Perfect combination of aged and young buds. I'll buy it again.
Perfumy hand-rolled tea from Fuding, in Fujian, China. Each pearl is just one leaf and a bud. When added to hot water, the pearls majestically unfurl, releasing a delicate scent and flavor. Sweet and almost sugary.

Perfect combination of aged and young buds. I'll buy it again.
This is my go-to jasmine tea! Great aroma and flavor, but be careful not to over-steep.
I love me some jasmine and these phoenix pearls are intense! When I'm in the mood to have just a single cup, or really craving a punch of jasmine, I go for this tea. If I'm feeling in the mood to 'marathon' some green tea, I'll reach for a more subtly flavored jasmine pearl.
I love tea, and this is one of the best I've ever had.
I love the green tea, and with the jasmine flowers in it, it makes the tea heavenly.
the best jasmine tea ever, you can resteep or oversteep
One of my favorite teas. It has an nice airy taste to it.
This tea was smooth and light. It had a strong floral scent but it wasn't as strong or overpowering in taste.
This is a fun tea to both watch and drink. The jasmine is not too strong, unlike so many other jasmine teas that are more jasmine than tea. You can still get that wonderful tea taste in the back of your throat.
Favorite tea of mine. It is very light and good for any time of day.
Probably the best green tea I've ever had. Gentle, a hint of sweetness, and the leaves easily steep multiple times.
Excellent flavor, jasmine is pronounced, but not overpowering.
Flavor smooth and nice, but leaves break apart and float.
I ordered this tea mainly due to the high ratings. In the same parcel I received a free sample of jasmine yin hao. I definitely like the later one better than the pearls. The yasmine flavor on both is somehow strong abut acceptable, it's the tea leaves that make the difference. I expected the pearls to be a green cup. It hits my stomach so strong like a black cup and that's actually what it looks like. Nothing I would drink for relaxation but after a meal it tastes fine.
Strong jasmine taste and smell. The pearls unraveling are interesting.
This is an extraordinary tea. I love it with two infusions, and sometimes I like the second the best. It's an ideal balance of floral and grassy-green.
This is one of the best teas-- delicious and subtle.
This tea tastes light and sweet and also smells amazing.
Had not tried this tea before. I think its become my new favorite. Good flavor without being over powering.
Nice delicate jasmine flavor. A great tea to mix with fruity flavored teas.
I love green teas so much. I think the jasmine really adds to the flavor. I usually let it steep for a little over the recommended time to get a stronger flavor. It does have an earthy taste but its amazing.
It was pretty good and the pearls were fun to watch unfurl. Has a very flowery taste.
My experience with this tea was a strange one. I expected a stronger 'tea' taste, with a hint of jasmine, but upon making my first cup I realized I was mistaken. I brew my tea long and strong, and when I brew this tea it tastes almost like pure flower juice. I was worried that I would drink too little of this (my Pu Erh sampler pack is still only half finished) and instead brew Hojicha, my favorite. However, it grew on me with time, and I've found it's especially good with a bit of honey.
If you're going to try this tea, I definitely recommend getting a small amount, first. It's very perfumey, and it takes a little getting used to. Personally, however, it's now on my lists of 'must have', and I think I'll have a pouch of it on hand for whenever I want to relax. Taking a thermos of this to work makes the day much easier on my nerves.
I enjoy jasmine teas and this was a great addition to the cupboard!
I love the aroma on this one. The flavor is lovely too, if I am careful with the steeping. However, if I let it go too long or in water too hot, it gets bitter quickly. The pearl size is very small, which means it fits nicely in any of my steepers.
Very, very floral. It's like drinking a bouquet. It's a nice gentle tea to start your day.
Jasmine pearls are a favorite of mine. Aromatic, gentle, and floral flavor. Great for any time of day!
I am not a big fan of Jasmine. Its a little overpowering for me.
It may look pricey, but I typically get 5-10 steeps from it, making it definitely worth the money. The jasmine is very present but by no means overpowering.
This is the tea that changed my perspective on tea more than 25 years ago. Romantic and intoxicating. T.L.
I like a good jasmine tea, and this one was a bit too pricey compared to other jasmines in it's level, but it is good. Careful (in all loose leaf teas) about water temp and steep time to avoid bitterness, a nice choice- try a sample first, and try some other jasmines as well.
As good as you would expect. Lovely green with a good balance of jasmine. Often the jasmine is overpowering, not with this tea. I do think it's a bit pricy for the amounts, otherwise I would mark it great.
Love this tea. It is my favorite. If I could only have one tea, this would be it. The smell as you go for your first sip is beautiful. Love this tea!
Tea has a pleasing light opening with floral and green woody notes and a jasmine finish. The leaves were largely intact with only one showing oxidation. I used 6 pearls in 8 oz of water and found the first brew strong, the second brew was excellent. I'll use 5p next time around.
OMG!!! this tea is light and flavorful. I love the sweetness that is natural to this awesome tea. my new fav.
Okay, so this may be subject to change, as I'm still a novice tea drinker. I really like this tea! But I had to add a decent amount of honey in order to taste it. I also might not of brewed it for long enough, simply because I always fear over brewing my tea. I'm going to try again some other time when I'm better. Probably tomorrow.
First order and so far my favorite green. I still have more to try but I will always have these in my pantry!
Good green tea, I'm not the biggest fan of green teas but the jasmine kinds aren't too bad and this one is pretty good.
Probably my favorite tea of all time. The best all around jasmine I've had! I add a little honey to it and it's perfect both in the morning and as an evening tea.
This tea is just ok in my book. Very smooth, but a little too floral for my taste.
This is my all time favorite tea. I love it. The aroma and flavor are fantastic.
Very good taste and is a green tea. I am looking for a black jasmine tea.
Sublime, delicate, sweet, excellent. not cheap though
A beautiful tea all around. Looks great, tastes like spring blossoms, and is perfectly balanced.
I love this tea! It's the best green tea I've ever had. Very clean and fragrant. I generally microwave my water before steeping the tea, but the tea needs to cook a bit so now I microwave the water for 90 seconds, add the tea, then cook for another minute. Works great!
This is most certainly a favorite amongst the greens. The tightly closed pearls of green tea are like a beautiful, yet introverted maiden who when she is exposed to the warmth of genuine kindness, opens her heart to become the Belle of the ball.
oh this is going to be one of my go to Teas. Its just a wonderful experience, it has such a lovely scent that doesn't translate into a very floral flavor. Just yummy
Many reviews lured me to try this tea (even skipped the sample since so many liked it as much or more than the Fujian Jasmine Pearls). I have to say though, I don't find this jasmine tea to be as refined as the Fujian Jasmine Pearl tea. Has a bit more of an after taste to me and just not as pleasing to drink. If you haven't had either one ... I'd suggest starting with this one .. and if you like it, don't try the more expensive Fujian Jasmine Pearls. I feel I may have to gift these to someone so I can justify replacing it the one I enjoy more :(
This is easily one of my favorites especially when I want something mellow in the late afternoon.
I've tried jasmine pearls from several different tea shops and this is my favorite. It has great flavor without being too floral.
