i had really high hopes for this tea when i first opened it, it smells a lot like Kahlua. Mmmmm. But something gets lost when it's brewed, it turned into a bland, nondescript tea. Not bad, not good, just eh.

This tea was very lovely. Warm chocolate and caramel almost like a candy bar. Unfortunately, this also makes it very rich. I wouldn't suggest this as an every-day drinker. A decaf version would be perfect for relaxing after dinner.
This one has a good blend to it, but you do have to be in the mood for a dessert tea. All the flavors work well together, but we like it more in the afternoon or evening than first thing in the morning. Overall, can easily recommend this.
I keep coming back to this wonderful, flavorful tea. Definitely recommend you give it a try too.

Sweet when brewed correctly but can quickly become bitter if left even 30 seconds to long. Very strong but I like my tea that way.

Oh this is fantastic. It's my favorite chocolate related tea. It's not over powering or too sweet. It smells like chocolate and it has a nice rich taste. Definitely a good one to have after dinner or when you're craving something sweet, but don't wanna eat actual chocolate.
Fantastic! I love this one hot or iced with a little milk. It tastes like dessert. Without milk, it's less decadent but still delicious.
I bought this for my dad's birthday and both he and my mom loved it! My mom especially and she doesn't like black tea. Especially without cream and sugar. But she loved this tea completely by itself. She also told me black tea bothers her tummy but this didn't bother her at all.
I have also tried this in my own blends and I recommend it as well.
this is an awesome dessert tea! I'm not a huge fan of black teas which is why I rated it as 'ok.' but this was really smooth and very nutty and sweet.

This is a nice tea. I had heard about Tiger Eye and was pleased to see it available. A good black tea with full flavor.
I really love the caramel/chocolate aroma of this tea. While drinking it can be a little weak, so I blend it with Irish Breakfast to give it a bit more body. It often has an almost maple syrup after taste to it, which is delicious.

Black tea with some interesting flavors. All the teas are too subtle, so that s why 4 stars instead of 5. I liked it with sugar and cream.

I'm usually not impressed with 'sweet' teas, but based on the quality of the other Adagio teas I have tried, I thought this was worth a shot. From the second I opened the bag, the delicious (not artificial) chocolate/cocoa smell sucked me in. I have a huge sweet tooth, and other teas that are described as dessert have not satisfied that craving for me, but this one does. The chocolate and caramel flavors come through nicely. Like the smell, the taste is of true, good quality chocolate. I make it with honey and milk. Sugar would probably be great too.
The chocolaty notes are superb. I love to mix this with the Cream tea for a great morning wake up tea.
I LOVE THIS TEA!!! It truly reminds me of tiger eye fudge. Definitely one of my favorites.

The first tea on Adagio I don t like. This is pretty bad. Absolutely no hint of flavor, except of black tea. Not understanding these reviews that say it has so much caramel and chocolate flavor. Just bland!
This is very good! The flavor is subtle, and it's great mixed with the black cream tea and with a touch of almond milk.

A pretty good tea- not overpowering but nothing really terribly special- you can make this yourself with vanilla, carmel, and cream flavors. Still, a nice treat tea.
This is my boyfriend's favorite tea; we tried it in December from the Flavored Teas sampler box and agreed Tiger Eye was the best of the bunch. We drink it with a teaspoon of sugar and a bit of milk to balance out the bitterness black tea usually carries. Adding these two items magnify the chocolate flavor in a delightful way. I HIGHLY recommend this tea.

I really wanted to like this. The caramel flavoring tastes too bitter to me, more like coffee, and I really don’t care for coffee. My partner loves it though.
When I want a stronger flavor tea in the morning, when I REALLY need something to wake me up, this is my go to. From the flavors in it, I expected something sweeter, but it's not. And that's just why I like it. Its darker, richer flavor reminds me of a very light coffee. I love it.
One of my husband s favorite teas! (It was included in our wedding favors cause we love it so much!) I drink it with a little bit of sweetener (usually honey) and maybe some almond milk. The chocolate caramel flavors definitely come through. Just be careful not to overbrew it or it will get bitter.
This is one of my new favorites now. Smooth, none of the flavors overpower the others.
