My husband and I loveeeee this tea! We've received a different brand of jasmine pearls for Christmas that quickly became our favorite so when I saw that they carried it here I was eager to try it and see how it compares. The adagio is actually so much better- more fragrant, better jasmine flavor, and it doesn't have a slight soapy aftertaste that our previous tea had. The price is slightly better as well.

I love this tea. It is one of the best I have tasted. Its a little strong for white teas but still pretty good
Always make this in a brewer where you can appreciate how beautifully the pearls open. I often brew in wide mugs and use my chopsticks to remove the pend pearls when it's ready.
This is my green tea of choice right now. light and fragrant and delicate. The smell is heavenly, and the taste lovely. I enjoyed with a little almond milk and sweetener. It really didn't need either, though.

These are exactly what I was hoping for. They have a strong Jasmine scent both in the dry leaf/ball and also in the steeped liquid. It is not overly strong. Sometimes something floral can go over into a perfume type flavor and scent. Not the case with these. I am a huge Jasmine tea fan and these hit the spot.
By far one of my favorite teas. Unlike some jasmine teas, this one still retains its green tea roots. The jasmine adds a light sweetness (and lovely smell) without overpowering the tea. And I swear it re-brews endlessly.
I'm enjoying a cup as I write this. The floral aroma is inticing and the flavor is light and pleasant. There is no grassy or acidic aftertaste that I've experienced with other green teas. I add a few amber sugar crystals (which are amazing!) and the combination with this tea is very pleasing.

A quality green tea with a relatively mild flavor. I will note that it does not re-steep well: you can expect only one good cup per steep from this tea.
I love, love, LOVE this tea! It is the perfect quality in every single way. Sweet without having that soapy flavor that a strong cup of green tea carries sometimes- and the jasmine flavor is strong and beautiful. I could not be happier with this one and it is one of my favorites that I have ever purchased from this site. Cannot recommend this enough for those of you who enjoy green tea and jasmine flavors!

This is a very perfumed tea and the smell is almost overwhelming, but it is pleasant. I echo some of the other reviewers in that I would recommend using less than the amount suggested because it can become very strong fairly quickly. But the flavor is nice and the pearls are good for multiple infusions.
I wasn't sure what to expect from this tea going in. Based on the description on the website, I expected a tea with subtle scents and flavors. What I got was completely different in the best ways. As soon as I opened the package I was hit with a very strong, flowery, sweet fragrance that led into a delicious cup of tea once it is steeped. This tea is on the sweeter end of the spectrum. Be careful not to over-steep this tea or you might end up with a cup of liquid soap flavor. That aside, when you do it right, this is an excellent cup of tea.
When you first open the bag of tea you can smell the Jasmine and it smells wonderful! As soon as you add your hot water your entire house smells like Jasmine in full bloom.
I am not a fan of flower teas that being said I truly enjoyed this tea. The taste was light and smooth and tasted like Jasmine smells. I did not find a over powering floral taste like I find with Chamomile and other flower teas. It does leave a sweet after taste of the Jasmine after you take a sip but is not unpleasant.
I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys flower teas and anyone who dislikes Chamomile but wants to try a pleasant flower tea. If you do not like the smell of Jasmine you are not likely to enjoy this tea.
Jasmine phoenix pearls are my absolute favorite. I treasure each teaspoon and re-steep 3-4 times so as not to lose a drop of divinely scented goodness. These pearls have just the right amount of jasmine. Not too perfume-y. Green tea doesn't get better than this for me.
I like to mix with any of my favorite black tea or with white peony for an evening cup. Always good.

This tea is very mild with no grassy flavor. The aroma of jasmine is very prominent and relaxing to the senses. The temperature for steeping green tea is very important to eliminate the bad flavors. I highly recommend this tea for a mid morning boost.

This is a fantastic tea! It's a fresh, defined flavor without being overpowering. Delicate works to describe the balance of tea vs jasmine notes, but don't let it fool you - the flavor isn't weak. I love jasmine teas in general, but I think this is the best one from Adagio - no astringency or bitterness at all.
So that's what jasmine is all about! Loved the subtle aroma, and the flavor was smooth and fresh without adding cream or sugar. I think it might be nice iced as well.
