It has a strong chocolate caramel flavor. It is a very flavorful tea but it is not over powering.
It's like drinking dessert. I can almost imagine pouring its toasty, caramel goodness over ice cream. This tea is rich and substantial, almost chewy. (only of course not actually chewy at all, because that would be weird.)
I didn't taste the chocolate in it, and wouldn't have known it was there except for the list of ingredients. But once I knew to look for it, I could see how that flavor is the foundation that the caramel and vanilla stand on to shine. The combination is warm, cozy, comforting as a fire on a rainy night.
This is another one that is vying for the top place on my favorites list.

Absolutely lovely, dessert-in-a-mug tea. Reminiscent of Bigelow's vanilla caramel but a much deeper, fuller taste. Definitely needs to be drank hot, though, and with a bit of cream.
My first flavored tea. Not bad. Not like a creamy hot chocolate, but still pretty good.
Strong chocolate aroma and flavor. Almost smells like coffee. Wasn't bad, wasn't great. I wouldn't go out of my way to buy it again.
I bought the sampler because a friend of mine had suggested that I try it - out of my love for caramel and chocolate in general. I was heavily anticipating trying it and I was impressed. The first time I sampled it, I was a bit tired, but I had to try it again. It's flavorful, but not overly so. I really am enjoying this and will probably buy a big bag when I'm next able to!

At first taste, it was all about the chocolate/caramel flavor, but then I realized that my cup of tea tasted just like a cup of coffee. It was still good. Just somehow left a definite coffee taste lingering in my mouth. Not going to be my favorite, but I'm glad I tried it, and will definitely finish the sample.
I was super excited for this tea to arrive. I find that I cannot taste the vanilla that is listed as an ingredient, and it does not taste of caramel or chocolate that much. However, that being said, it's flavour and aroma are delicious. This tea has moved up into being one of my fave and I have drank more of it than any other since my shipment arrived.

This tea has a subtle flavor which works well with fish or vegetables. I like my teas sweet, so I add just a touch of sugar to take the edge off the green tea.

This is such a good tea, at first I tried it as an iced tea, but that didn't work out too well as I planned. It was good, but was pretty bitter. So I made a hot cup of this tea and added some milk and holy cow it was amazing! Really well blended flavors of caramel and chocolate! Loved it so much!
I was expecting to like this a lot, since I love chocolate and caramel. But to me, this was just plain black tea. I didn't really taste the flavors. It's not bad, just not special. I tried this again recently and really liked it! I now taste the chocolate and the caramel. I really like tai chai, and I'll only drink one caffeinated black tea a day, so now I switch off with that for this. This is sweet. It's good, I'm going to order more.
Wow, this stuff smells delicious. I always add a bit of milk and sugar to this to make it a true dessert tea.

Oh my goodness. Just as described. Not for the faint of heart, this one is DARK and has a lot of caramel, sort of the tea version of a dark chocolate Milky Way. Excellent.

I think most people will like this flavor but for me I am not big on mocha- if you like mocha taste this is the tea for you because the flavor is robust--pow!
This was one I was really looking forward to trying since I love caramel and chocolate. But I ended up disappointed with the results. The first cup I steeped per package directions at 212 for 3 mins. The finish was biter even with cream and honey. So I lowered the temp to 200 for the next cup. The finish was smoother, but when I added milk and honey it just tasted watery. I have a few more teaspoons in my sample so I'll keep trying, but I don't think this tea is for me.
Far tastier than I was expecting. Add a small amount of sugar for an indulgent treat that tastes more calorie laden than it is.

This is definitely one of the best flavor teas that I've tried. The chocolate and caramel flavors perfectly balance each other out. I mix this with other teas and it tastes great. I haven't tried it by itself.
I love the chocolate undertones to this one, it adds to the richness of it while the caramel adds a smoothness to the tea. One of my favorites.
Smelling this tea bowled me over a bit. thankfully, it's bark is stronger than its bite. It brewed up into a wonderfully rich and decadent cup. Tastes like dessert!
This one is just not for me. It's smokey with a mild caramel after taste. Also it smells a little like coffee. If you like coffee or smokey teas then this is the one for you. It isn't sweet at all.
This one was all right. The chocolate was a lot more bitter than I was expecting. The caramel/chocolate blend, in my opinion, was pretty decent, but it reminded me too much of coffee for me to enjoy it (so, if you like coffee, you'll probably like this tea). Reminded me a bit of the mocha nut mate, but much stronger.
I love chocolate and I love caramel so I thought I would love this tea. I was wrong. The caramel flavor is very overpowering. I ended up giving it away and I believe they ended up throwing it away.

The smell is kinda stronge but it has a really good caremel flavor that is just great if you want something sweet but don't want to have something with sugar in it
I have ordered this tea online and purchased it in the store in Chicago. It is a very nice addition to my list of favorites.
The scent in the package is yummy, smells like a dessert. Once brewed, it is much richer, darker, and a bit stronger than I would have expected. It is a great alternative to coffee, but looks and tastes similar. Nice flavors.
