Wonderfully yummy without being overpowering! I'm not much of a sweets lover, but this tea is great for when you do need something a little sweet. It makes a great dessert tea.

Just like the christmas sample, this is a perfect drink for the holiday. I truly enjoy this one and give it as gifts for Valentines day. I tend to drink it more than one day a year though.

I didn't care much for this--the chocolate flavor was weak, but it still managed to overpower the strawberry. Strawberry and chocolate normally go well with each other, but when the flavor of the black tea was added to it, something went wrong.

i've tried other chocolate black teas before, and this one wasn't really anything different. it's supposed to be strawberry AND chocolate, but i only tasted the chocolate. it was okay, but i don't think i love chocolate black teas. :) i tried it with milk and sugar, and i guess it brought out the chocolate flavour more. still didn't get much of a strawberry flavour.

I enjoyed this tea. The chocolate flavor wasn't too overpowering of the strawberry, and it didn't taste nearly as weird as I thought it would!

BEST TEA EVER. You can totally taste the chocolate and strawberry, but it's not overpowering.

Valentines tea was delicious!! You can actually taste the chocolate and combined with the strawberries, it was great.

I have not had this tea, but my mother LOVES it - and that says a lot as she really isn't a *tea* person.

The chocolate-strawberry combination really comes across. It needs milk and sugar to really goose it. You can let it steep for ages and it doesn't get bitter.

I wasn't crazy about the valentine tea - I found that the flavors blended together too much. I prefer actually buying chocolate and strawberry tea and mixing them as I brew it for stronger more distinct flavor.

Spectacular! I absolutely love this tea. I thought chocolate and tea would be horrid but this tea proved me very wrong. It's a great morning tea.

Very good, could use a little more strawberry and chocolate flavor. Worth re-ordering.

This is a delicious tea. It tastes like a dessert, if there is such thing as a dessert tea this is the one to have.

The perfect mixture of flavors! It's a great addition to a romantic dinner.

An interesting treat. Great as a dessert tea...the underlying chocolate tones and occasional staccato of strawberry are a nice complement to an evening by the fire with Pachelbel or Motzart; even something more robust as Metallica or Black Sabbath. But definitely a good sitting and sipping tea. I was surprised at the wonderful red bits of real strawberry amidst the crispy black needles. A light blend with a rich taste.

We didn't love this. It was very soapy in flavour and generally not our favourite. It had a good scent, but an insipid and somewhat unpleasant taste.

Yummy as a dessert tea, especially with a bit of creamy milk.

it's like drinking a chocolate covered cherry with a little bite from the tea. a wonderful aroma and fresh taste!

This one just didn't work for me. I didn't taste the strawberry and the 'chocolate' flavor was...odd.

I highly recommend this tea for anyone with a sweet tooth! It's a great combination of flavors.

I didn't particularly care for this tea, although I shared it with a friend and she liked it. Personally, the tea didn't taste of strawberry or chocolate. I thought it was kind of bland.

Brew it just right and the chocolate flavor is excellent. Can't taste the strawberry, though.

My absolute favorite. It's dark, rich, and has a great chocolate aroma and flavor.

Very tasty, nice chocolately/fruity mix in the tea, very good in the evening.

you can taste the hint of chocolate and strawberries. just enough for you to enjoy this tea. enjoyed it on the 14th ! ;)

It's like drinking liquid caramel in black tea. Adagio teas are the real McCoy---they are lightly sweet in taste and never get too bitter. Thereby, you use hardly any sweetner sweeten them. Excellent!

Very good tea but I would want a bit more punch of the chocolate flavor.

Nice aroma, but although I didn't taste the strawberry flavor, the chocolate in this blend made it enjoyable.

I love this tea. Smell is amazing and the taste is the same. Very sweet - great for after dinner. Wish they would make a decaf version.

This is a wonderful after dinner tea...very sweet with a nice, rich flavor of strawberrys and chocolate. How good this tea smells must be experienced to be appreciated. Just makes you want to kiss the nearest person *laughing*.

There is a VERY subtle taste of chocolate and hardly any strawberry at all. Not a bad tea in general, but you may as well have anything black.

I believe this is my favorite tea so far. You can taste and smell the combination of cherries and chocolate. This is a great tea and I will be purchasing the larger variety.

I didn't really like this tea much, just didn't seem to have much flavor to it to me, couldn't taste the strawberry at all, and barely the chocolate.

This has a wonderful strawberry smell with a finish of chocolate. The chocolate is not overpowering but leaves you with a finishing taste. Quite lovely with a piece of chocolate cake!

Yummy tea! I wouldn't say this is a substitute for chocolate covered strawberries, but it is a nice, sweet taste which goes well after a meal!

I felt the discription to be misleading. It referred the Valentines tea as a substitute for choclate covered strawberries. I did not think it had a real strawberry taste...it was more artificial.

this is my favorite tea - the flavor has the aroma and slight infusion of chocolate and berries without being cloyingly sweet or losing the tea flavor. i drink it almost every day with a bit of milk until i can drink no more!

I did not like this, and I am an extreme chocoholic. For me, tea should not taste like chocolate.

Not what I was expecting. Chocolate flavor is ok, but I was thinking that it would have a fresh strawberry taste, and its a strawberry candy (fake) taste.

Both Christmas and Valentines samples made aromatic, delicious gifts for close friends and family.

The flavor is subtle and a little hard to detect over the black tea base, but it was a nice twist.

Definately a "special occasion" tea, good with a dessert! My husband and I both liked this, but probably wouldn't drink it very often.
