This tea is delightful. It has become a new staple tea for me. My one wish is that it had just slightly more strawberry and chocolate flavoring, but it's divine. Especially paired with literally anything chocolate.

Good balance between sweet and tart, with a grounding backdrop of black tea. For a sweeter treat of a cup, a little sugar and milk practically makes this a dessert.

★★★★★

Nice full bodied, flavorful tea. Has a good chocolate flavor, and is aptly named. The flavor/smell is very reminiscent of Valentines day. Chocolate-y, with rose and strawberry in the background. This tea is very similar to the Libra tea, but has stronger chocolate flavor and less strawberry/creamy flavor.

★★★★★

This is really delicious but you want to make sure you don't let it steep too long - I'd err on the lower end of the recommended time or it gets a little tart. At 3 mins, it's perfect.

I LOVE this tea! It’s one of my favorites - if not my all time favorite. It really does taste like chocolate covered strawberries. One of my friends even had the idea to add more chocolate chips to it as I was sharing it with her... YUM!!!

Loved this tea! Had a great flavor of both strawberry and chocolate and wasn’t a fake strawberry flavor that ended up tasting syrupy and overpowering the chocolate flavor.

If you like strawberry chocolates this tea is for you.

I like this tea. The rose petals add an extra dimension to this tea that is quite enjoyable.

★★★★★

This is my favorite dessert tea from Adagio! It really does taste like chocolate-covered strawberries. Unlike the other chocolate black teas Adagio offers, Valentines has the sweetness I crave without too much bitterness. With just a pinch of sugar, it's perfect.

I enjoyed this tea but I like my teas more robust.

The aroma of this tea reminds me of chocolate covered, strawberry cream bonbons. With a splash of creamer, it makes an excellent dessert tea.

★★★★★

Like having a chocolate dipped strawberry in a cup! Not an everyday tea for me but an excellent tea when you’re wanting a cuppa that’s a little sweeter and fun!

I had seen the reviews for this and had to give it a try. The chocolate smell hits as soon as I open the bag and definitely is in the taste~ I didn t get too much of the strawberry flavor but I still greatly enjoy this tea by itself or with a dash of milk sometimes ;)

I really like this tea, its not too sweet but has a hint of strawberry which I really enjoy. I used to like it even more but its still a good go to.

This might be my favorite tea. It tastes exactly how I hoped it would: like a box of strawberry cremes. It takes milk and sugar just fine, but I like it best plain. It makes an excellent dessert tea, and it really hits the spot when I want something sweet but don't have any candy in the house.

One of my favorite blends! Strawberry + chocolate flavors combine in this blend to create a glorious cup of yum.

★★★☆☆

Let me preface this review by saying that this tea isn't necessarily bad, it just wasn't a flavor combination I liked personally. I definitely tasted the chocolate and the strawberry, so the flavoring wasn't any issue. I just didn't find the combination of these flavors with black tea to be all that great. Perhaps chocolate black tea or strawberry black tea would be fine, but it wasn't a very tasty union of flavors for me. I'm glad I gave it a try, and I think it would definitely be pleasing to some palates, but it didn't quite do it for me.

This is my favorite caffeinated tea. It’s so delicious! The perfect blend of chocolate and strawberry. I highly recommend adding frothed milk to it. Yum!!

Not my favorite. Seemed a little weak, so I'll try a stronger brew next time.

★★★★☆

Initially I was skeptical of the chocolate in this; chocolatey tea didn't seem at all appealing to me, but the combination of other flavors intrigued me and I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did, tea flavor to this tea was wonderful.

★★★☆☆

It was too fruity tasting for me and seems to have a slightly bitter taste

The opened bag scent to me is fresh and appeasing, reminiscent of a chocolate cordial. The taste is sweet with the strawberry , rich with the chocolate and hushed with the rose petals. I make sure to not steep too long because the black tea is strong and it can become bitter otherwise. I like this tea and will purchase again.

★★★☆☆

Didn't really get the chocolate or strawberry flavor or aroma, just black tea. What a shame, it sounded like such a great tea.
Update: it blends well with wild strawberry, which gives it that fruity lift I was looking for.

Not bad, but not my favorite either. It has somewhat of an unnatural smell and taste to it that I don t really like, but it also smells like chocolate covered strawberries or so which is nice. I ts a so so for me.

I usually dislike chocolate flavor in teas, so it came as a great surprise to me when I enjoyed this so much! Something about the strawberry flavor in combination must make it work. Excellent with a splash of milk.

I would buy this again. Sublet flavor and a nice black tea that isn't too sweet but still has a dessert-like taste.

Oh how I adore this tea! The smell in the bag is incredible and the flavor, although more subtle, is amazing. It really did taste like a chocolate covered strawberry. I‘m hooked and will buy more when I run out!

Some of Adagio's dessert teas manage to taste remarkably like the foods they are based on, but unfortunately this tea does not taste much like chocolate-covered strawberries, which are one of my favorite sweets. The chocolate notes are darker and more bitter than fondue chocolate. The strawberry notes are much more subdued than in the plain strawberry-flavored tea, and therefore not at all like biting into a fresh strawberry. It's not bad, it's just not as good as I was hoping for.

Really good both hit or cold brewed. Neither the strawberry or chocolate flavor is overwhelming to the other.

I loved this tea, it really tastes like chocolate strawberries with just enough tea flavor to cut the sweetness.

★★★★★

This chocolatey tea is Delicious! I had it with a bit of sugar and some Girl Scout thin mints. Delightful chocolate strawberry (and mint) pairing!

★★★★★

I was so excited to try this tea! Chocolate and Strawberries! What isn’t there to like about it? It didn’t let me down either! I wasn’t a huge fan of it plain, but with milk? It’s amazing!

★★★★★

Lovely light chocolate covered cherry flavor. Amazingly delicate flavor for a black tea. I had it with a touch of milk and a little sweetener.

★★★★★

Valentines is the perfect name for this tea. It's a chocolate covered strawberry without the guilt.

A traditional Valentine bouquet of red roses and chocolate covered strawberries that you can drink--who needs a boyfriend!

★★★★★

Delicious combination of strawberries and chocolate. Just different enough from 'Ripe for Romance' tea to be worthy of a separate tin!

★★★★★

Delicious! Very smooth. Tastes like a chocolate covered strawberry. I usually use honey to sweeten my tea, no sweetening needed here.
