I just finished my sample of the Jasmine Pheonix Pearls, and then order the 16oz without hesitation. Hands down the best green tea I've ever had! It has a flavor/smell that I can only describe as 'bubble gum,' but don't let that dissuade you -- it's excellent. FIGHTTIPS APPROVED
Jasmine Phoenix Pearls are my absolute favorite. And added to the Glass Mug and Diffuser, you will be able to see these pearls unravel as they steep.
This tea is special. So delicate and delicious. Make sure you brew at green tea temperature to not burn the tea and you will enjoy the amazing jasmine scent.

Jasmine is a favorite of mine, and not only does this tea taste incredible on its own, but it pairs amazingly when you add a few pearls to a peach tea. After spending my time in tea cafés ordering this little pairing, I turned to Adagio to be able to recreate this at home. These pearls are high quality and strong in flavor, and bloom beautifully after steeping.

Very light and sweet. I came from green teas like Gunpowder and Sleeping Dragon, which are comparatively much more in your face. It can also be re-steeped many times with good returns if you progressively increase the temperature and steeping times.

This is. Wonderful jasmine perfumey tea. However, I need to be really careful about brewing it, and not letting it get too strong. When brewed too strong, the perfumey scent of the tea is almost overpowering and can give me a pretty nasty headache.
