I've bee a big fan of jasmine tea for a while, but never experienced anything outside of grocery store shelves. Needless to say, this is extraordinary. I have noted, however, that it brews a weak cup at the recommended 1t tea/8oz water.

★★★★★

First, I will say I am in no way partial to Jasmine teas...the light, delicate flavor is a perfect addition to watching the sunset. The flavor/smell is intenst but in no way overwhelming. While I am still a Dragon Phoenix Pearl fan, this is an excellent tea to be added to any cupboard.

★★★★★

Very tasty and I find worth the extra $$ over the #5. Just bought my first non-sample size from adagio and this was the choice.

★★★★☆

This was a pleasant, but somewhat overwhelmingly perfumed tea. It was a bit more subtle than the #5, but I still enjoyed it with some added oolong tea.

★★★★★

I personally like this jasmine tea over Jasmine #12. It has found a spot in my tea rotataion of green and white teas.

★★★☆☆

Not my favorite, but maybe because I steeped it for as long as the directions. I think if you steep it for a shorter period you'll get a better taste.

★★★★☆

This smelled like perfume or flowers and I thought for sure I was going to hate it but it doesn't taste at all like the smell. It's a really nice relaxing tea.

★★★★★

The Jasmine #12 was a little bit better, but for the price this one wins.

★★★★★

Wonderful tea . . . sweet and floral with a wonderful scent.

★★★★☆

Very flowery smell and taste, smooth if you prepare it as indicated on the box

★★★☆☆

An okay tea, but nothing really like the jasmine #12.

★★★★☆

Heavily perfumed jasmine scent but extremely light subtle taste almost like a white tea. I can see why it's ceremonial, the scent mimicks incense...light airy. The tea is nice but I don't find it satisfying as I do #5 or #12, which has a little more weight to comfort me.

★★★★★

Makes a wonderful iced tea, be sure not to brew too long.

★★★★★

This is my second favorite jasmine tea. It seems a little more floral than jasmine #12 but still tastes great.

★★★★☆

ok...but there is a slight;y odd aftertaste that keeps me from ordering it again.

★★★★☆

Very perfum-y. I personally liked it- but I think you might need to be in a special mood to enjoy.

★★★★☆

Very good for what it is. I probably won't reorder soon, as I prefer robust black teas.

★★★★☆

I've discovered I can't tell a difference from #5, #9 or #12. I'll stick with the cheapest!

★★★★★

This is one that I make sure I never run out of. The taste is great (don't oversteep though - gets bitter) but the scent is heavenly! I am addicted! I drink this hot and iced.

★★★★★

Definitely the best of the affordable jasmines. It really stacks up to more expensive ones, and has a wonderful delicate flavor.

★★★★★

Could not believe the beautiful scent of jasmine with this tea!

★★★★☆

The flowery taste was more than I was expecting, but that's my own fault, I suppose. It's really not a bad tea at all, and I'll certainly be making it again-- it's just too flowery and astringent to be my daily cup of choice.

★★★★★

I love the aroma this tea gives off. It's smooth and comforting.

★★★★★

This tea is required stock for my tea shelf ... er, um closet. Great as a daily drinker warm or iced.

★★★★☆

This is a great jasmine tea. The aroma is just splendid.

★★★★★

I expected the more expensive jasmine tea to be the one I liked the best, but I was surprised that #9, to me, was the tastiest!

★★★★★

This is an absolutely amazing tea. It has the best scent ever, and a subtle, sweet kind of taste.

★★★★★

WOW! This tea smells wonderful and tastes great too.. I am sitting back relaxing after coming home from work, and this tea is the perfect tea to relax with.

★★★★☆

I have tried both the Jasmine #5 and #9 and like some other reviewers I actually prefer the #5. It has a more flowery aroma and flavor, without overdoing it.

★★☆☆☆

The jasmine taste overwhelms this tea and smells like perfume. Had 1 cup of it and that was enough for me.

★★★★☆

very good, fairly standard jasmine tea. it wasn't too strong, but just right.

★★★★★

I really enjoy this tea. It is less expensive than the jasmine pearls but the flavor is just as sweet, and has a wonderful fragrance.

★★★☆☆

Brewed 1½ teaspoons 3 minutes at 180°. Liquor nice amber color. Both the scent and the flavor are lighter than the Jasmine #5. The jasmine taste is purer and not as cloying as the #5. Slight acidic/astringent note. Brewing it for 2½ minutes results in a strong, clear jasmine taste, still with some astringency, but all from the tea. And you know what? I don't like a clear jasmine taste. When the tea is allowed to grow cold it tastes better, but I don't think I'd want it as a straight iced tea. It's also too astringent for my taste - an hour after finishing the last cup my mouth still feels dry and puckery. I think this one will have to be mixed with some other tea to taste best.

★★★☆☆

The jasmine is quite strong. A little too perfumey for my taste.

★★★★★

Absolutely sublime. This is now one of my very favorite teas; the one I turn to relax, slow down and enjoy a moment.

★★★★★

If you like jasmine, you will like this tea. If brewed correctly, it has a light and delicate taste. The balance of jasmine and tea is exceptional, and this tea is great after large meals, or anytime in the evening.

★★★★★

The jasmine flavor was perfectly balanced with the Oolong tea.

★★★★★

Smooth and delicious. mixes well with other tea. very enjoyable jasmine fragrance.

★★★★☆

Lovely fragrance and taste. I think that I'm not much of a jasmine girl, but it's not because this tea was offensive in any way.

★★★★★

Jasmine teas are one of my favourites, this jasmine had a lovely scent and taste.

★★★★★

intense jasmine flavor, very enjoyable, if you love jasmine, you will love this

★★★★★

A wonderful tea, with a nice body and a slight scent of jasmine.

★★★★★

This is wonderful. It smells great, tastes great, and I went through the tin in about two weeks.

★★★★★

This tea is delightful, both in scent and in flavor.

★★★★☆

This is a good Jasmine, but I definitely recommend Jasmine #12 over this one.

★★★★★

This is a really nice tea. It was one of several samples I recieved today, and has an incredible scent.

★★★☆☆

To be honest, it tastes a little like latex, but that might change once I start drinking it on a more regular basis.

★★★★☆

I usually drink black tea, so my first cup of this was kind of 'eh', however, my fiance loved it. Now that I've had a few cups, I enjoy it. It smells lovely.

★★★★☆

Lovely tea, very subtle flower scent and flavour.

★★★★★

Wonderful, lightly flavored green tea with a heavenly fragrance.
