A rave for this tea on an internet chat forum is what originally piqued my interest in Adagio. The thought of a chocolate covered strawberry scented tea was just so novel (and kind of naughty) to my Chinese tea sensibilities that I just had to try it. The chocolate and strawberry scents are distinctly there, and reaslistic. No fakey smell to this tea, plus the chocolate and strawberry just blends so well together. I don't usually take my tea with milk, but a splash of milk in this is terrific. It gives the tea a nice silky feel that goes so well with the scent.

wonderful dessert tea! I love to drink this at work when I am craving something sweet. Nice substitute for a sweet tooth!

Quite chocolatey-tasting, which for me is a drawback, since I don't care for the combination of tea and chocolate. If you do like that combo, you'll probably enjoy it.

I really liked the tastes with the first sip, but it really went down hill after that. This tea bothered my stomach and stained my cups. It promptly found its way down the disposal.

Great as a hot tea. I tried it as an iced tea also, but found it didn't taste good cold.

I loved the valentine's tea!! It smelled heavenly when it was steeping and again when it was steaming in my cup. The flavor was smooth and the after taste was like that of chocolate covered strawberries!

Again, very strong smell. The chocolate definitely overpowers the strawberry. A good dessert replacer :)

I really like this tea. It is a fun one to share with people new to tea because of the flavor. Nice chocolate taste to it.

This was my least favorite tea from here. Yes, it did taste like chocolate and kindof strawberries but it really just doesn't go well as a tea.

I LOVE this tea! It's great for chocolate lovers. Just the right amount of chocolate and strawberry taste. I call this my PMS tea. Chocolate tea may sound a little strange, but this one is at the top of my list.

This is the tea that got me hooked on Adagio. Good mix of the dark flavor of chocolate with the fruity sweetness of strawberry. The strawberry flavor is actually stronger than I would have expected. This is a great Flavor Tea to start with. Also a good gift tea. Excellent.

Let me first say, I HATE black tea. I was urged by friends to try Adagio tea before I said no more black tea ever...LOL...So I ordered a few of the flavored. WOW The valentines tea is so good! It's got a hint of sweet strawberry and a dash of chocolate. It's fabulous with a bit of milk or cream added to it too. I'll reorder this one for sure!

This is a fantastic flavor, it tastes just like it's described. Perfect afternoon tea.

Our all time favorite. We love the hint of chocolate with strawberry and often enjoy it with a drop of cream.

What's not to love? Chocolate and strawberries! Smells divine while brewing!

It has a great taste, and seemed to become better after every cup I brewed. I originally ordered the sample and just ordered the 4oz tin. It's strong and very tasty; you can really taste the chocolate and strawberries!

This is a fun tea! I enjoy this one very much for dessert or on a lazy Saturday afternoon. Good taste!

A beautiful balancing act between the strawberry and chocolate, with neither overwhelming the other. A very nice substitute to dessert!

We just ordered more! We love this tea. It is a sweet and much more affordable alternative to a chocolate rose tea another company makes. We like this one a lot and reach for it often.

Beautifully rich tea! The flavors have just the right balance. One of our favorites.

Mmm! It smells delicious. It's not as strong as I thought it would be, but it was okay. I added sugar to sweeten it up, and that definitely made it more enjoyable.

I have girlfriends who are not tea drinkers but I think I can get them hooked with this one. Coupled with a couple of other samples and they'll leave coffee for sure!

One of my favourites! This tea is a dieters dream. Wonderful strawberry aflavour and the chocolate, which I was skeptical about, is surprisingly enjoyable. Love love this tea

This is my favorite tea of all time! It's got a wonderful flavor and the blend of chocolate and strawberry is superb.

This tea has a wonderful aroma. I did expect a sweeter taste, but the combination of flavors is excellent.

Not as decadent as it sounds, really. Having had both the chocolate and the strawberry teas, I expected a stronger flavor, but it's nicely mellow and works with the tea instead of clubbing it over the head.

good tea,but i prefer caramel but all flavours i find that all flavours have a kinda 'guk' to it.

I love the smell, but don't care for the taste without sugar.

The flavor wasn't as strong or good as I had hoped, but flavored teas aren't one of my favorites to begin with.

This is my favorite tea! It's the perfect treat when I have a sweet craving, the balance is lovely, with neither predominant flavor being overwhelming.

I thought this tea was ok. The flavors were not that strong, but the aroma was great.

I drink more green and white teas but based on the reviews I decided to give this a try. It was OK but I probably won't order again.

This tea is good but kind of weak, it makes a nice sweet dessert tea. It's kind of hard to taste the chocolate part though so I'd suggest adding a bit more tea than usual

This sweet, fruity tea is great hot and iced. Always a good choice when I'm not sure what I am in the mood for.

tastes better than i thought it would! The strawberry flavor is enhanced, rather than overwhelmed by the chocolate - more like 'strawberries half dipped in chocolate' than 'chocolate covered strawberries' which is wonderful to me. Adding the slightest bit of milk and honey to this makes a truly decadent dessert tea :)

I ordered this tea with trepidation, but it has turned out to be my signature tea. At first I thought it would be good for dessert, or special occasions, but I can't keep myself out of the tin. Delicious tea with perfect balance of chocolate and strawberry flavor.

This smells delicious, just like chocolate covered strawberries. It was a bit difficult to brew just right though - I found it tasted bitter many times.

This tea has a great aroma but unfortunately not that great of a taste. It's still delicious but not nearly as much as many of the other teas on this site.

A little bit overpowering, it is good if you are in the mood for a very flavored tea, but not if you want a more plain tasting tea.

Good tasting flavored tea. The strawberry and chocolate flavors are there but are not overpowering.

Yuk! Not good at all, did not taste as good as it smelled...which still wasn't good. Left unpleasant taste in your mouth. Left you with a bad tasting dry mouth.

Very good tea and perfect for that time of year. Imagine chocolate covered strawberries. A new seasonal favorite for me.

This tea is great for the afternoon. It's chocolaty and slightly strawberryish. Feels good when it's cold and rainy.

I can't say this tea really did much for me. The chocolate flavor seemed a little dull. Not terrible, but not something I intend on ordering again.

Not a fan of this one. It tasted bitter to me. Maybe I'm just not a black tea fan? I usually drink herbal or rooibos.
