This is my new favorite green tea. I’ve been a green tea drinker for a few years and I’ve only ever done the prepackaged stuff you get at the markets. This is deliciously fruity and so tart, but then you get that mellow herbaceous taste at the end.

Was expecting something tart, didn't realize it was going for the heavy on the candy taste/smell. Kind of like the bubblegum medicine you'd get from a pharmacy. Couldn't really appreciate the green tea because of how off-putting it was but I'll just say this wasn't a tea for me.
This is quickly turning into one of my favorite morning go-tos. I've learned I'm a sucker for a good fruity green, and this is a really full-bodied, satisfying one when I don't want the lighter, more subtle mango or apricot (both of those are amazing too, though). Don't be fooled by the cough syrup smell when you open it up! It's delicious and subtle.
Love the flavor. The cherry is just the right amount of taste.
I find the Rose scent overpowers the cherry no matter if it's hot or iced.
This tea smells amazing when you open the pouch. For cherry flavoring it’s pretty good; it’s such a hard flavor to make taste not medicinal.
This was a fun sample cuppa! The cherry was VERY noticeable in the aroma when I first opened the pouch, but didn’t quite carry through to the flavor. While a good flavor, it didn’t hit all five stars for me.
I'm not a green tea drinker but I did give this an honest try. It's not horrible, but there are others that I much prefer.
Yes! Yummy cherry flavor! This combination has a delicious cherry flavor! I think this would be a great Iced tea, too!
Don't be fooled by the cough syrup smell at first- once brewed the cherry flavor fades to a mild, pleasant cup.
Shared my cuppa with my husband and adult daughter. None of us liked it, though we all like cherries. It seemed fake and the cherry is far too overpowering.
Made it iced based on recs but ... I never knew it was possible to distill the scent of a JoAnn Fabrics into a tea.
Generally pleasant, but a little too 'perfume-y' for me. Because of that it seems like a good tea to intentionally weaken before drinking (which I did and which worked well) or drink iced as some other reviewers have mentioned.
I second what another reviewer has said - tastes and smells a bit like bubblegum! Definitely not a tea for me.
It smells AMAZING coming out of the pouch (really strong fruit flavor), so I was expecting the flavor to be much stronger. I don't taste much cherry at all, though; it just tastes like green tea. I happen to like green tea, but not getting much of a cherry flavor is kind of disappointing. I decided to steep it longer and it helped a bit, but not much.
I like the sweet cherry flavor and how light the green tea is in comparison. I’m going to try it iced next time!
Not the Tea for me. Adding sugar helped and oddly it tastes better now that its cooled off. So maybe a good iced tea. Still wont be buying it but glad i tried, thanks to the CommuniTea.
I tried this as a sample in my CommuniTEA box-- the great thing about CommuniTEA being that I would never pick this for myself! Cherry flavor is normally hit or miss for me. I don't know if it was the spoonful I scooped from the packet, but my cup tasted more of rose petals than cherry, which just made me crave the raspberry green which also has rose petals! (Really delicious if you haven't tried it...) Overall, I liked the tea more and more as it cooled. The tea was smooth, the flavors were mellow kind of soothing, but I wouldn't buy it for myself.
While this is not a bad tea, there wasn't as much flavor as I'd hoped after first brewing. It's getting more flavorful the more I drink it (or the more the tea cools?). I'd be curious to try it iced.
I feel like for me this is somewhere between 'bad' and 'okay'. I can see how some might like this and others not. The aroma is strong (though pleasant), but the taste is more medicinal and fake. Sweetening the tea only seemed to reinforce that perception. The tea itself is lost to everything else (it is a flavored tea, after all), but I noticed the color was a bit darker than one would think for a green tea. Not likely something I would want to drink again.
Not a fan of floral teas, and this one is not to bad, I cold steeped it and it was pretty decent that way.
Cherry Green has been my consistent favorite since I began ordering from Adagio. I will always love the taste of cherry any time of the day.
I didn't care for the perfume-y-ness of the cherry flavor in this tea. It tastes more like fruit-scented hand soap than like fresh cherries.
Mild and sweet, a little medicinal. I think I prefer a fruit punch to straight cherry.
The cherry isn’t very strong once the tea is brewed but it still manages to make me think I’m sipping cough syrup.

I brewed per instructions, 3 mins @ 180F. The green tea flavor is nice, but that cherry flavor - blegh. This is like if you were sick and drinking both green tea and cherry cough syrup. I know it says natural flavoring, but it's so reminiscent of medicine.
This is a smooth green tea when brewed as specified and a nice summery blend that would be good iced. A little cloying for my tastes but am glad to have tried it. As another reviewer said, it definitely has a bubblegum vibe to it.
It's good, though a bit medicinal. It tasted better after I'd sweetened it, but that didn't help the medicinal taste. I'd like to try it mixed 50/50 with Dewy Cherry.
Odd “sweet cherry” smell that doesn’t translate to much flavor. The green tea component isn’t inspiring either. There are much better cherry blends on Adagio.

One of my favorite teas, try iced w/vanilla soy creamer
This was one of the first teas I ever ordered from Adagio when I was still a newbie to the world of loose teas and gourmet blends. I was really hoping for something reminiscent of cherry-blossom tea, but instead, I opened the packet and got roses and a cherry scent that is reminiscent of cough syrup. Once brewed, the cherry flavor is not medicinal and adds a light, fruity sweetness, though the cherry flavor itself is not strong. The roses overpower the cherry and green tea, and while I enjoy rose teas, it just does not work as well as it should. The resulting brew is refreshing and good cool, but its flavors just don't work as well together as they could.
I'm going to have to toss this cup. The cherry flavor is overwhelming, which might have been fine if there wasn't something very off about the way that the cherry flavor tastes.
Fruity and green. I enjoy the pleasantness of this sip, as it doesn't come across too strong and certainly isn't bitter. I detract a star because the pouch scent comes a little too close to cherry-flavored cold medicine, though I fortunately don't notice that too much in the literal taste. Some may find that element off-putting.
It's a good tea, even if I'm not a cherry fan. The flavor isn't overwhelming and pairs nicely with the green.

Originally when I opened the pack I was put off by the strong cherry cough syrup smell. Despite smelling very very strong, the cherry flavor is surprisingly subtle. Not bad, although I probably won t purchase more.
Nice even tea, The green tea itself was very nice and the Cherry added the perfect topper. We drank it both hot and cold without sweetener of any kind. The wee beasties (my tea loving kiddos) and I agree that this tea is a good staple tea.
