This tea was just OK for me. The first time I made it, it was really strong and had a very smokey flavor. The second time I made it, I carefully measured out 1 tsp. of tea and added 1/2 tsp. honey. The second go around was better: the flavor was rounded out by the sweetness that I added.
I wanted to like this tea more than I actually have. I gave it a couple months since the purchase to see if it grew on me, but sadly... it didn t. This is not a tea I reach for in the mornings. I taste mainly vanilla, and not the strong taste that I m accustomed to with thai iced teas. I ve tried it with coconut milk to punch up the flavor, and that helps, but I don t think I ll restock this one.
I haven t had Thai tea before, so I m not sure how this compares, but I really like this. Smells amazing, too.
Absolutely adore this tea! It's a great way to wake up in the morning and the flavor combinations are perfect.
Really nice flavor. The coconut is prominent but not overpowering. I mixed it with sweetened condensed milk and poured over ice, but I think I need to make the tea stronger for it to work better.

I tried this when it was recently introduced and I have really enjoyed it. Oriental Spice is one of my favorites and this is a nice alternative. I'm going to add this to my reorder list.
I was so excited to try this as I drink Thai tea all the time for the past 6 to 7 years! I couldn t even get down my first sip. It tastes nothing like the traditional teas from the restaurants or from my ex husbands family. It has no cinnamon and it taste like cinnamon it had to much spice to it. It wasnt Orange colored like typical Thai tea. It was a big let down.
Nice combination of flavors without being *too* all over the place. It's a very FULL tea, though, flavor-wise, so if you like your teas a little less bold, this may be too much.
The Thai Tea is excellent! It has a hint of coconut and vanilla and very few will find it not addictive...
I was excited to try this one and I was not let down. You definitely have to add a bit of milk to this one and not drink it straight up.
A tasty black tea with a pronounced coconut flavor. I recommend trying it with a splash of milk.
I have mixed feelings about this one. The smell of it is really special--coconutty and sweet. But when brewed, it becomes clear that it s just Adagio s standard black tea used in their flavor mixes, which overpowers the inclusions a bit and is rather astringent.
I had never had Thai tea before, so I have no idea of this is close, but it was delicious. Definitely adding to my reorder list.

Love love love this tea. I've been trying to find a tea that matches this excellent one I had in a Thai restaurant years ago and this comes pretty darn close. Delicious flavor, not at all bitter. Highly recommend.
It s got a decent flavor, but it doesn t taste like thai tea. I actually liked it mixed with Tiger Eye.

Wonderful tea, with just the right amount of spice. This is good iced or hot. I like to add a small splash of milk when it s hot. Perfect to go along with Butter Chicken.
I've been trying to find a good Thai tea since I can only ever get it in Thai restaurants. This tea is so close that it helps satisfy those cravings, but I still feel as though it isn't quite right yet. It has the pop of Thai but there is something still missing. I enjoyed it nonetheless and plan to order more in the future.
This is our new favorite tea. It s a really good blend of flavors while being strong enough for an afternoon pick-me-up. I haven t really tried this as a traditional Thai tea (iced, with milk or condensed milk) but I think it s great on its own or with a bit of sugar.
look, i know there's no chocolate and no mint in this. i've seen the ingredients. i've seen the LEAVES! there's nothing CLOSE. but still, i swear to god, it smells like mint chip ice cream.
that being said, it ALSO smells and tastes like a steeped-in-water version of the thai iced tea i've gotten from my favorite restaurants (you know, the stuff they make with condensed milk?). i'm planning on trying to steep it in hot coconut milk. this really shines with milk and sweetener - i use honey, but raw sugar or agave could be nice too.
I have been drinking this hot, but it would make a great iced tea, as well. Very tasty.
This one needs a mesh infuser, but otherwise on par for an at home version of Thai Tea. Had it hot with almond milk, and took me right to the restaurant.

Smells great but the taste is muted. It is nice and smooth however with milk and honey. Wish the coconut camw through more.
The coconut flavor and aroma really comes out in this tea. I will have to get coconut milk to add to it. I tried it with about a teaspoon or raw sugar and a splash of a kind of banana milk that paired well with the tropical flavor. Very smooth and lovely.
I am seriously in love with this tea. It smells amazing when you open the bag. It is a smooth, velvety, creamy tea. The coconut is very pronounced in this tea and tastes like a decadent dessert in every cup!
This tea is delicious without anything added to it. It does taste more traditional with a sweetened milk added, but it does not need it.
I was pretty skeptical about this but received it as a free sample. I was very pleased and bought some! This isn't your traditional Thai tea but it also isn't full of artificial colors to make it that famous orange color. The blend of flavors in this tea is very tasty. I make a tea concentrate and simple syrup to refrigerate, then added almond milk, a tiny bit of coconut creamer and ice for a Thai tea on demand. Tasty and refreshing!

Bold flavor. Reminds me of the spices used in Thai cooking. I thought this would be like the Thai tea you get in restaurants but it is not the same but the flavor is still great.

This was exactly what I hoped it would be. Reminds me of Teavana's old cha yen thai that got discontinued years ago, much to my sorrow!! Fantastic without coconut/condensed milk, I can only imagine it's heavenly with.
Tried to make the iced version on the label. Even doubling the amount like I do with many iced teas, the flavor was weak, but nice. Will try it hot before making a final decision.
