’ll literally believe in magic when you smell it. I added a touch of sweeter and milk just to add to the decadence of the moment.

OH MY GOD is this good!! I have a similar nutty tea from elsewhere so I wasnt sure if this would be any different as the ingredients were almost identical, but boy am I glad I tried this! If it's not my favorite, it's definitely in my top 3. It tastes so good with honey, like a liquid toasted granola bar! It's very flavourful & can be resteeped too which I love as I get more bang for my buck. I'll definitely be buying a big bag of this. It's caffeine free too so I can enjoy it anytime. Don't pass this one up!

Always Nuts was originally only available on the Rewards page, but thankfully, Adagio released it for purchase. It is a unique herbal blend with a sweet, nutty flavor. It steeps up to a pretty pink color and has a sweet, nutty flavor that is perfect to end a long, cold day. Sip, sip away!

This is the greatest smelling tea of all time. It smells like marzipan with a hint of creme brulee. The taste leans a bit towards the rose hips, but still sweet and oh so nice. If I could remove the rose hips, I'd be in hogs heaven. That said, this easily became a staple in the roster.

I was so excited to try this one, but it was a little disappointing. The aroma when opening the bag is overwhelming maple syrup smell, it overpowered any nut smell that may have been there. Once brewed I could pick up some of the nuttiness and the apples. The taste was strange to me. I had very strong hibiscus, rose hip, and apple tartness along with some cinnamon, but none of the nutty or creme. It just didn’t taste like it smelled, which I just couldn’t get past. This wasn’t a bad blend, just not something I’d have in my cabinet.

I think this one deserves 4.5 stars but am rounding up. I love both flavorings-- Toasted Almond and Creme Brulee. They are a good team too. I also like that the 'triumvirate' of rose hips, hibiscus, and apple pieces was broken up by the addition of cocoa nibs and cinnamon. Those 'accents' make a taste difference and it's high time to veer from the standard course. It may indeed be the flavoring that makes the chief taste difference from one tisane to another, but I don't know any other tea company that uses so little imagination in their herbal teas. Kudos for that move and please keep it up, Adagio!

Reminds me of an amaretto, the almond definitely comes out in the smell, a bit less so in the taste. Not as fruity as I'd have liked but it's still there.

Very pleasant baked goods aroma with a sweet and nutty flavor, without being overbearing. I see the hibiscus is a divisive element for this one, but I find it mild and sweet - not tart - enough to not overpower the gentle nutty tastes. I'm a big fan of hibiscus, though, so YMMV. I find it a bit curious it's described as pink, mine comes out as the red typical of hibiscus blends.

Depending on how strong you like it you may be able to stretch it into 2 steeps, but I like strong flavors so my second ended up very mild and near colorless.
