This Calypso Green is a delicious blend of green tea, coconut, and citrus. My favorite fruity green tea has been Citron Green, but this might have just replaced it. This is one of those teas that would be a great first tea for somebody to try that hasn't acquired the taste for more complex flavors or pure teas.
This is a nice tea to enjoy in the deep cold of winter. It mentally brings you to the warm beaches I wish I physically can be on.
Flavor was delicious. Light flavor had to steep a little longer for flavor.
Being used to just drinking plain green tea, I thought I'd try this blend. I was pleased! It still had the green tea taste that I want but delightful fruit tones made it more soothing. A definite repeat order on this one.
This is a good green tea. You can really smell the citrus when you open the package. I didn't taste a strong citrus flavor (just a little bit) and I also tasted a little coconut at the end.
A hint of coconut but not overwhelming. A fun tropical green.

Ah green tea. how i wish i could love you so, BUT... i hate to say it- i have a love/hate thing with green tea. i want to love it for the health benefits but i really don't enjoy the flavor that much. i had some matcha previously prepared traditionally and what a beast it was. i was so overwhelmed by the full GREEN (healthy grassy/hay GNC) flavor of the matcha that it makes me flinch now. however this blend mellows it to where its palatable for me. i get the green but it is only there for a second at the beginning and fades in and out at the end. the fruit masks enough of the green to make this okay. hope i can find a better balanced and flavorful green tea that i can do daily. i have green dragon pearls and earl grey green coming. i hope one of these is the green for me.
This tea reminded me of my trip to the Dominican Republic. Very feastive. One of my favorites.

This might be one of my favorite greens to drink. Smooth and tropical and light and delicious. It's so smooth that my husband even enjoyed this tea. And he's not a fan of coconut either. I didn't tell him it was in there when I gave it to him to try and he had no idea! This is really such a fantastic blend.

I chose this tea to be my first cup of non-bagged green tea, and I would choose it again. Very light but grounded. A small bit of sugar can enhance the citrus side of the flavor.
This tea is amazing the flavors go together so nicely. I love this tea perfect summer tea.
Very enjoyable green tea. I like to have this in the afternoon for a refreshing drink. Be careful not to over-steep, you really need to watch the time on this. If you over-steep it, it's bitter, and not very good.

Very light and tropical. The coconut flavor isn't overwhelming. you can still taste the green tea. You don't need any sweetener either...this is going to make a delicious iced tea!
Update: I've been making this as a cold brew iced tea for a few days now and it's delightful. A rounded tablespoon of tea overnight in 32oz of water is perfect. No need for sweetener, but I have added a bit of stevia and it accentuates the coconut nicely.

I'm not much of a green tea drinker, but this and the mango green have made me a believer. I still don't see myself drinking green tea every day but I'll definitely be keeping this one on hand to drink as I have a desire for it.
This tea was just okay to me. The tropical flavors didn't seem to add much dimension, but that could be because I don't like green tea all that much in the first place.

I am a big fan of all things green tea. Plain, flavored, and even in combination with other tea. I enjoy the taste of pineapple in this a lot. A good tea to alternate the Citron green with, if anything.

I find it to have a buttery quality that I really enjoy. I don't focus on the fruit much while drinking it but it's definitely there (mostly pineapple).
I had high hopes for this one. It tastes way to grassy to me with a strange after taste. The only way I enjoy it is iced.

I was looking for a predominantly coconut green tea, and this tea isn't that. Instead, it has a tropical fruit flavor that taste authentic without being too strong. I usually enjoy fruit teas cold, but this one is delicious hot as well.

Long ago there was a bagged tropical green tea I loved (and can't get ahold of, mostly because I don't remember the brand that made it); more recently, my boyfriend brought a delicious green tea back from a stay in Germany that I wanted a facsimile of. This tea is everything I wanted and more. Theres plenty of delicious fruit flavor, but not enough to overpower the green tea itself. It's great when I want something weaker than my usual strong black teas (looking at you, earl grey) but still packed with delicious flavor. I'm a fan.
