Never had green tea before and I have to say this is awesome light refreshing and not too minty. I will be getting this one again for sure!
The mint was very light and the chocolate tasted a bit, well, strange. I like the base tea, though, I would like to try more of it on it's own.

I'm not usually a fan of green tea but wow:) I get the green tea frappuchino from Starbucks pretty often, with a pump of peppermint, and this tastes a lot like that :) this is really yummy and my new favorite green tea!
The smell was a little strong. Not quite as refreshing as I was hoping. It was definitely drinkable, but I don't know if I would order this again.
The smell of this tea is stronger than the flavor. I wish I could taste a little more mint chocolate, but the light flavor is nice too.
This is interesting! I honestly didn't get the green at all until the last sip or two- the cocomint is lovely, though. Overall it's a pretty light mint tea, but I prefer other blends for a fuller Chocolate mint flavor ('Your Reply' blend is much stronger in both the mint and chocolate).
I do so much like chocolate and mint as a flavour. It's similar to others of this type, except lighter.

I really enjoyed this tea. The taste of mint and a subtle taste of chocolate maked this tea great. Great before you retire for the evening.
This is pretty good, I bought it for someone I'm trying to get to drink green tea as a sort of stepping stone, and they loved it.
A high quality green tea. Not a fan of the other flavors, though - they tasted severely artificial and ruined the tea for me.
However, it was a gift from Adagio. So I can't complain@

This tea has an lovely light chocolate mint flavor, not too strong - a nice subtle flavor. Very nice.

Personally I just can't love this tea, but my husband thinks it's the greatest thing in the world. I can't do chocolate tea. The two just don't work for me. The mint is a little overpowering and doesn't work well with the cocoa.

Reminds me of a Thin Mint cookie. Light, but dark-chocolaty. Flavoring might pair well with a black tea base.
Not a bad taste at all, but at the same time, it feels less like tea, and more like a hot cocoa-ish drink. If that's what you want though, then definitely check this out!
I love peppermint, but the chocolate part is what stuck me as odd. It was a bit too strong for my liking.

I lovelovelove mint and chocolate combos, but simply put, this is not chocolate. Oddly enough, despite the presence of cocoa nibs, the aroma smells ersatz to me. I'm glad I just got a sample size.
I'm not a huge fan of chocolate in tea but this wasn't terrible. Sort of tastes like an Andes mint. Not bad. Still not a huge fan of chocolate tea though. It's sort of like drinking a watered down candy bar.
Omgosh, this is delicious! I'm not a fan of adding chocolate flavors to my beverages so I was skeptical but the flavors go so well together. The chocolate is mostly in the smell and the mint is very smooth and compliments the tea. The green tea flavor, however is very light but overall, I'm so happy I ordered this!
Bought a sample of this the first time and was blown away with how delicious it is. I add a little vanilla almond milk and it resembles my fav mint chocolate chip ice cream
Firstly, let me say that I LOVE Moroccan Mint green teas. The taste of mint with green tea is delicious. I thought this pairing would work for me because, hey, I love chocolate. It didn't. The chocolate peppermint is very strong. I knew this when I bought it but didn't know HOW strong it would be.
I'm not sure what type of green tea is used, but it comes in degrees of flavour strength. I tasted that the green tea flavour wasn't very pronounced. Also, I think there is a high ratio of the chocolate peppermint over the green tea. I think that the use of a stronger, more astringent green tea and having more of it would yield a cup more to my personal tastes.
There wasn't anything wrong with this tea. It was chocolatey and pepperminty, EXACTLY what it was meant to be. This is only a critique based on my personal preference. It's simply too strong for me to enjoy as it is. Unfortunately, I bought a larger bag thinking I was assured to enjoy it. I could see using it in baking or chocolate making because it would stand well up to that.
Perfect combination of mint and chocolate. The tea is very light and flavorful. I put a little sugar in it to brin out the chocolate but be careful or you might end up with sugar water. Really great tea!
If I wanted a chocolate taste, I would have made hot chocolate. I misunderstood - thought it was a combo of coconut and mint and wanted to try that I threw most of it out. That hurt. It completely lost the tea taste for me.

This tea is exactly what it advertises itself as being: chocolatey and minty. It has a wonderfully light chocolate flavor combined with a peppermint that is not overpowering or too light. I am going to have to keep this in stock for winter.
Definitely better than the cocomint rooibos, the lightness of the green tea meshes well with the cocomint flavor. I do wish there was a bit more cocomint, but that might overwhelm the delicacy of the green tea - the cocomint aspect is stronger in the smell than the taste.
This was included as a sampler and WOW was it a pleasant surprise. Had one cup hot and used the rest to make a pitcher of iced tea. I will definitely be ordering this again.

The easiest way to describe the Cocomint Green is to say that drinking it was like drinking a refreshing cup of melted mint-chocolate chip ice cream. The mint and chocolate flavors were both natural-tasting, not the artificial sort of taste that so many mint- or chocolate-flavored things (let alone both!) achieve. A wonderful tea-drinking experience.
When you open the bag it smells like Andes mints. Brewed however, you get the strange mix of mint and green tea leafiness with very little cocoa. Actually, the cocoa bit of it reminds me of the smell you get when chapstick companies try to make chocolate flavors. This time around, I brewed it at the standard 180 and made sure to mix the bag around to get every component in my cup. I added a bit of sugar and milk and it created a better, minty drink. It's like drinking a mint hot chocolate without the creaminess of actual hot chocolate. It's better this time around, but I think it might benefit from actually being part of a blend. Plus, I had a hard time even wanting to try it with milk and sugar because it is a green tea.
I think this is my favorite chocolate tea I've tried from adagio. You can really taste the chocolate with the green tea, and the mint just makes this tea really soothing and lovely.
An interesting twist on green tea! It smells like chocolate covered mints, and it has a similar but subtle taste. I just wish it was a bit stronger with the mint flavor, but otherwise, it's a refreshingly light desert tea.
I purchased this to try as a sugar and dairy-free dessert option (as I use neither in my green teas) and was pleasantly surprised by how delightful it is! The mint is quite subtle and I can even make out the chocolate in both the brew and the aroma. This will be a new staple in my collection, for sure.
I got a sample of this to try out and I'm so glad I did! The chocolate and mint are perfect together. I love the slight tingle and aftertaste of the mint. There is a nice balance, because while the chocolate is more subtle, the mint doesn't really overpower it either. This tea is great plain, but I did also try it with a bit of sugar and it was good that way as well, though it doesn't really need any additions to be a great cup of tea :)
This tea is a little bit tricky--it smells, like other reviews have said, pretty much like an andes mint, even when it's brewed. If you go by the brewing times, though, I think it is too weak for the full flavors to stand out, but if you go over too much it gets a little bit bitter. For this reason, have found the absolute perfect way to drink it--steeped for about 5 minutes with a little bit more tea than they recommend. Fill the mug or whatever about 3/4 the way full, sweeten it (I like agave nectar--I use two teaspoonfuls-if I'm gonna have something sweet, I like it sweettt), and fill the last 1/4 with fat free milk. The delicious mixture of chocolate and mint makes for a delicious little dessert tea.
This tea smells amazing, but I was slightly disappointed with the taste. I was hopping for more of a mint flavor. Was better when I added a little extra peppermint leaf.
