So this is what Valentine's Day tastes like. It makes you want to cuddle up with a nice blanket and perhaps your best bear - it's got that chocolate you're partner gets you paired with the sweetness of strawberries after dinner. Highly recommend!
I really wanted to like this tea. It smelled really delicious when I opened to bag, just like chocolate covered strawberries. I found the tea very bitter, however. The bitterness overpowers the other flavors for me.

I feel like the chocolate flavor overpowers the strawberry and rose. They seem almost like an afterthought. It's tasty, but I'd probably prefer it with some cream. I'll re-review after I add cream.
UPDATE: Holy crap, this is SO MUCH BETTER with just a touch of cream. The cream mellows out the chocolate and it blends much more nicely with the strawberry and rose.
I expected alot more than what I got. It was so bitter i couldn't even drink it ad the smell was the only indication of the flavor.

This is the first time I have ever tried a bad tea from Adagio. The smell is very off putting, and the taste, when you can taste it, just isn't very good. I'm really glad this was free sample, otherwise I would have been very disappointed.
This tea is very floral, I enjoy the chocolate and strawberry but the floral isn't my favorite part.
Yummy! It tasted like a REAL chocolate-covered strawberry, which really surprised me, since I normally hate strawberry flavoring. And the rose petals were a cute touch. It's not something I'd reorder, since I'm not a huge strawberry flavoring person (even when it's good strawberry flavoring), but it was seasonally appropriate and yummy and went nicely with conversation-heart-patterned socks.

My first loose tea that I have brewed myself! It has an mellow taste, imo. The taste is similar to as described, a strawberry covered in an earthy-type chocolate which lasts on your palate for a good amount of time. Can't go into depth on if this is my favorite or not, but it definitely has a great taste!
Haven't had much time to experiment with this. The chocolate flavor it s bit overwhelming, but I think maybe with some creamer or sugar, it might help. Not much on unusually flavored tea, but it was worth giving the sample a shot with the discount.

To be honest, I wasn't expecting to like this tea. Chocolate, strawberry, and rose leaves? Sounds strange. Turns out this combination actually works really well together and its one of my favorite flavored teas I have ever tried. Its a dessert on its own.
After smelling the tea before preparing it, I was afraid that it would be too sweet or too chocolatey for my taste. However, the chocolate flavor is cut nicely by the strawberry, very similar to eating an actual chocolate covered strawberry. It's not my favorite tea, but I am glad I tried it.

This tea is exactly as describe. Chocolate-y and sweet, but not too sweet. Romantic and wistful, I found myself wanting more. I don't have any issue with chocolate teas, and the cocoa ratio to sweet strawberry here is nice. Definitely worth a sample!

We really enjoyed this tea. It's sweet but not overdone. The chocolate does have a more bitter taste until some sugar is added. I definitely noticed an enhancement in the strawberries when the sugar was added as well. There is almost an aftertaste of honey surprisingly after doing this. Overall I really enjoy this tea. It's like a dessert in a cup.
Honesty, for as much as I love chocolate and not fond of chocolate covered strawberries. I wasn't sure I was gonna abide this brew. But talk about begin seriously wrong and surprised. It's worth reordering and drinking as much as possible. Very smooth with a hint of indulgence.

It's possible I just don't like chocolate tea. Chocolate is the dominant note here, but it's almost a chocolate liquor sort of flavor, which isn't entirely pleasant.
Apparently my daughter and I are the only ones in the family that like roses in our food and drink. More for us! YAY!
I put too much tea in this, so it was strong, but it was very good! It smelled heavenly, and it tasted amazing!! Next time I make it, I'm going to try and add some cream and honey to enhance the flavors.
Taste amazing. The scent is truly captivating, but the light, sweet strawberry and luscious chocolate flavor blew me away. Will be ordering this one again.

I'm a sucker for anything chocolate, so the thought of a tea that tastes like chocolate covered strawberries was too much to pass up. It definitely lived up to its flavors, although the chocolate notes are decidedly less pronounced than the strawberry ones...or maybe I'm just not detecting them because they blend so well? Either way, this is one to play around with more, for sure.

Amazing at first, but it gets old after a while, hard to finish a full 3oz bag.
At first I couldn't really find the strawberry, but could the rose. That switched as I continued drinking. The strawberry notes became most noticeable with a mouthful of liquid and the chocolate is most noticeable aftertaste. While I liked this tea, I don't feel I can say I loved it. It seemed resistant to sweetening which I didn't quite understand. Perhaps if I had added a little more tea when brewing I'd have gotten more balanced flavors.
I am pretty satisfied with this tea. It's sweet itself so I don't have to add any honey or sugar as I do when I want something chocolate. The only thing is that the raspberry flavor was hard to pick out particularly the longer that the tea was brewed though I followed the directions on the package.

When you open the bag the first things you smell are the rose petals and black tea. Has a sort of underlying taste of chocolate. Works with milk because of the natural sweetness, but is great without as well.
