When I think of vanilla, I think of that rich flavor like an extract. This is...ok. but like banana, it just is water with a little flavor. Even if you steep a strong amount it is the same. Just got nothing but a cup of caffeinated water.
I liked this. It will be interesting to see how it enhances other teas in blends.

This is a good, mellow tea. On the one hand, that means it doesn't have as strong a flavor as I might like. On the other, it's a good base for adding in other things.
I got this tea as part of the 'Better Tea Club' in the past and remember enjoying it, but not so much on this batch. It smells like playdoh and tastes artificial. I now drink this tea mixed with other flavors.
It's exactly what I thought it would be, but unfortunately I find it be be a bit bland when compared to so many interesting blends available. I used to add vanilla extract to english breakfast tea to achieve this flavor but I've found so many better flavors since then. This is nice, but I'll pass.

This is a very smooth, creamy tea. Added a little raw sugar and a splash of cream. Loved it!
Got this one as a free sample and had to reorder! Lovely on it's own and mixed with other (black berry and chocolate chip, the later making swirl cone tea! This will act as my filler when I'm feeling more adventurous than adding Irish Breakfast.

I am a huge vanilla fan and this hits the spot for a cup of black tea with a nice aftertaste. I drink black tea strong with a spot of milk/1/2&1/2. Very nice.
You can tell the tea is only scented and doesn't contain any kind of vanilla. The tea smells very good but tastes just like a cylon black tea. Very little to no vanilla flavor. It's really only on the nose.
Good tea, with strong vanilla flavor. I tend to mix my black teas with herbals and this overpowered the herbal flavors a bit

An excellent base tea, this vanilla is everything you might want to add to a blend in need of vanilla. On its own, it s just good for me. But I mixed it with some orange and ginger black teas, and that was great!!! I got it to mix with, so I am not displeased in the least.

Someone turned me onto Adagio teas and I fell in love with a vanilla tea. Unfortunately, I didn’t remember exactly which flavor it was so I ordered this one. While it wasn’t the right one, I still enjoyed this tea. It has a strong vanilla flavor to it and helps my sweet tooth. Well, my search continues.

I drink this tea as part of a blend - equal parts vanilla, hazelnut, and masala chai. This blend was recommended to me once by an employee at the Adagio store in Old Orchard Mall in Skokie, IL, and I've been drinking it ever since. It's one of my favorite teas to wake up with in the morning! A rich flavor, slightly reminiscent of flavored coffee, with plenty of caffeine to help you get going.
Not as organic tasting as i d like, tastes a little manufactured, but it still is good for blends.

This tea is lovely on its own; not overpowering but definitely vanilla. I also love to mix it with other teas, particularly the nut teas: I have had it with chestnut, almond, and hazlenut, and it works well with any and all of those. It also goes well with caramel and cream, especially since I drink milk (Tempt hempmilk) in my tea. This vanilla tea is so useful and necessary to my pantry (and my tea consumption) that I bought the 16 0z bag right off the bat.

This is a wonderful and simple tea. It is pleasant alone , with cream and sugar or mixed with other teas. When you just want a warm comfort tea this is just the thing.
