This is the best jasmine phoenix pearls i can get in the states! As a Chinese, i am always wondered about the way of brewing the tea according to the reviews and instructions. I would like to tell that in China , we steep tea with boiling water (that is 212F) for less than 20 seconds, especially for the first 3 brews. You can't steep any kinds of tea for minutes, that just ruins the flavor and makes it too strong and bitter taste. Try my way and enjoy!

Probably one of the best green jasmine teas that I have ever tasted. Can also be enjoyed iced with added honey.

This tea smells heavenly but the taste is a little to mild for me.

Jasmine tea has always been my favorite and this one is no exception! I use a bit more to brew it as I like the flavor strong. This one is even good iced in the summer!

I have tried Jasmine Phoenix Pearls from other sources but this without a doubt is the best.

The Jasmine flavor of these pearls is so vibrant and fresh, it is a wonderful touch to a nice cup of tea. The pearls unfurl nicely and dissipate fully into the cup.

Have mixed feelings on this. The sample I had was great. The large bag I received from the new shipment tasted metallic to me. Maybe my tastes have changed. But I give Adagio customer service A as they refunded the whole amount and even paid for the return shipping.
**Update
I have since re-ordered this twice now and both have been wonderful. Now that I think back on it I wonder if it was picking up the tin taste from the new Adagio tin I put it in. I left my other in the bad and don't have this issue.

I m not one to like perfumy teas most of the time, but this tasted splendid. The smell is a bit strong, but it tastes just fine.

My favorite tea! First thing I have every morning!

Jasmine pearls has been one of my favorites when I want a more full bodied tea. This tea does have the nice scent of jasmine, but it still manages to be a robust tea without an overwhelming flowery taste/smell. I like my more aromatic teas to be evened out with the tea flavor, and this is a good balance. I also use this tea a lot for entertaining, it's a good tea for first-timers and pairs well with a lot of different Asian foods/snacks.
★★★★★
This is my all time favorite tea. The pearls are aromatic and allow for two to three uses before needed to get rid of the tea. Makes my mornings better :)

Great Tea for traveling also make sure following institution to get aroma balance just right Carefully reading reviews on ANYTHINGS some peoples get pay or get the items fee to said what the company want then to said Not me I like my good night rest

Tastes too much like perfume. Even at 1 min for first steep, it's too much. I started steeping for 1 min, dumping it all down the drain, then doing 2nd steep for 3-4 minutes.

Downgrading from 2 stars to 1. I literally had to give it away to someone who adores jasmine. It nearly made me ill just to smell it.

Jasmine Pearls are the perfect to tea for anyone starting to drink green tea. Slightly sweet, not vegetal with a mild taste. It is wonderful as iced tea too.

I recommend 20 pearls per 6oz cup. You’ll end up with a sweet thick jasmine liquor. The tea should be orange before the pour. Really some decadent stuff. My absolute favorite of all time thus far from Adagio.

So I was really curious about Jasmine tea, and just had to try this one. Let me tell you, I am not disappointed! I will warn you though. Take heed of the brewing temperature on this one as with most green teas I ve had. I brewed this one at 180 degrees for 8 minutes and could taste the beginnings of bitterness I didn t like. Subsequent brewings will be at 175 for 7-8 minutes for me now. The 2-3 minutes suggestions left me with perfumed water, so I do need around 8. As for the taste, it s slightly dry and almost nutty to me at times. Basically, it smells like perfume and tastes like Zen. I may change to a five star review if I can perfect my brewing of this tea.

This is some excellent tea. If brewed correctly you get a strong tasting tea that is in no way overwhelming. However, make sure to be attentive while brewing this tea;I left a cup seep too long and I could definitely taste the bitterness. Do it right and you are rewarded with an excellent green tea.

There's a reason this is a top selling tea on Adagio, and that is because it is delicious. Richly fragrant with jasmine and a slight nuttiness from the tea. Aromatherapy and tea all in one.

I love this tea so much! Definitely one of my top 5. It has a subtle sweetness to it that I really like. And if you like bubble tea/boba and love the jasmine milk tea, you'd enjoy this one. This tea is just perfection.

Adagio has produced a pearl of a tea. The meaning of a satisfying tea is jasmine in the afternoon. I drink this eveyday and my wife loves it.

My favorite Jasmine flavored tea. I'm glad a friend recommended this for me.
★★★★★
A delicate and light floral flavor that becomes bolder as it cools, though never overwhelming. An excellent tea to drink while listening to relaxing music or reading a book.

This teas brews beautifully. It is fragrant and relaxing, perfect to put me in a zen frame of mind.

Really disappointed. Tastes flavored vs actually scented. Missy high quality jasmine pearls are scented with jasmine under the tea baskets leaving minimal jasmine leaf in tea. Excessive jasmine petal in this tea.

That jasmin aroma is relaxing, flavor is ok.

I'm addicted to it. Just had several friends over, they all asked what kind of tea this is because it's soooo good, and the price is good too. Absolutely love it.

Smooth, wonderful jasmine scent. Don’t oversteep, though, it can get bitter.

I originally bought these as a gift, but after opening them up, the smell convinced me to save some for myself. No regrets! These tiny little jewels were delightfully delicious!

Love these! I brew them in a clear pot so that I can watch them unfurl.

My daughters both love this flavor tea. I love using the pearls because the are easy to measure.

It's a pretty solid jasmine tea. My only issue with it is that the white fibers that surround some of the buds come off in large, solid flakes that don't make the tea look very appetizing.

I like this tea, it is definitely very good, however I was a bit disappointed that it didn't taste that much better than the normal jasmine green tea, even though it is more expensive. I would probably stick to the regular jasmine.
★★★★★
I love this tea! It has a very smooth taste. Not bitter at all. I could drink this tea all day. I will definitely purchase this tea again.

My favorite, go to, tea. I sip this all day long

Bought this as a gift for a friend who loves Chinese teas. I wanted her to experience making Jasmine tea without the tea bags. I think she likes it so far.

The smell of this tea is intoxicating. As soon as I opened the bag, the smell of jasmine exploded into the room. When brewed, it’s soft but sweet, and the smell lingers but doesn’t overwhelm. If you drink tea at work and are close to coworkers who have sensitivities to smell, I would definitely check with them before brewing this tea — they WILL smell it. But it’s fresh, exotic, and just right. A beautiful way to wrap up a summer evening, in my book.

This is a beautiful tea! The tea pearls are gorgeous and the jasmine smell is amazing! The first steep was very floral, but didn’t taste like drinking perfume. The second steep was more herbal and the tea really shined through, but there was still a hint of floral jasmine. My husband smelled it and immediately said “Now, THAT is a nice green tea!” He loved it as well.

I fell in love with this! Wonderful balanced flavor and a perfect aroma

The sweet taste and airy feel are perfect for the morning. The pleasant aroma of the jasmine is another plus. It pairs well with this honey buttered biscuit I’m currently munching on with it.
