I love lychee rose green tea give me refreshing taste.
This is a nice light summer tea. There is a tart/tangy after taste that I imagine someone would either like or not like - can't see someone as neutral on it. That said, it was not for me.
A pretty good blend, in my opinion, it's better made hot then iced (rather than simply hot or cold brewed). Brewing it hot then pouring over ice brings out the sweetness in the tea! It's nothing too rich, it's rather light, sweet, and slightly floral.
My favorite iced tea. Cold brew or standard, this tea delivers
I got the sample size and I couldn't even finish it. It tastes artificial and sour. I wouldn't buy this again. I drink it iced and I honestly couldn't stand it. I tried to drink it a few times thinking maybe it was just an initial bad impression, but it wasn't.
Unfortunately, the tea doesn't scratch my itch for a nice, purely lychee tea (which work equally well in black and green), but it does make a wonderful punch-like, fruity tea. It doesn't hold up super well on reinfusion, but it doesn't completely stumble on them either.
a delicious basket of spring flowers to go with your green tea and bit of tropics fruit basket. Enjoyable all day long. Brew black with bit of sweetener of your choice- little is all it needs.
This tea has a strong lychee scent and taste that almost overpowers the green tea itself. The rose is in there too, but complements the lychee rather than adding much on its own. I don't get to eat much fruit anymore because of my diet; so strongly flavored fruit teas like this one, or the peach oolong, are a nice way for me to get my sweet fruit fix without the sugar or even sucralose. I've only drunk it hot, but I'm sure this one would be wonderful iced as well. One of my favorite greens that I've tried.
Lovely light and slightly floral. More floral would be nice but still a lovely green tea.
This is my go to green right now. The lig ht fruity and floral flavor is wonderufl and with all the benifits of green tea how can you go wrong.
The fruity aroma is almost overpowering in the bag but in the cup is delightfully sweet. Love to drink in the morning
This green tea has some unusual lively flavor. I like it a lot!
I didn't taste much of the lychee or rose but it was altogether still a wonderful tea
It smells lovely and taste good but there's an overpowering apple skin flavor to it that I wasn't expecting. The lychee flavor is there but the rose is barely detectable. It's not bad, just not what I was expecting.
Lychee juice in a tea? That's pretty much what this tastes like, and since it's difficult to get my favorite fruit where I live, this is a wonderful substitute!
I love the lychee in this. This tea is great iced.
I absolutely fell in love with this tea. I have been drinking it everyday since I bought my first sample. It s light floral and a little fruity and makes a great afternoon tea. I enjoy it iced and lightly sweetened with agave nectar
WoW! I LOVE this tea!! After I read a few of the reviews I was leary to try it but am so very glad I did! I am not a huge fan of most grassy, spinachy tasting green tea but I really WANT to like it for the health benefits, especially. This has such a bright, sweet and fresh taste...no spinach or grass noted. Will be in my shopping cart each trip!
I got a sample of this tea to try it out and I really liked it. Had to reorder a bigger bag. You can definitely taste lychee and rose flavors. Very tasty tea.
Got this for a friend and she said 'Very fresh, floral, and sweet, but not as strong as the smell which is good'
So delicious! I don’t usually like green tea, but I wanted to try it because I love lychee. This is one of my new favorites and is going to be a staple.
With one sip or one inhale, I'm reminded of a bubble tea and tapioca pearls (most likely because of the green and lychee overtones). This is a light steep with notes of floral and not-too-tart fruit, alongside green's traditional earthiness. If you like the concept but prefer less of a grassy taste, try Hanagami from the Okami Adagio tea set: https://www.adagio.com/signature_blend/blend.html?blend=162634
Much stronger on the lychee end than the rose (my kingdom for a strong rose tea with low to no caffeine) but good for a refreshing, fruity sip!
VERY ROSE! This tea is not subtle. The lychee does make it sweeter than some other rose teas I have had. Just know if you only like subtle floral then this tea is not for you!
I prefer this tea as an iced tea, very summery and refreshing!
One of my favorite teas. The combination of roses and lychee is amazing. It smells delicious and it tastes even better.
Very delicate, the lychee didn’t come through as much as the rose, which I’m thinking isn’t a bad thing.
This tea was in my communiTEA box - I loved the idea of this flavor but it just reminded me of grass and perfume. As it cooled I got a slight hint of lychee in the aftertaste but I would have liked more of that and much less rose.
The primary flavor here is definitely rose, but I like it that way!
A nice blend with all the flavors playing together nicely. I will definitely be adding this to my rotation.
Similar vibe to jasmine tea but with a more fruity element.
I guessed that this would not be my cup of tea, but tried it thanks to the Communitea. I steeped it at 160ish for 3 minutes. It was overpoweringly tart & floral. I couldn't drink it. I despise Jasmine tea for the floralness and rose was almost as bad.
Love this lychee tea! Nice level of sweetness from the rose, but not overpowering. My go to green tea. :)
I thought I had already reviewed this tea, but I must have received it for free when it was an Election Day promo. Anyway, I really like the lychee in this tea. I have a black tea with lychee from the Asian market that is also nice, but the green tea really pairs well with the “light” flavor of lychee and rose.
I really enjoyed this. A drop of sweetener is all you need. Balanced tea with light rose, and lychee.
Decent flavor with subtle flavors. Floral notes are nice.
This is a good tea, I enjoy the rose with the lychee. Great pairing with the green.
It was just ok. I liked the first couple sips but towards the end it tasted more like straight rose petal.
Nice green tea with subtle lychee flavor, it smells stronger than it is. Make sure not to over steep. I needed to add a little sweetener to get the flavors to come out.
I'm not a fan of flower tasting tea, especially not rose. However, for a green tea, this isn't actually fish tasting, and that's a godsend for me.
Rose is not something I want to drink. It wasn't horrible, but no what I would ask for. Blech.
I'm not usually a fan of floral teas, but I got this as part of a communitea sampler and it was surprisingly enjoyable! I'd be interested in trying it iced as well
I didn’t mind the smell. Did not get the rose at all. Mainly lychee. Not bsd but not on the top of my list. I added stevia and let it cool. Better but still not a favorite.
This tea was a little too floral for me. I prefer deeper hardy flavors and this was too light and flower like.
I have received this as part of my ComminiTEA box. Since I've never been a fan of drinking or eating anything with rose essence in it, for me, this tea is a little off-putting. I feel like I'm drinking a rose-scented eau de toilette. If you like the taste of rose, then this is the tea for you. However, I'll pass on buying it. It's just not for me.
'Lychee Rose Green' is a very pleasant tea. It smells very sweet, but the taste is mild.
Wow! You’ve done it again, Adagio! This was my CommuniTea today and I’d have 100% never tried it otherwise. I didn’t LOVE it, but was surprised that it was actually pretty good, considering I don’t like floral teas at all. Not my thing, but a good surprise today. The rose wasn’t overpowering to me, and I do love green tea, lychee, and melon, so no complaints here!
I've been wanting to try this one so was glad to see it in the CommuniTEA box for August--really enjoyed it! Needed no sweetener. A nice floral but fruity cup.
Part of the August 2020 CommuniTEA box. I’m not familiar with lychee, so this is an interesting foray. Pungent but pleasant.
I love this! The lychee and rose are wonderful together. I am eager to try it iced as well!
