Nice vanilla tea which mixes very well with the other flavored teas. This tea smells terrific and isn't overly sweet or a weak brew like I find many other company's vanilla black to be.

I first enjoyed a cup of the vanilla tea at a friend's house. It was wonderful! With a little bit of honey, the vanilla tea warmed me up like a cozy blanket.

I don't seem to be a fan of vanilla much in recent months. While this is a good tea, and nice when mixed with other black teas as a flavor accent, the vanilla just doesn't do it for me. I find that vanilla is overpowering and not to my taste, though I imagine that if someone else likes vanilla more than I do, they would very much enjoy this tea as an accent in a blend. It seems to be too strong to drink on its own, though.
I am not a big vanilla person but for being in a tea this was pretty good. I find when I mix this with different tea that are a little on the strong side it tends to soften the taste. Just my opinion.
I didn't know if I would like this tea because of some of the reviews I read about it but I LOVE it! I can't wait to see how it tastes with some of the other teas I have!
this was not quiet what I expected. Dont drink to cold and it must be sweetned to taste. it was not to good unsweetened
I was a bit disappointed from this tea because it is not very flavorful. For a truly awesome vanilla tea try the rooibos vanilla.
Adagio's vanilla is always a good standby, good vanilla flavor, not to harsh.
An excellent mid-day or even dessert tea. The tea to vanilla mix is almost perfect.
For some reason I think the sample package tasted better than my larger package, but it's still good. Very mellow.
The tea itself smells delicious. When I first opened the package, I had high hopes for this flavored black tea. I have to admit, I was a smidge disappointed with the lack of vanilla taste. Although not horrible by any means, I would have liked the tea to taste a bit more potent, as the scent hinted it might have been. But, all in all, a fine tea by itself (I prefer a little cream and sugar in mine), it is also a great mixing tea to cut other flavors.
With its mild scent and flavor, this makes a wonderful tea for mixing. Unfortunately, there's an artificial quality to the vanilla flavor that is distracting on its own.

There wasn't that much flavor to this tea. I could smell the vanilla when I first opened the bag, but after brewing it I couldn't really tell the difference between this and a regular bag of lipton black tea.

First of all I want to start by saying that I am not a huge fan of black tea in general but that doesn't stop me from having it every now and again. So keeping this in mind I gave this tea a very favorable rating. This tea definitely delivers a true vanilla taste that is not too over powering and is not too bitter.

About what you'd expect from a vanilla tea, but with a less 'spray-on' flavor than I'm used to. The vanilla also makes the tea very smooth.
The smell is a little artificial but the taste is really nice, maybe a little weak, but on the upside, it doesn't overpower the tea flavor. I've had vanilla tea that I liked better, but for the price I would probably order this one again

I blended this with some other really lovely, high quality black tea from Alice's Teacup in NYC, and it made a very yummy blend.
