This is a great comfort tea. Tastes good with a little milk and sugar.

This is a great comfort tea. Tastes good with a little milk and sugar.
Great blend of chocolate and caramel. Something I would be throughout the year. I usually make two cups to bring with me to work to drink throughout the day. The flavors come together so well. I was hesitant about chocolate in my tea, but this was great.
Smooth, not at all bitter, and an amazing aroma. One of my favorite teas from Adagio
Not my favorite tea, but definitely good! When you brew it, it smells like maple syrup.
With milk and sugar, it tastes a lot like hot chocolate. I wish the chocolate and caramel flavors were more distinct, but I enjoyed it.
I was kinda surprised I have another tea that's mixed with caramel and hibiscus and originally thought that's what made up the sort of flowery sweet flavor but tiger eye naturally gives off that flavor. I don't really know how to describe the flowery feel I get from it but I like it compared to some of the others I've experienced thus far. I have a friend that originally gifted this to me and I sorta forgot to checkout with it until the offer expired but I'm glad she recommended it anyways it's wonderful.
made cold with a little creamer has a wonderful flavor
This tea smells wonderfully like spicy baking chocolate in the bag, and though the taste isn't as chocolatey as it smells it's still a really nice combination of flavors. Even better with a little sugar and milk!
Like most of Adagio's black teas, I can't stand it without milk. With milk, the intensity of the chocolate and caramel are dulled a bit.
Tawny and chestnut swirled in my mind's eye as the scent of chocolate and caramel greeted my senses. Like a tiger stalking in tall grasses, these flavors are smooth, bold, and hinting slightly in the smoky side due to the black tea.
A definite rainy day tea, this is perfect with a good book and (ideally) a nice fire in the hearth (you can always settle for a fuzzy fleece blanket instead!)
This one surprised me! I got this tea as an afterthought as part of their free sample with my order. I saw that it had chocolate in the description so I did not have high hopes for this one. As soon as I opened the pouch it came in I could smell the chocolate and this added to my reservations. Am I drinking cocoa? But let me tell you, it really added some great body to the tea. The cocoa taste is not in any way interfering with the tea. The aroma is fantastic and the flavor has depth. It is nice to drink a tea and have different sensations from the nose through the tip of the tongue to the back of the mouth. I enjoy it and will purchase more.
Very rich, almost sinful. It's super strong, too - a bit of cream and sugar to mellow things out isn't amiss.
A balanced combination of both caramel and chocolate. A dessert-like treat.
This one has a bold, strong flavor and aroma, with a lot of complexity -- definitely more of a front-and-center tea than a subtle accompaniment. Delicious!
Sugar and milk for me please! The caramel really compliments the slight bitterness of the black tea and the chocolate. I don't really care for black teas, or chocolate teas, but I enjoy this one and would recommend it to others looking for something like this.
I wasn't quite sure what to expect from this tea, but it's delicious! I have teas that I keep strictly as 'dessert teas' and this one is on that shelf now.
Very good on a cold afternoon. I have already bought two pouches of this
I really like the deep, chocolate-y flavor of this tea. It's very smooth.
Only got this as a sample, but I'll definitely be buying a full package for my next order! It's not overly chocolaty but definitely enough to satisfy :D
Creamy and rich and delicious, but if you oversteep it, you're in trouble.
I love this tea! It's good both with and without milk. The flavors--though there are several of them--blend seamlessly for a delicious cup of tea.
Mmm such a great blend of flavors. Never thought a tea could taste like this.
This one to me was a little bit bitter, but I like the idea of drinking a snickers bar in a cup, with the chocolate caramel influence. Good to clear a sweet palate with. This is an ideal dessert tea.
This is a great tasting tea. It is like having dessert without all the calories.
Update: This tea follows close on the heels of Vanilla as my daily 'go to' tea.
I've tried a lot of Adagio's flavoured teas, and this one hits the bull's eye. Chocolate and caramel notes are just assertive enough to suggest those flavours, without any hint of artificiality. Best with a drop of milk.
Very sweet! I loved the smell more than the taste.
Eye of the Tiger but I'm Feeling Rather Blind
This tea is just like its name, a bit of an enigma. I could certainly taste hints of caramel and vanilla in this tea without these flavors being too overpowering. I am not sure what to make of this tea and whether I really like it or will just tolerate it. There seems to be something missing and I suspect this tea would taste more interesting blended with other compatible components. Venture to try this tea at your own risk and I would suggest ordering a sample before you commit to a larger size.
Yummy and sweet, this tea is one of my all-time favorites and I can't ever just have one cup!
This tea is ok. It doesn't taste bad, but it really doesn't stand out to me. Although it's suppose to have a chocolate and caramel taste, I barely detect it. It's tasty, but I really can't say it is chocolatey or caramelly, or even both. It's just is. Based on the mostly glowing reviews of this tea, I may have been shipped a less than stellar batch. I hope this is the case.
it wasnt the flavor i was expecting but the aroma is wonderful. i might just keep brewing to make my house smell tasy
I infused this into an ice cream base I made, it was delicious! Caramel, chocolate and a strong black tea presence.
Very full and smooth flavor. Caramel flavor really comes out if you add a bit of sugar. Very good tea!
Where do I begin to describe this flavor combination? It is simply wonderful and is the only thing that could make me give up a morning cup of coffee!!
Didn't come out great the first time I brewed it, but after I experimented a bit it came out pretty good. Fairly smooth, sweet.
Very Sweet, strong Caramel taste with a bit of chocolate in the back. The smell right when you open the bag is very chocolatey and you get a hint of what it's going to taste like, but you'll be surprised. If you're looking for a dessert tea I'd suggest a little honey and cream... don't over do the honey though because it's very sweet on it's own.
This is probably the strangest tea I've ever tasted. Started out with classically rich warm black tea flavor, then bam chocolate and caramel to a degree even my mostly-anosmic boyfriend could taste. I'm not sure i like.
Rich, decadent, and a little sweet. I love blending this with the Hazelnut black tea.
Very nice, smooth, pleasant overall. There's a definite caramel scent.
Super tasty tea really hits the spot! Enjoyed it both cold and hot!
This is a fun tea to offer your guests after a meal or just to enjoy yourself when you crave a sweet. The tea isn't sweet but the caramel/chocolate fragrance tricks your brain.
I continue to love this tea with foamed milk and sweetener in lieu of desert.
Very delicious for at night! Tastes just like chocolate caramel! I absolutely recommend it.
I like this tea. It's not very subtle. It smells like a caramel truffle in a cup. Great dessert tea and nice in the afternoon when I'm trying to avoid eating actual chocolate.
WOW! I just love this tea! I had not tried Adagio Teas before, so on a whim I stopped in my local store. This was the first tea I tried and it is really good! It is has sweet notes that makes it very comforting. I will absolutely be repurchasing this tea!
This one is extremely strong. I like it but only in moderation. I have to blend this one.
What a great blend for a cold day! I can really taste the caramel and chocolate. In my opinion it needs a touch of sugar before drinking, and if you steep it too long, the flavors become diluted.
The smell of this tea is wonderful, like eating a caramel chocolate candy bar. It's a lighter flavor then I expected which is a good thing because I hate when chocolate overwhelms the tea. wonderful as a dessert tea with cookies or cake. I will defiantly have again and experiment with sugar.
Smooth chocolate. With this I feel like I'll never need to reach for Hot chocolate again.
This is a must try if you ask me. What a great tea. very dark and bold tasting. Has a chocolate smell to it. I liked it!!
This stuff is damn good. The aroma is amazing, more dark and toasty and complex than the idea of chocolate caramel suggests. I thought it smelled a bit like coffee (keep in mind I don't drink coffee). my mom said it reminded her of the smell of tobacco. It's certainly sweet, and it can hold its own as a dessert tea, but don't expect a cup full of Rolos. Tiger Eye has much more in store for you than that.
