I don't like the cherry flavor. To me, it just tastes a lot like cough syrup or those bitter cherry chewable aspirin. It isn't as strong as those things, obviously, and the tea is drinkable. I just do not like the cherry.
Fresh green tea flavored with summer cherries. Candied cherry aroma, juicy flavor and slightly dry finish.

This made a very lovely cold brew with some added crystallized ginger!
On opening the package, I was overwhelmed with the smell of cherry cough syrup. The taste wasn't as bad as the smell, but still had that cloying medicinal taste as if it was brewed by dissolving a cough drop into the tea.
I ordered this sample thinking it would be a nice change of pace. It was bitter and lacked flavor. I tried to brew it for different lengths of time. I added sugar. I'm not a fan.
Tart and sassy, making this as an iced tea helps to bring out the flavors of the green tea leaves a bit more. Lovely!
This tea didn't really appeal to me because I thought the cherry flavor in this blend tasted a little funky. I can't quite put my finger on it, but the cherry flavor just didn't agree with me.
Like it a lot drink it in the mornings and after dinner.
Love this tea. have it frequently
I didn't really appreciate the cherry flavor here - it tasted like a fake cherry imitation flavor. Won't order again. I found it to be a little better with a very short brewing time of one minute tops.
This one is my favorite. Perfect cherry flavor, almost creamy tasting. Yum.
It was okay, was more green than cherry tasting in my opinion.
Tried this at a tea tasting. It's my absolute favorite.
Great cherry taste in a healthful green tea. I drink it iced.
Not what I expected, but the cherry flavor is still pretty good. Smells better than it tastes.
Really great tea. I add a few drop of lemon and honey, and take it to work in a thermos. I still think that Apricot green (from this Site) is somewhat smoother, and more flavorful.
Li am not big on green tea. Bought this for my wife and now I am drinking most of it.
Wonderful, strong, cherry flavor! So far, this is one of my favorite teas!
I like this tea a lot, especially for busy afternoons when i got to keep up the pace but don't want too much caffeine to mess up my sleep. Really wonderful taste and nice scent.
I just love this tea! It's not overwhelmingly grassy or anything, and the cherry adds a subtle sweetness to it. You can make it a little grassier if you steep it longer. (I think grassy is the right word? I am not a tea expert so I don't know...but it definitely has a stronger flavor the longer you steep it.) Also let your tea kettle rest a little while before you pour the water over the leaves... I know green tea does not like super hot boiling water, so letting the kettle rest will prevent over-steeping. My new favorite green tea, so I had to order a big bag of it! ^__^
Oh my goodness this is a nice tea. love the flavor.
My favorite way to drink lots of healthy green tea is to make Cherry Green or Apricot Green Ice Tea. I must make at least a gallon of this a week!
It seems to have more rose flavor than cherry certainly in the nose and finish. I use a large tea machine so I have no control of temp or time.
I typically like mandarin and/or ginseng green teas so I thought I would try this for something new. I really enjoyed it. Great flavor.
I really enjoyed this flavor with only a little stevia. It was also good mixed with vanilla green tea.
Cherry green is my ultimate favorite. The flavor is so deliriously fruity we usually have it every day and only switch to keep up the variety since we have so many to choose from. It's delicious refrigerated and iced. Great hot for breakfast and iced for dinner.
This is a good tea, however I prefer the raspberry or apricot green tea flavors compared to this cherry green. In my opinion the fruits have a bolder more defining flavor and are able to create more of a harmony with the green tea. In this flavor however, the green tea overpowers the fruit notes. So if you don't like a strong fruit notes in your tea, this one would be for you.
The cherry flavor was bright and just right for a warm spring morning.
My favorite flavor so far! No matter what I have for breakfast, cherry green is on the menu!
I wasn't really a fan of this tea. I couldn't detect even the slightest hint of cherry in it apart from the aroma that came out of the bag. The rose petals on the other hand were overpowering and drowned out any other flavors that might have been there which really turned me off.
I've been drinking black teas so the Cherry Green seemed a little weak, but I was able to make this tea wonderful by adding some Chocolate Chai.
A nice fruity green with a light cherry flavor. I prefer the vanilla green and mango green to this one.
I have a ingenuiTEA that I got from a friend as a gift.
not my taste -- the cherry was way too strong and that didn't work for the green tea
A really unique blend. The fresh and bright taste of green tea with a strong cherry finish. When I opened the package and smelled it. all I could think of was cherry cough drops and I was worried it would taste artificial. But the essence of cherry is subtle. I had it with a bit of fresh lemon and stevia and it was perfect. This is definitely a 'buy again' flavor.
Love the slight cherry taste, though I usually add a dried cherry of my own while it steeps, to strengthen the flavor. This tea is amazing iced, and I imagine I'll be drinking a lot of this in the summer!
This was an okay tea. I felt like the flavor was a little weak. I would prefer a stronger flavor tea the next time I place my order.
Not too cherry, nor too green.. It's the tea that you add a mixer with because it's fairly subtle.
I tried this tea but the flavor does not taste like cherry. Even tried to mix it with citron to improve the taste - did not help.
I opened up the bag and all I could smell was cherry, I couldn't wait to make a cup, I like green tea, I wish I could taste more of the cherry. The longer I let it sit, the bitter it got.
Love the flavor, the sweet slightly tartness of the cherries and the refreshing green tea made a nice tea to calm down after a long day.
This is one of my favorite 'go to' green teas! Good cold and hot!
not bad! I would definitely like more cherry flavor however. This seems to be a common theme for all of the teas I get from Adagio. Lacking in flavor. like there is no equal balance of cherry and green tea, it's like 90 green tea and maybe a sort of hint of cherry. not happy.
A perfect blend of cherry and green tea. an easy 'go to' tea when I'm not sure exactly what I want to drink.
I'm not a huge fan of green tea, I just don't like the taste, but I've enjoyed bottled raspberry green tea before so I decided to try this cherry green tea. I didn't taste any cherry flavor, though I definitely smelled it. It smells great, but just tastes like green tea. I was disappointed.
a very good tea can not taste enough of the cherry for my taste, but still a very good tea.
I like to cold brew this one. It is great hot or cold, but cold is my favorite.
Delicate and juicy, definitely makes you think of Spring. :D
I wasn't that thrilled with this green tea. I love cherries but it tasted a little odd to me - not awful, not great, just odd.
This is a lovely version of a cherry green tea. It doesn't have that artificial taste that some do.
I really liked this tea but would like more cherry flavor.
one of my favorites. a nice sweet fruity flavor that needs no sugar added.
